In this article the construction of a high-frequency high-voltage commercial flyback transformer to supply an input voltage for a tesla transformer is proposed. The purpose of a demonstration is a breakdown through the air gap of electrode. To confirm the proposed method the design of control of a flyback converter by using a commercial flyback transformer is rated with a 10 to 15 kV output voltage to supply a tesla transformer at a rated 30 kV and 120 kHz. The experimental results of an output breakdown design of the electrode and the setting for a 1 cm space are constructed. The electrodes consisted of the following: sphere–sphere electrode plane–plane electrode sphere–plane electrode and rod–plane electrode. It was found that there was a breakdown at the output electrode in all cases. Accordingly there was a breakdown with a 2 cm sphere diameter with reference to the IEC 60052-2002 standard; after that it was compared with the standard table and the atmospheric and temperature at the laboratory were adjusted resulting to a high voltage equal to 31.5 kV.

This study aimed to use Poka-Yoke techniques to help prevent errors and reduce loss in Front Side Fender Model assembly process. The researchers used four tools in the 7QC tools which were Check Sheet Cause-and-Effect Diagram and Graphs to search for causes and ways to solve problems and Cause and Effect Matrix and ECRS Techniques. The study revealed that the main cause of the problems was that the incorrect assembled side fenders were submitted to another department. This mistake had bad effects on time and workforce spent for correcting work including more expenses. The mistakes occurred because there was no tool for detecting errors in the work piece. Therefore the researchers use Poka-Yoke techniques in order to decrease errors by designing a control system for target detection while it was moving through the process. After collecting data the study showed that before the improvement during January to August 2019 the number of problems caused by the process were 0.093. However the number of problems after the improvement during September to December 2019 reduced to 0. It was obvious that this improvement reduced the loss from the front side fender assembly process up to 100.

The purposes of this research were to develop and to test performance of mini heat pump dryer for slice banana. Drying chamber of 0.48×0.47×0.39 m3 was designed and it could contain three trays. The three trays had dimension of 0.33×0.409 m2. A blower with 174.6 W motor of air condition was modify and could adjust flow rates of three levels for air cycle system in dryer. The air system had bypass air at evaporator. The refrigerant of R-134a and four main parts were used in the heat pump system. The four main parts were a 497 W hermetic compressor a 1800 W condenser an expansion valve and a 1300 W evaporator. Experiments for test performance of the mini heat pump dryer used close loop air system an evaporator bypass air of 60 % a temperature of 60 oC and various flow rates of 0.117 0.128 and 0.140 m3/s. Slide bananas of 400-500 g had an initial moisture content of 244-281 %dry basis and were dried until final moisture content lower than 6.24±0.007 %dry basis. It was found that the flow rates of 0.117 0.128 and 0.140 m3/s had coefficients of performance (COPh) of 3.32±0.066 3.88±0.031 and 4.24±0.08 respectively and had specific moisture extraction rates (SMER) of 184.5±11.85 186.2±8.17 and 200.1±21.34 g/kWh respectively. The flow rate at 0.140 m3/s was the best condition because it had high specific moisture extraction rate.

The objective of this independent study was to investigate knowledge and understanding motivation and organizational commitment affecting the efficiency in work performance of accountants and to study the motivation in performance that affects the commitment of the accountants’ organization. The Population in the study was 255 accountants working in accounting services firms registered with the Department of Business Development. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis i.e. frequency percentage mean standard deviation Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multi regression analysis. The major findings indicated that 1) knowledge understanding and motivation affected the efficiency in work performance of accountants as a whole at the statistical significance level of 0.01. When considering each aspect the study shows that knowledge understanding and motivation affected the efficiency in work performance concerning quality quantity time and expenses at the statistical significance level of 0.01 The organizational commitment affected the efficiency performance in terms of expenses with the statistical significance level of 0.05 and 2) Work motivation positively correlated with the organizational commitment of accountants with statistical significance level of 0.01.

This research uses a participatory action methodology which is divided into 3 phases: meanings analysis significance and housing problems of low-income people. Development stage of local community cooperation activities including the system synthesis and mechanism of cooperation of local communities towards housing security use in-depth interviews group chat workshop lesson learned together with observation and field notes. The target groups are members and the committee of Baan Mankong Tha Makham community leader the network development partner’s representatives and relevant officers. This focuses on qualitative data collecting which uses content analysis and summarization. The study found that: for the meaning the importance and the housing problems of low-income people the following are considered: (1) Meaning and importance of the word Nice city and Tha Makham Model. It consists of three dimensions: dimension of residence dimension of happiness and dimension of quality of life. (2) housing Problems of low-income people such as urban problems residence condition problems the problem of inequality and problems of accessing capital. Most of people are low-income and disadvantaged who live in urban areas. Some live with relatives or in a rented house on the land of Royal Property land of a temple and land of State Railway of Thailand. Some don’t have any land or residence of their own. Some were expelled and their houses were dismantled from the area. The system and mechanism of cooperation of local communities towards housing security has four characteristics as follows: (1) People system including members committee as well as committees that look after and manage various funds in Baan Mankong project. 2) The organizational system i.e. the local government organization and related agencies (3) Information system i.e. information and various activities related to the development of Baan Mankong project. 4) Capital system consists of monetary capital or budget such as fund credit community welfare and social capital. These are the value of coexistence support sacrifice and sharing including social relations that requires 3 main thinking bases: (1) thinking principles e.g. living according to the concept of sufficiency economy and self-reliance (2) principles namely Baan Mankong principle saving principle cooperative principle house construction principles and development principle towards sustainability and (3) doing principles refer to the participation on thinking participating doing developing and taking the benefits. .
