Changing in the present era led Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needed to emphasize on its policies to comply with the national policy related to the creative ideas for the development of innovations internet learning forming Smart Farmer & Smart Startup and the specialist labors. Thus this was for the Thai society to step into the “innovation driven economy.” In response to the national policy it aimed at the university development toward basic changes in persons and organization adjustment to become university 4.0 together with the academic line to answer for the needs of problem solution and develop to become equivalent with other universities. According to this significance the researcher interested to study on the relationship among transformational leadership the follower’s adjustment and the follower’s performance. The research objectives were 1) to study on the relationship between the transformational leadership and the follower’s adjustment and; 2) to study on the relationship between the follower’s adjustment and the follower’s performance. Thus this would be used as the guideline to develop the administrative tasks in the organization and any units for the effectiveness and efficiency. This quantitative research adopted questionnaire as the research instrument. Data was collected from 270 samples. Data analysis was done through the use of CFA to seek for the relationship of the variables and the hypotheses were tested by the Structural Equation Modeling: SEM. The result of the research shows that transformational leadership with ideology forming inspiration intellectual stimulation and individual consideration had lesser than 5 p-value in all aspects. Thus it can be concluded that all 4 forms of the transformational leadership had the positive relationship with the follower’s adjustment while the follower’s adjustment also had the positive relationship with the follower’s performance. Therefore according to the research results the organization leader shall forsee and aware on the significance of leadership in form of leader with ideology vision ability in emotional management and good ethic motivated for the work inspiration forming attitude and stimulate the soul of followers to have creative ideas and new innovations amid the condition of changes in the present era.

The purposes of this special project were to media production for infographic of Admission System of the Faculty of Mass Communication Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and study the satisfaction to infographic of Admission System of the Faculty of Mass Communication Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon by using the tool was online questionnaire to study the satisfaction of the general public towards infographic with 100 samples. Data analysis are frequency mean and standard deviation. Major findings were as followed: The mean score of content satisfaction were highly satisfied (𝑥̅=4.58). The mean score of presentation satisfaction were highly satisfied (𝑥̅=4.52).

The objective of this research is to study the factors affecting the academic position of faculty members of the faculty of science and technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon which consists of 5 divisions; Division of Environmental Science and Technology Division of Industrial Materials Science Division of Computer Science Division of Science and Division of Mathematics and Statistics. By using SWOT Analysis tools it is found that the main strengths are the progress in the professions increasing of the development of their knowledge potential and fame. The main weakness is the lack of understanding of how to write teaching documents lack of time and lack of interesting research topics. An opportunity is the mandatory criteria of the university. The faculty has financial support for academic positions and other rights from academic positions. The threat is the lack of research budget. The faculty does not have specialized counseling officers and frequently change the assessment criteria. We use the results of the SWOT analysis to group relationships with the TOWS Metrix tool analyzed in the form of a matrix relationship to define different types of strategies to suggest the results of the study in formulating policies to help support and encourage faculty members of the faculty that can further be determined for academic.

The main objective of this research is to study the factors that affect the work efficiency of personnel. Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon This will lead to suggestions for the development of personnel to be more efficient in their operations. Data was collected between October 2018 and September 2019 which was a survey research using a questionnaire consisting of 4 parts: 1) general information of the respondents which was demographic characteristics 2) Satisfied with the operational efficiency 3) quality of working life and 4) Other suggestions with a sample of the research as Personnel under the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon amount 50 people. Data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic data. And use statistical methods for analysis of relevant factors and testing hypotheses. The results of the study showed that the factors of work success of the Faculty of Science and Technology personnel Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Able to work according to the set goals Without having a backlog And proud of the work Able to solve immediate problems Which is considered to be very good therefore Faculty of Science and Technology Should focus on personnel development in the workplace In order to further improve the operational efficiency of the personnel.

The aim of this paper is to study 1) personal factors 2) food consumption style and 3 ) correlation between personal factors and food consumption style of students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This experiment was constructed with 3 8 5 participants who are undergraduate students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon using questionnaires. The participants were stratified random sampling. The result was analyzed using statistics in frequency percentage and chi-square value. The result demonstrated that 1) the major personal factors were 20 year old female sophomore and studied business management. The daily income was less than 2 0 0 baht per day. 2 ) according to the study of food consumption style of students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon it revealed that the main reason to choose lunch was an inexpensive price. Most of participants preferred one dish meals such as stir-fried basil soup fried pork and noodles. On the other hand they chose sausage for fast food and papaya salad for snack. Most of the participants prefered drinking water. The average price was about 51-100 baht each meal. The participants often had lunch at a cafeteria or restaurant in the university. Moreover friends got involved in making decisions regarding meal choices. The main ingredients in the chosen foods were meat and products from meat. 3 ) the correlation between personal factors and food consumption style of students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon proved that the level of education related to frequent chosen lunch menus. The faculty also involved in frequent chosen lunch menus the cost and the location. The daily income correlated to frequent chosen lunch menus and the cost of meal which was statistically significant (P-Value?0.05)
