Nowadays one of the automotive engineering is conductivity of brake pads playing a role in friction coefficient which means safety of customer. Thus thermal properties have been improved using composited materials. This project aims to study the conductivity behavior of 3 different brake pads which are supported by the company Compact International (1994) Ltd. For experimental works temperature based on brake condition was simulated from 200 to 400°C and cooled down from 400 to 200°C at 1 5 and 8 MPa of pressure respectively. By standard JIS D4413 testing condition of pressure was referred. The non-linear of conductivity value are calculated from the temperature under steady state condition. As a result of testing there are several of parameters effecting on the non-linear conductivity value. The brake pad that is a mix of high-fiber affects the fluctuation of thermal conductivity. At the same time lubricant in the brake pad cause the stability of conductivity value in different temperature range at the same pressure. On the other hand the brake pad mixed hi-copper inspires the narrow range of conductivity value in different pressures at the same temperature. Moreover the conductivity value as a mention is inversely proportion with the coefficient of kinetic friction.

This research to examine the structure and mechanical properties of aluminum dross. A research project knowledge the aim is to study the microstructure and the mechanical properties of materials. The research is divided into two parts: 1 . preparation aluminum dross material and 2. to determine the structure and mechanical properties. The material must be washed in preparation contamination and dry then crushed and sifted to 200 mesh. Analyzed the microstructure with SEM which indicated the microstructure. The amount of alumina in aluminum dross grade No.0 has 8 0 percent with a powder aluminum dross grade No.1 is a hunk with crystalline alumina component 85 percent. Aluminum dross grade No. 2 which is a big hunk has crystalline alumina components 9 0 percent. Analysis results indicates that aluminum dross can be applied to other aspects such as to produce bulletproof vests and so on.

This research is a study on the Development of Paper and Packaging from Rice Husk and Rice Processing Wastes for producing for Thai Art Conservation. This research purpose to develop products and packaging from the rice husk in rice processing to study the processes of paper production and forming products to design and develop products and packaging and to transfer technology products and packaging from the leftovers in rice processing to conserve Thai arts to the community and to study the satisfaction of the product and packaging development program from the leftovers in rice processing in order to conserve Thai arts to the community. The research findings can be summarized as follows: 1. In this research the research team produced paper and molded products experimenting with the ratio of RICE HUSK and paper SA fibers and find the best ratio of rice husk 50: paper SA fibers 50 so that rice husk can better adhere to paper and creates a beautiful texture for making products. Moreover this research uses the waste from the rice processing process it able to develop products according to objectives. At the same time can be produced at the household level. As well as finding marketing methods for new products to be able to sell which generates income for the community. 2. The results of the physical characteristics of paper produced from rice husk paper with the ratio of rice husk 50 to 50 has a moderate weight. The paper can be folded. The tensile strength of the paper is moderate. The surface is good. The characteristics of the paper after coated with waterproofing it was coated with natural extracts and environmentally friendly. When testing the water color paint on paper the water color slowly absorbed but does not spread along the paper fibers and also slightly absorbed in the backside paper. 3. In this research the development of products and packaging from the leftovers in rice processing for preserving Thai art into 2 categories 1. Develop paper from rice husk for processing into products and developing molded products from rice husk consisting of 3 sets of ornaments consisting of necklaces bracelets earrings 4 sets of home decor consisting of pans wall paintings and 3 sets of household items consisting of 4 multipurpose boxes fruit trays altar table 4. The knowledge transfer by organizing a workshop for theoretical and practical work the duration of knowledge transfer was 2 days 50 participants between 11 - 12 august 2019 at Bang Tachong Community Enterprise Village No.8 Tha Ngam Subdistrict and District in Buri Sing Buri province. Most participants are satisfied with the highest levels in all questions.

The research about the development of Whole Grain cookie product aims to study about the amount of oat power that can be used instead of wheat flour in Whole Grain cookie product in order to study about the nutrition of the cookie product from oat power and the acceptance of the customer about the Whole Grain cookie product by having 40 testers which are students in faculty of technology home economics Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. There are 5- ponit hedonic scale questionnaire. The comparison of the average uses Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DMRT) The tasting result found that the amount of oat power that has been used instead of wheat flour 100 percent has the most acceptances. When study about the nutrition of the Whole Grain cookie products from oat powder found that it found that they provide 68.64 Kcal carbohydrate 5.20 grams protein 1.48 grams and fats 5.33 grams. Then study more about the acceptance of Whole Grain products from oat powder. It found that the customers were satisfied with Whole Grain product from oat powder at good level and the customers accept the products from oat powder about 97.5 percent.
