Removal of color and cod in ozonation process treating corrugated boxes manufactory wastewater
Removal of color and cod in ozonation process treating corrugated boxes manufactory wastewater

This research aims to study the removal of color and chemical oxygen demand (COD) from the corrugated industry with the ozonnation. The use of ozone with capacity in the range of 24.5-59.0 mg per hr. By studying the factors and conditions that are suitable for the treatment of COD in wastewater which consists of the following factors.pH 4 7 and 10 ozone exposure period of 120 minutes and initial COD concentration of 200-720 mg per liter. Have conducted experiments using real wastewater from the plant mentioned above affect the performance of the reactor COD with the ozonnation. At pH 4 to provide maximum efficiency in the treatment of COD compared to pH 7 and pH 10. In addition the concentration of the starting COD higher performance of the reactor is reduced. The results suggest that the treated of COD up to 81.6 percent. COD in wastewater treatment is started at 200 mg per liter. When the concentration of COD in wastewater from the 450 mg and 720 mg per liter. Found that the performance of the reactor the COD decreased to 71.2 and 64.4 percent respectively. For effective treatment of wastewater with turbidity and color ozone process Nation to be aligned with the performance of the reactor COD. The performance of the reactor is decreased when the concentration of the starting COD higher

Production of fuel briquettes form nipa palm shell mixed with fat dregs
Production of fuel briquettes form nipa palm shell mixed with fat dregs

This research is to study the production of fuel briquettes from the Nipa palm and Fat dregs in the ratio 1:0 1:0.1 and 1:0.3 kg respectively. We performed a study of the properties of the fuel briquette produced and also study the heating value moisture content ash volatile matter and fixed carbon. The results showed that the heating value of the fuel briquette is the most fuel briquette sclera ratio of fat and the residue was 1:0.3.The heating value of 5370 calories per gram. Followed by fuel briquette ratio 1:0.1 and 1:0 with heating value of 5300 and 5280 calories per gram respectively. The results also showed that increasing the amount of fat dregs ingredients make heating value of fuel briquettes increase as well. Also when the fuel briquette production tested by igniting the fuel briquette with no mixing of Fat dregs can ignite flammable odorless and smokeless. Fuel briquettes that are mixed in a ratio of 1:0.1 and 1:0.3 of fat can ignite flammable. The smell of burning grease and smoke residue to consider using a combination of fat dregs in fuel briquette for reduce the amount of waste that could affect the environment.

The concentration of lead in particles and Its health risk assessment at Amphoe Muang Pathumthani Province
The concentration of lead in particles and Its health risk assessment at Amphoe Muang Pathumthani Province

14 samples of TSP and PMwere collected within the area of Amphoe Muang Pathumthani from 7 stations at Tambon Bang Prok Bang Duea Bang Khu Wat Bang Kradee Lak Hok Bang Changand and Kra Sang during February to March 2013 in order to evaluate the concentration of dust and lead concentration level by using ICP-OES. The result of this study shows the TSP ranging 0.03 - 0.32 mg/mmg/mμg/maverage of 0.04 ± 0.06 μg/mμg/m0.05 ± 0.07 μg/m10 3 and the average of 0.12 ± 0.10 3 . The concentration of PM10 is in the range of 0.06 – 0.21 mg/m3 average of 0.13 ± 0.06 mg/m3. Of the determination of lead in TSP concentration of lead found in the range of 0.01 – 0.18 3 3 while lead in PM10 found in the range of 0.01 – 0.21 3 average of 3. Assessment of the public health risk is found contamination of lead in the atmosphere of Amphoe Muang Pathumthani levels ranged from less dangerous except area Bang Prok is worth the risk is moderate danger.

The removal mechanisms of organic compound in household wastewater by sedimentation
The removal mechanisms of organic compound in household wastewater by sedimentation

The experiment was investigated the ability of the natural sedimentation to reduce amount of organic compound in household wastewater including removal mechanisms of organic compound in household wastewater by sedimentation. Sedimentation used in this experiment were collected from klongpremprachakon in 2 locate are as follows; in front of Watsamiannari and in front of train station Bangkhen. The experimental sediment bring it from area actual and sediment has autoclaved for analysis organic compound included BOD value COD value and organic matter by variation of time testing 3 5 12 and 24 hour respectively. The research result found that the experimental 24 hour Amount of organic compound in terms of BOD COD concentration and organic matter retained in household wastewater quite low. The natural sediment redound to adsorption and biodegradation by microorganism was reduce amount organic compound included BOD value COD value and organic matter better than inactivated sedimentation by autoclave.

Greenhouse gas emission reduction from recycled solid waste management : A Case Study of Rattanatibade School, Nonthaburi Province
Greenhouse gas emission reduction from recycled solid waste management : A Case Study of Rattanatibade School, Nonthaburi Province

The study evaluated the greenhouse gas emission reduction of waste management with software of 3R-Greenhouse Gas Calculation Versions 6.0 case study of Rattanatibade School Nonthaburi Province. The results of solid waste from Rattanatibade School Nonthaburi Province are totally 1748 kilogram. Classification of waste by group the results show that other solid waste group had the highest weight. Following by organic waste LDPE plastic cardboard paper (white / black) glass PS plastic PET plastic aluminum newspaper and steel in the quantities 140 90.67 29.05 28.09 27.93 26.51 24.54 21.14 5.33 0.20 kg respectively. When evaluating greenhouse gas emission reduction of solid waste it has found that greenhouse gas emission from solid waste recycled recycling totaled 666.23 KgCO. is the most paper (white / black) is equal to the amount of greenhouse gasses 136.34 KgCO. Following by cardboard LDPE plastic and organic waste. The reduction of greenhouse gases are equal to 113.84 109.03 100.71 KgCOrespectively.
