This research is presented by the designing and constructing test package that are divided into three types; the liquid insulator solid insulator and gas insulator. These materials are provided by in country in order to construct the test package for the results of expected to have at least error. This leads to reliability and validity in this study. The design of the liquid insulator of test package was conducted by the standard IEC 156 in which the material tested used oil transformer. Additionally its solid insulation was the range of catching objects and adjusting using the sheet of bakelite. Furthermore its gas insulation used acrylic was consisted of gas inside oxygen of pressure at 2 Bar. Three types of test could be supplied AC high voltage to test package causing of breakdown via insulators. After that taking note the value of breakdown was the liquid insulator of test material at 29.86kV its solid insulator at 36.32kV and its gas insulator (oxygen) at 48.40 kV

Quality control of dyeing and finishing of Water Hyacinth yarns and their transformed materials for commercial was a main objective to establish the dye database of synthetic dye and natural dye. The dye database was a data for quality control in dyeing process of raw material as Water Hyacinth yarns also it resolved the un-repeatability dyeing problem. Reactive dye was used for synthetic dye database creation on dry Water Hyacinth yarns at 80oC for 30 minutes. Red as Hicion Red He-3B yellow as Hicion Yellow HE-4RN Blue as Hicion Navy Blue HER 150% and black as Hifix Black KNN were the represent synthetic dye and Sodim sulphate 20 g/l and sodium carbo nate 20 g/l were used as auxiliaries. The other hands the natural dye database was forming from Ebony tree Caesalpinia sappan and Turmeric. They were dye on dry Water Hyacinth yarns at 80oC for 30 minutes and Sodim sulphate 20 g/l was the auxiliary. Whereas Butterfly pea were dye at 80oC for 30 minutes by Sodim sulphate 20 g/l and sodium carbonate 20 g/l were the auxiliaries. The whole dye database was defined the totally in Primary Secondary and ternary dye cycle. The transfer knowledge was distributed to the enterprise at Nakhon Prathom Provincd as “Chumchonjaksanpaktobchawha Bann klongnokkratum”. The topics were “How to establish the synthetic and natural dye database” “Water repel lent finishing” and “developed and transformed the Water Hyacinth to products”. The target group was very satisfied in this topic as 4.39. In the result the proportion between economic and social factor by the income increasing in 1 year was 5.04. This study aims to study the use of recycled paper as a new material. To develop and create a packaging Paper Mache can be used to substitute for wood and plastic in packaging for storing items and for reducing waste from paper and plastic. They can be utilized in real life and to study the satisfaction of small packaging with papermaking. The sample is General Population Consumers using made of wood and plastic. The tool used was a questionnaire with 100 people randomly generated. Data were analyzed using percentage mean and standard deviation testing for the value of the F test. The results showed that 5 experts found that 4 persons were satisfied with the results of the study. The average was 4.60 satisfied with the development and creation of packaging by Paper Mache. The target group of 100 people is at a high level. The average was 4.12 4.09 4.05 4.05 as follows: 1. Experts were satisfied with the results of the study developed and produced the packaging with the papermaking technique. It was found that 5 experts found that 4 persons gave the overall opinion about the characteristics of the paper pulp formula 2 was an average of 4.60. At most levels on the texture aspect (before dryness) the average was 4.75 The highest level can be used to actually have an average. 4.60 Moisture content was at the highest level of 4.50 And for liquid absorption and texture the average dry weight was 4.40 at the highest level 2. There was satisfaction with the development and creation of packaging with Paper Mache. It was found that 100 consumers of plastic packaging were satisfied with plastic flower pots at a high level 4.12 in average followed by multi-purpose boxes. The average level was 4.09 and the small scale was 4.05 and the bin was dry. (For home use) at a high level. The mean score was 4.05

The purposes of the study were to study 1) the demographic characteristics 2) the level of the marketing mix factors that affect food consumption behaviors 3) the level of knowledge about nutrition 4) the food consumption behaviors and 5) the relationship between factors that affect food consumption behaviors and food consumption behaviors. The subjects were 159 non – commissioned officers under royal aide de camp department who worked for a year in 2015. To collect data the research instrument wasquestionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and chi-square. The data analyzed by SPSS. The research found that 1) the most respondents were mostly female age range in 31 - 40 years married graduated Bachelors degree Sergeant major 1st class/Chief petty officer 1st class/Flight sergeant 1st class the average income of between 20001 - 30000 baht per monththere were members of the family 3 - 4 people and domiciled in Bangkok and Suburbs 2) thequality of the food’s average score were the highest score3) the respondents generally haveknowledge of nutrition in the very good level 4) the respondents mostly eat fresh food buyingfood 3 - 4 times per week and 5 - 6 times per week eating 3 meals a day buying fooddaily buying food in the evening the average expense is between 51 - 100 baht buying foodfrom markets and restaurants regardless of their own to buy food deciding to buy food for goodhealth and 5) the number of family members related to the average expense per time in buyingfood the source of buying food the person who influences on buying food and the factorsaffecting the decision to buy food. While the level of education correlated with place of buying food.In addition the rank correlated with the average in buying food at a time. Besides average monthly income is related to the day to buy. Moreover the hometown is associated with the number of meals eaten per day. The purposes of this research were : 1) study the personal factors of undergraduate 1 st year students Dusit Thani College 2) the decision to undergraduate of 1st year students Dusit Thani College and 3) personal factors that affect the decision of undergraduate 1 st year students Dusit Thani College. The samples students were studying in undergraduate 1st year Dusit Thani College 229. The instrument used in this research was the statistical methods used to analyzed data were frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test and one-way analysis of variance. Data were analyze using a computer program. The results showed that: 1) Individual students 1st year Dusit Thani College most were female parents of students a professional commercial / personal career.
