Creating and Evaluating the Effectiveness of Computer Assisted Instruction Programme for Course of Practice on Disassembly and Assembly Fuel Injection Pump Type In-line
The purposes of the research were to create and efficiency validation of computer assisted for the courses of practiced disassembly and assembly fuel injection pump type VE based standard 90 / 90 and analyse the leaning achievement of the student after by using computer assisted instruction. The subjects in the study were 16 first year diploma students enrolled in Mechanical Power Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon North Bangkok Campus. The Researcher using the experiment by let the students do until test before class And then study by using computer assisted instruction focused on practiced practiced disassembly and assembly fuel injection pump type in-line. After that let students do the unit test again at the class and calculate to find out the efficiency of the computer assisted instruction and analyse the leaning achievement of students after study. The research result revealed that the efficiency of the computer assisted Instruction was efficient in standard 90/90. Moreover after learning achievement at significant level of 0.01
Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and The Performance of Educational Quallty Assurance
RMUTP concerns that the quality assurance is an important process for the development of the educational quality for achievement of the educational standards and for the benefit of competition in higher education. This paper objects to show RMUTP’s policy framework and implementations of quality assurance in higher education which consists of internal and external quality assurance systems. The performance in educational quality assurance results RMUTP to become the best performance in the external quality assurance within the group of 9 RMUTs in academic year 2008 assessed by The Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (Public Organization): ONESQA.
The Personnels and Students ’ Satisfaction Towards the Usage ofInformation Technology Services of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon
The objectives of this institutional research were to study and to compare the satisfaction of students and officials to information technology’s’ services Institution of Academic Resource and Information Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra NaKhon identifying by status the officials’ office and students’ faculties. The samples were teachers officials and undergraduate students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra NaKhon which registered on second semester of academic year 2008. The 790 samples were taken a random sample by stratification of samples’ groups. The data were collected by questionnaires which were five - level rating scale questions. The results were analyzed by percentage average value standard deviation and F-test and to compare of each couple by Scheffe’s method.
Performance Analysis of Adsorption Refrigeration System with Water-Thermosyphon Cool Adsorber and Evaporator Enhanced with Near-Ultrasonic Wave
Here we present an experimental study of the single-effect adsorption cooling system using activated carbon-methanol working pair. The test unit was comprised of an adsorber a condenser and evaporator in vertical alignment. Heating and cooling of adsorber was mainly done by hot and cold water circulating through the water jacket. The evaporator and condenser was heated or cooled by flows of water through the internal coil. The adsorber was analyzed for its cooling rate when cooling was done by two approaches either cooling water and/or three thermosyphon heat pipes which both methods gave shortest cooling time. The investigated heat source and sink temperatures are; hot water temperature supplied to adsorber (70 80 90 oC) and cooling water temperature supplied to condenser (5 10 15 oC). An ultrasonic wave generator was attached to the bottom end of the evaporator to generate wave frequency varied by 8 10 and 14 kHz during evaporation phase. The ultrasonic wave can obviously reduce the evaporation time of methanol as well as to improve the system performance in terms of COP SCP and VCP. The system performance was considerably comparable to those from literatures. The highest COP and SCP obtained from this system was 0.718 and 248.90 W/kg respectively.
Development of Electronic Test to Measure Students’ English Abilities of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon
The purposes of this research were to build and develop a standardized test used to measure English abilities compliant with the curriculum of the fourth-year students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. There were two groups of the students namely the first group which consisted of 57 students who took the traditional pilot paper test and the latter which consisted of 63 students taking the electronic test via the Internet. The other purposes were to find out the students/users’ attitudes and satisfaction towards the use of the electronic test and to obtain a computer program prototype for measuring English abilities. The results were as follows: 1. The item analysis of the pilot paper test revealed that there were 64 items of appropriate difficulty index and discrimination power whereas that of the electronic test revealed that only 56 items had appropriate difficulty index and discrimination power. Even though the latter test had been improved the accepted items were fewer. This led to the assumption that the characteristics of doing an electronic test affected students’ decisions and made them guess more than when they took a paper test. 2. The questionnaires analysis of students’ satisfaction of using the electronic test program to measure their English abilities revealed that the overall arithmetic mean was 75.72. The highest scored item of 87.59 percent was “I think this e-test program is useful”; and the lowest scored item of 66.21 percent was “I think the screen format is interesting”. Moreover there were 11 users who showed their positive opinions towards the e-test program which was 18.97 percent of the latter group.
