The quality and consumer acceptance of corn milk powder with sugar coating and pasteurized process
The objective of this research was studied the quality and consumer acceptance of corn milk with sugar coating process and pasturization by selected from three corn milk formula. The first formula was the most appropriate. Then pasteurized corn milk with 3 levels of total soluble solid; 9 10 and 11 Brix respectively. The suitable total soluble solid for pasteurized corn milk was 11 Brix. Physicochemical properties. The color values L * a * b * pH equals 74.95 21.03 34.41 and 07.16 respectively. Protein fat fiber moisture ash citric acid lactic acid and carbohydrates. Percent 2.28 1.48 2.22 68.48 0.26 0.14 0.24 and 25.18 respectively. An average sensory score of an appearance viscosity taste and overall liking from 30 panelists had significant (p 0.05) higher than other treatments. The optimum corn milk powder by coating sugar with the ratio of corn milk : sugar was 50 % (by volume/weight) of sugar was dried in tray dryer at 70 C. The color values L * a * b * were 39.89 -2.10 and 10.38 respectively. The sensory acceptance of corn milk from the market was significant (p 0.05) higher score than reconstituted corn milk powder.
A performance analysis of a sufficiency economy philosophy practice of the handicraft maker’s group in hu-rae
The research of A Performance Analysis of a Sufficiency Economy philosophy Practice of the handicraft maker’s group in Hu-Rae is an applied research that indicate a result of guideline from a Sufficiency Economic Philosophy. The purposes to analyze the before-and-after performance of marketing management with a community’s participation project regarding to a Sufficiency Economy philosophy for product development. This research focuses on the study of a performance of the handicraft maker’s group in Hu-Rae by doing in-depth interviews before and after marketing management with a community’s participation project applied with the Sufficiency Economic philosophy for product development. In doing this the following components are applied as indicators: moderation reasonableness self-immunity conditions of knowledge and morality and comprise with the marketing mix (4Ps) which are product price place promotion. The research result reveals that the performance result referring to Sufficiency Economic philosophy is in a high level and after the research project is implemented the performance result is increase for all aspects. The condition of knowledge is considered to be the highest which receives 4.30 points. A practical implication of this research will be beneficial to a management of community network.
The study of correlation between electromyography and Back-Pain Levels
The study aimed to investigate and compare the back-pain level peak-to-peak voltage and period time of Electromyography (EMG). The sample of this study was 31 patients of Yasothon Hospital. The instrument consisted of an electrocardiography (EKG monitor). For statistical analysis t-test and f-test were employed. The findings revealed that mean is The Back-Pain level of most patients was 2 (35.5 %). The peak-to-peak voltage of Back-Pain levels (1-5) were 0.11 0.12 0.21 0.25 and 0.20 mV. While period time of Back-Pain levels (1-5) were 0.85 0.86 0.86 0.62 and 0.68 s. respectively. The peak-to-peak voltage of Back-Pain levels (1 and 2) were different levels (3 and 4) at .05 level of significant. In addition the period time of Back-Pain level (4) was different levels (1 2 and 3) at .05 level of significant
The production of single cell protein from copra meal residue by saccharomyces cerevisiae and bacillus subtilis for development as animal feedstuff
This experiment was conducted to study on single cell protein production from copra meal residue by Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Bacillus subtilis as animal feedstuffs. The experimental design was 4x3 factorial in CRD experiment with two factors were design to experiment. The first factor was comprised of fermented period (0 15 30 and 45 days). While the second factor B was comprised of microorganism type (Saccharomyces cerevisiae Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae combined with Bacillus subtilis). The results showed that interaction between factor A and B on pH (4.00-4.53) and percentage yield (29.21-33.80) were highly significantly different (P<0.01). However Incubation temperature were not related between factor A and B. Additional both factor have no effect to incubation temperature (P?0.05). For nutrients composition the group was fermented Saccharomyces cerevisiae combined with Bacillus subtilis showed higher Crude Protein than other treatments (P<0.01). Optimum of period at days 45 showed that crude protein 14.77 percent was significantly (P<0.01) and pepsin digestibility 66.60 percent was significantly (p<0.01)
A comparative study of the costs and returns of barramundi culture in ponds, brackish and salt water. a case study sea bass cultue in prachuap khiri khan province
A comparative study. The purpose was to study the costs and the cost of return. Comparative analysis of the difference between revenue and the cost of return breakeven Between brackish and salt water fish white snapper. This study used data from interviews with of 24 cases.
