Image enhancement is one of using in various digital signal processing areas. Advances in microcontrollers DSP boards and computers have been developed traditional algorithms to improve the quality of the resulting image. This paper aims to present the contrast enhancement using weighted bi-histogram equalisation. In additional this technique must use two weighted factors which is calculated by the histogram distribution ratio. Likewise an original image will be equalised by the modification of the probability density function of the gray levels. As the experimental results the contrasts of resulting images are improved for robot vision implement and human perception including absolute mean brightness error (AMBE) limitation.

การวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร (ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ได้รับการรับรองหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู จากคุรุสภาเป็นแห่งแรก) จำนวน 45 คน โดยใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 88.97/88.43 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้ 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนด้วยการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅=4.30S.D.=0.69)

The purpose of this research were to create and determine the efficiency of computer assisted instruction lesson on electronic circuit multimedia for secondary school students (grade 9) Triamudomsuksanomklaononthaburi school. The research sample consisted of 120 students of secondary school students (grade 9) during semester 2 in the academic year of 2012. The data were analyzed using mean standard deviation level of difficulty and discrimination power. The results found as follows : The efficiency of computer assisted instruction lesson electronic circuit multimedia for secondary school students (grade 9) is 80.15/83.35 and the students’ satisfaction with the computer assisted instruction lesson electronic circuit multimedia was at highest level ( = 4.60 S.D = 0.74)

The purpose of this research was to construct the efficiency of the Computer Assisted Instruction Package for Computer Instructional Package for Drawing 2 Dimension Subject for students in Vocational Certificate Education Level using subject by evaluating the efficiency of the Computer Assisted Instruction Package of the Students to the Computer Assisted Instruction Package for Drawing 2 Dimension Subject with the tools. The sample group was 30 students of Machine Shop Department in Vocational Certificate Education Level Pathumtani Technical College. Analysis by Index of Consistency Level of Difficulty Discrimination Power Average and Computer program. The result of this research was the efficiency 81.14/82.50 higher than the rule of 80/80. This could be concluded that the computer self study packagefor Drawing 2 Dimension Subject using can be used as a learning package efficiently.

Development of local product made from Pahkanmah based on integration of local wisdom and principle of fashion design to promote community career : A case study of Wanon-nivat district Sakon-Nakron province. The aim are Promoted the concept of product development from Pahkanmah development a model of clothing from Pahkanmah based on integration of local wisdom and principle of fashion design and knowledge transfer development of clothing from Pahkanmah to Community of Wanon-nivat district Sakon-Nakron province. There were tree issue 1. Making Knowledge in products development from Pahkanmah to guide the creative product of the community. 2. The communicate knowledge in product creation to community and standardize the product including the addition the target group. 3. Promotes the Innovation of Product design commercial creation create of community identity for potential development and sustainable occupation. Data were analyzed using a descriptive analysis on the concept of local wisdom from a weaving bee Pahkanmah Wanon-nivat District Sakon-Nakron Province with concept of fashion design and analyzed manner statistics data of the questionnaire about the requirement and the contentment that have to build clothes format from Pahkanmah of location in woman working age between 25 year - 35 year the residence is in Bangkok and the perimeter 200 persons amounts for take the data has that to go to apply in designing and produce clothes from Pahkanmah. The results showed that local wisdom from Pahkanmah Wanon-nivat district Sakon-Nakron province have transmitted passed on from generation to generation from production to household appliances then have design and color follow the inventory obtained from the local when bring the products a clothing design then has to use the patchwork technique and applied placement pattern of Pahkanmah the results forms and patterns interesting and appropriate with trend fashions. The community groups to gain knowledge and can use wisdom from Pahkanmah and fashion design idea the inventive uniform for woman to promote community career.
