Design and development of computer assisted instruction from principle of biology course on topic of “Cell division”
Design and development of computer assisted instruction from principle of biology course on topic of “Cell division”

The purpose of this study was the design and development of a Computer Assisted Instruction program for a Principles of Biology course on the topic of cell division. The sample group was 175 students taken from the food and nutrition major studying for a bachelor’s degree in the second term of the first academic year (2011) from the Faculty of Technology and Nutrition Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn. Statistical analysis of the mean and standard deviation were preformed of the test’s satisfaction toward the Multimedia Computer Program along with T-test analysis of the test data to determine learning achievement before and after use of the Computer Assisted Instruction. The results found that learning achievement scores for the Multimedia Computer Program after Computer Assisted Instruction were significantly higher than before at the 0.05 level. The test’s satisfaction toward learning via the Multimedia Computer Program was also high.

Roles of Local Government Authorities in Sub-District Election: A Case Study of Mueangbangkhung Sub-District Administration Organization, Sawankhalok District, Sukhothai Province (6 September 2009)

This research aims to study roles and relationship model of local rulers in electing President and council members of Mueangbangkhung Sub-district Administration Organization Sawankhalok District Sukhothai Province (6 September 2009). Results showed that local rulers could perform their formal role well and could conduct effective election process. In informal role most involved in determining candidates and helping candidates to win the election with their request talk clarify and direct involvement in projects and activities through membership of Sub-district Administration Organization in their village after the election. Relationship models were in forms of help and support for their associates relatives and close friends as well as facilitation and exchange of benef its. Even though competitors had been elected the relationship in work was still in forms of generosity provision of work opportunity and cooperation between local government authorities and Sub-district Administration Organization as a whole. However there is still certain separation between local and government author

Attitude towards Buddhist Morality Principles of Undergraduate Students in Bangkok and Perimete
Attitude towards Buddhist Morality Principles of Undergraduate Students in Bangkok and Perimete

The purposes of this research were firstly to study attitude towards morality of undergraduate students in Bangkok and Perimeter and secondly to compare attitude towards morality of undergraduate students in Bangkok and Perimeter. The attitudes concern 3 aspects of Buddhist Moral Principles: five Precepts four Noble Sentiments and four Paths of Accomplishment. Data were gathered from 400 undergraduate students of five universities with questionnaires. Data were collected compiled and analyzed for percentage (%) arithmetic medium (X) and standard deviation (S.D.). It is found that overall attitude towards morality of undergraduate students in Bangkok and Perimeter had the highest level. Female had higher attitude towards morality than male. Students who are 18-21 years old had higher attitude than students who are older than 21. No significant difference was found in attitude towards morality of undergraduate students from five universities at a level of 0.05. In details it was found that attitude towards the five Precepts of undergraduate students had the highest level with an average mean of 4.57 followed by attitude towards the four Paths of Accomplishment with average mean of 4.43 and attitude towards the four Noble Sentiments was lowest at average mean of 4.25

Study of Energy Efficiency for Single Cylinder Small Engine in Thailand
Study of Energy Efficiency for Single Cylinder Small Engine in Thailand

At present in Thailand single cylinder small engines have been used generally for agriculture. This leads to large amount of fuel import while the price of fossil fuels rise continuously. The Department of Alternative Energy Development and Eff iciency Ministry of Energy decided to draft the minimum energy eff iciency standard for small engines by studying and testing specif ic fuel consumption of gasoline and diesel engines based on the JIS B 8017 and TIS 787-2551 standards respectively. Results of the experiment revealed that specif ic fuel consumption of gasoline engine was higher than diesel engines between 39% and 49% at equivalent energy supply. However the limitation of maximum and minimum energy eff iciency for gasoline engine is still necessary in order to enhance energy eff iciency of small engines manufactured in Thailand

Automatic Malfunction Warning System for Photovoltaic Energy System
Automatic Malfunction Warning System for Photovoltaic Energy System

This paper presents the development of Automatic Malfunction Warning System (AMWS). The objective is to improve the performance of 5-kWp Grid-connected PV system with real time PC based monitoring system installed at Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi Nonthaburi Thailand. The system is able to measure electrical parameters and air condition with real-time display. The AMWS comprises of hardware and software. The software was developed by LabVIEW. The AMWSs function is to monitor important equipment in the PV energy system. If there is a malfunction or any detected faults the AMWS would directly warn the operator of the PV energy system instantly. Results showed that the AMWS can complete programmed operation according to specified condition. The AMWS can send the right details and the cause of malfunction by SMS and E-mail every time the system did not work properly. The benefit of this system is that the operator can get the system to run properly and fix problems in a short period of time
