การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ในการก้าวเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวโน้มอาชีพของแรงงานกับการก้าวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 ของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับตลาดแรงงานกับการก้าวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 ของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ สถานประกอบที่นักศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมออกฝึกงานทางวิชาชีพ ในภาคเรียนที่ ฤดูร้อน ปีการศึกษา 2558 ทั้ง 5 สาขาวิชา จำนวน 30 บริษัท/โรงงาน และสถานศึกษาที่นักศึกษาออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 30 สถานศึกษา ซึ่งทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้บังคับบัญชา/ผู้จ้างที่มีต่อบัณฑิต และแบบสอบถามสอบความต้องการสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของสถานประกอบการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการวิเคราะห์สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ในการก้าวเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน พบว่า หลักสูตรที่เปิดการเรียนการสอนของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม เมื่อนักศึกษาจบไปสามารถไปปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จากผลการระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้บังคับบัญชา/ผู้จ้างที่มีต่อบัณฑิต ซึ่งหลักสูตรที่ผู้บังคับบัญชา/ผู้จ้างที่มีต่อบัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ได้แก่ หลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หลักสูตรครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หลักสูตรอุตสาหกรรมศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ และหลักสูตรอุตสาหกรรมศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มอาชีพของแรงงานกับการก้าวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 ของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร พบว่า ยุคการก้าวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 มีการนำระบบดิจิตอลเป็นหัวใจสาคัญ ใช้เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงจากโรบอติก เชื่อมโยงโลก ต้องการแรงงานทักษะ แต่ลดการใช้แรงงานทั่วไป ตาม 10 อุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายที่เป็นตัวขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ เกี่ยวกับหุ่นยนต์เพื่ออุตสาหกรรม อุตสาหกรรมการขนส่งและการบิน อุตสาหกรรมการแพทย์ครบวงจร อุตสาหกรรมเชื้อเพลิงชีวภาพและเคมีชีวภาพ และอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัล 3. ผลการวิเคราะห์แนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับตลาดแรงงานกับการก้าวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 ของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร พบว่า คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม ควรมีการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรที่ทันสมัย มีการนำเทคโนโลยีต่าง ๆ เข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้ในเนื้อหาวิชา เพื่อให้นักศึกษาเกิดการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย และเน้น Soft Skill เพื่อทันต่อสังคมในปัจจุบัน เน้นคุณธรรมจริยธรรม มีการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างทันท่วงที

The purposes of the study were to investigate the organizational commitment compare factors affecting the organizational commitment and explore related factors affecting the organizational commitment of the personnel working at Suan Dusit University the questionnaire was administered to 362 samples and analyzed by the percentage distribution mean - Way ANOVA and pearson product moment correlation coefficient analysis set at 0.05 statistical significance. The study results revealed that Suan Dusit University personnel had high level of organizational commitment in general. Factors related to overall working performance were good and working experience was in average. It is also found that the organizational commitment level of the personnel who were different in different in terms of age marital status educational level work tenure and salary Income at 0.05 statistical significance. Additionally overall working performance as well as working experience was highly and positively related to the organizational commitment in general.

sustainability; case study of an anonymous revenue office in Bangkok Region by using In-depth interview technique participative observation and open-ended questionnaire. The participants in the interview process consists of management superintendents and operators totaling 22 persons. The results show that there is a harmonization in each operational level of the organization and comply with the three objectives of risk management under COSO approach. However there is a lack of a measurement of successful level Evaluation to strategic planning and clear hedging guidelines under COSO - ERM in order to build concrete sustainability for the organization. In this study the author has proposed conceptual framework about factors affecting the effectiveness of risk management for organization sustainability to be tested in the future.
