การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร จำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศ คณะที่ศึกษาอยู่ และผลการศึกษาเฉลี่ยสะสม ใน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านความต้องการทางกาย ด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัย ด้านการยอมรับจากสังคมและได้รับการยกย่องนับถือ ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ และด้านสุนทรียภาพ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครทั้ง 9 คณะ ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2553 เครื่องที่ผู้วิจัยใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t-test และ ONE WAY ANOVA ใช้วิธีการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธี Fisher’s Least Significant Difference (LSD) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร โดยภาพรวม มีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจสูงกว่าด้านอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ ด้านการยอมรับจากสังคมและได้รับการย่องนับถือ รองลงมาคือด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ ด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัย ด้านความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษาน้อยกว่าด้านอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ ด้านความมีสุนทรียภาพ การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร จำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศโดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านความต้องการทางกาย และด้านความมีสุนทรียภาพมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามคณะที่ศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและตามคณะแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกตามผลการศึกษาเฉลี่ยสะสม โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purpose of this study was to study and compare executives satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in faculty of business administration at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in 3 aspects: Academic Ethics and Professional Characteristics. The executives were classified by gender age type of enterprises type of business size of enterprises and major subjects of graduates. The samples in this research were 290 executives. The study participates selected by Stratified Random sampling. The 40 item questionnaires of Likerts rating scales was used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation t -test for dependent sample t -test for independent sample F -test and LSD analysis were statistical method to analyze data.

This research aims to study about the uses and gratifications of direct Marketing that being effect on purchasing decision process for population in Bangkok area.In order to learn more about the relationship of demographic data per the approach to direct advertising .The uses and gratifications and purchasing decision process of consumer in Bangkok areaits sample are drawn from Bangkok population for 400 samplings. The outcomes are as: 1.The use and gratification of direct marketing from direct-mail and television per purchasing process upon consumer are moderate. 2.Grnderthe difference in gender has approach to direct advertising differences. 3.The difference in level of education bas difference effects upon the uses and gratifications of its direct advertising 4.Various demographic in Bangkok area has difference purchasing decision pricess. 5.The approach to direct advertising has no relationship to the uses and gratifications. 6.The uses and gratification upon the direct advertising

The results were as follows: 1.Executives satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in each aspect and all aspects were at the high level. 2.Executives expectancy on the characteristics of graduates in each aspect and all aspects were at the high level. 3.There was no significant difference for executives satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in each aspect and all aspects between male and female executives. 4.There was no significant difference for executives satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in all aspects. Considered in each aspect it was found that there was significant difference in executives satisfaction with Academic at the 0.05 level among executives in different age. 5. Considered in each aspect it was found that there was significant difference in executives satisfaction with Ethics at the 0.05 level among executives in different type of enterprises. 6.There was no significant difference for executives satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in each aspect and all aspects in different type of business. 7.There was significant difference for executives satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in Professional Characteristics and all aspects at the 0.05 level among executives in different size of enterprises. 8.There was no significant difference for executives satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in all aspects. Considered in each aspect it was found that there was significant difference in executives satisfaction with Academic at the 0.05 level among executives in different major subjects of graduates.

The purposes of this research were to study the satisfaction of the inspected towards the internal audit and to compare the inspected satisfaction in each aspect according to sex age job position and experience. The sample participated in this research consisted of 200 of unit executives faculty secretaries division heads and operating officials who dealt with the process of the internal audit. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire; the statistics used to analyze the data were percentage Arithmetic mean standard deviation t-test one-way ANOVA and Fisher’s Least Significant Difference (LSD) was used after significant difference was found between groups.
