This action research has a purpose to study the personality of students at the Industrial Engineering Department Faculty of Technical Education Rajamangkala University of Technology Phranakhon. By using the Peter Lauster personality test this research compares the students personality before and after taking suggestion test on personal development. The subject of test consists of 13 students selected purposive selection from students at the first group of B.S. Technical Education (5-year curriculum) on Industrial Engineering Major. The collecting-data instruments are the Peter Lauters objective test namely the self report inventory and the authors questionnaires with check-list method. The data are analyzed by using the percentage and arithmetic mean. The research results are listed as the following: 1. The studentspersonalities before taking suggestion test on personal development in middle and low level are approximaicly 62.44 (largest group) and 6.88 percent respectively totaling approximately 69.32 percent. 2. The result from the personality test : the rather low and low level of self confident measurement are totally 76.91 percent. 3. After taking the suggestion test on personal development the good level is approximately 57.85 percent increasing about 27.18 percent relative to the same level before taking the suggestion test. On the other hand the low level is approximately 0.43 percent decreaing about 94.47 pecent relative to the same level before taking the suggestion test. 4. The findings from the interview and observation show that after taking suggestion test on personal development the most students not only improve their overall personalities but also build their self-confident as well as increase their well-adkist personalties resulting in the enhancement of their self-esteem.

The purpose of the study were to survey the academic staffs self-esteem on the expertise in eight academic disciplines specified as course syllabus technical teaching method educational measurement and evaluation teaching materials and teaching aids research and development knowledge of technical skill student advising and extension services. In addition the study was also to activity investigate the need for development with the suggestion of guideline for conducting the development program. The target population of the study were 479 academic staffs Rajamangala University of Technology in 9 faculty. The representative samples of 214 academic staffs were proportionally and randomly selected and samples size by Krejcie & Morgan. Data were collected by means of questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics presenting in form of tables. The findings of the study were that all academic staffs rated at the high level in technical teaching method course syllabus knowledge of technical skill and student advising. Whereas the least was on research and development and the rest of the 4 areas were rated as fair by all. And academic staffs needs for academic development activities were training and workshop respectively. Academic staffs suggested that the development program should be specially organized depending on specific need or it could be a year planned one. However the strategy most recommended was the cooperation with private industry followed by the in house training program for at lest once per semester at the school break session.

The research tools were : 1) Development of Computer Assisted Instruction Subject Change Management 2) Achievement tests 3) Quality a sessment and evaluation form for multimedia software and 4) Questionnalre of leamers satisfaction Sampling groups composed of 62 Bachelor degree (4 years) Faculty of Business Administration Rajamangala Unniversity of Technology Phra Nakhon Researchresulty revealed that the effciency of the Computer Instruction Package was at E1 / E2 = 81.65/82.39 corresponding with 80/80 creteria. Analysis to man of satisfaction of the sampling groups was rather at 4.18. It could be concluded that the Development of Computer Assisted Instruction Subject Change Management had the efficiency that could used for self study

The research is development of web for promoting reading habit of Thai Youth: case study northeast region. The research objectives were to surway reading habit of Thai Youth. to create and development a web to promote reading habit of Thai Youth to try out and find learning achievement of the web to promote reading habit of Thai Youth as well as to compare behavior of Thai Youth using the web to promote reading habit of Thai Youth before and after using the web to promote reading habit the researcher had the sampling group from 3 following provinces : Nongkai Udomtanee and Khon Kaen. The statistics used consisted to percentage. mean standard deviation one way analysis of variance and t-test value. The reseach results showed that the quality of the web to promote reading habit of Thai Youth was 95.71/97.00 was more standard 80/80 and Thai Youth were after learning results more before use web to promote reading habit difference at 0.05 were to following hypothesis. Admintrators teachers and Thai Youth went for use all time.
