This reseach presents development of engineering education about automation engineer. The objectives of develop education technology automatic control systems. The development and pilot institutions or company associated with the agency so that it can compete with companies in the ASEAN countries. In the design research and development training kit to support and use in teaching and learning control liquid level like an industry as the reality of the industry. The trainner could be applied to the advanced control theory for experiment in teaching or training in class room similary industry personnel. The hardware is compatible with existing standards. It is increase the capacity of existing courses such as a course to learn basic control system consists of a sensor industry around the outside parmerter. The sensor could be real measured and simulation from plant model. The student can control the virtual experiments. Controller could be learning such as PLC Microcontroller and computers. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ พัฒนาระบบการเทียนโอนรายวิชาในสถาบัน อุดมศึกษา หาประสิทธิภาพของระบบการเทียบโอนรายวิชาตามหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเครื่องกล (หลักสูตรใหม่ 2550) ผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต และหาความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อการใช้งานการเทียบโอนรายวิชา ผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต เครื่องมือที่ใช้สำหรับทดสอบหาคุณภาพโปรแกรม คือ แบบประเมิน ซึ่งแบบประเมินนี้เองได้ถูกสร้างขึ้นเพื่อใช้กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในโครงงานนี้ ได้แบ่งลักษณะการเก็บข้อมูลออกได้ 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านคุณภาพ และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ ซึ่งหัวข้อในการประเมินออกเป็น 3 หัวข้อ มีรายละเอียดดังนี้ 1. ด้านรูปแบบของโปรแกรม 2. ด้านการใช้งานของโปรแกรมและอุปกรณ์ 3. ด้านประสิทธิภาพโปรแกรม จากผลของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านรูปแบบโปรแกรม ของระบบการเทียบโอนรายวิชาตามหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต (หลักสูตรใหม่ 2550) ผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.77 ซึ่งอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก และ S.D.0.38 แสดงว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นตรงกันว่าระบบการเทียบโอนราย วิชา ตามหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเครื่องกล (หลักสูตรใหม่ 2550) ผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตมีคุณภาพดีมาก ผลของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการใช้งานของโปรแกรมและอุปกรณ์ของระบบการเทียบโอนายวิชา ตามหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเครื่องกล (หลักสูตรใหม่ 2550) ผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.13 ซึ่งอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี และ S.D. 0.57 แสดงว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นตรงกันว่าระบบการเทียบโอนรายวิชาตามหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเครื่องกล (หลักสูตรใหม่ 2550) ผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต มีคุณภาพดี ผลของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านประสิทธิภาพโปรแกรมของระบบการเทียบโอนรายวิชาตามหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเครื่องกล (หลักสูตรใหม่ 2550) ผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.50 ซึ่งอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก และ S.D. 0.57 แสดงว่าผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นตรงกันว่าระบบการเทียบโอนรายวิชาตามหลักสูตรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต มีคุณภาพดีมาก สามารถนำเสนอได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The objectives of this research were as follows : 1. to study the attitude of the Industrial Education of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon’s lecturers regarding to mental health 2. to compare the attitude of the Industrial Education of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon’s lecturers regarding to mental health such as the difference sex the difference age the difference marital status the different of education level and the different of teaching experiences and 3. to study the recommendations of factors and prevention to reduce tension of the Industrial Education of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon’s lecturers. The research’s tool was questionnaire. The sample data collection was 36 the Industrial Education of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon’s lecturers. The Perpose Sampling or Judgement Sampling was stratified by Krejcie and Morgan Table. The results were analyzed by two statistics that is descriptive statistics; frequency percentage mean standard deviation and inferential statistics; Independent – Samples T-Test and Kruskal – Wallist H (K-W) from the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program.

The purpose of this research was to construct the efficiency of the Computer Assisted Instruction Package for Computer Instructional Package for Drawing 2 Dimension Subject for students in Vocational Certificate Education Level using subject by evaluating the efficiency of the Computer Assisted Instruction Package of the Students to the Computer Assisted Instruction Package for Drawing 2 Dimension Subject with the tools. The sample group was 30 students of Machine Shop Department in Vocational Certificate Education Level Pathumtani Technical College. Analysis by Index of Consistency Level of Difficulty Discrimination Power Average and Computer program. The result of this research was the efficiency 81.14/82.50 higher than the rule of 80/80. This could be concluded that the computer self study packagefor Drawing 2 Dimension Subject using can be used as a learning package efficiently.
