Research to develop the studying in the form of E-Book “Subject Fundamental of Drawing the structure of Paperboard Packaging” is done to evaluate the quality of the E-Book and the reaction of the students. The subjects for this research are 100 Undergraduate students and they are studying in the Packaging Design division in the Architectuer and Design department at the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The title of this research is Package of Environmental Awareness Idea which is theory on Subject Fundamental of Drawing the structure of Paperboard Packaging. Therefore the lesson plant is divided in 7 plants. The results from the quality evaluation forms are very suitable as the researcher hypothesized. The analyzing in a book form was respectful at 3.91. The analyzing in an image form was the best at 4.15 and the last one in an E-Book form was very satisfactory at 3.78 The satisfaction questionnaires are suitable as the researcher assumed as well. The analyzing in a book was at 4.30 the image form was at 4.28 and the E-Book was 4.10 In conclusion quality and the satisfaction factor in this research are very sufficient in all forms; the book the images and the E-Book

The study on decision making to attend the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program of the Office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education was aimed to study motivating factors personal factors and relationship of motivating factors and decision making factors to attend the program. The data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. As for inferential statistics inferential statistics such as independent samples t-test analysis was applied to look for the difference between two groups; One-Way ANOVA for three or more and study of relationship between motivating and decision-making factors to attend the training using Pearsons Product Moment Correlative Coefficient. The study results showed that internal motivating factors concerning respect moderately affected the motivation on training. Desire for success special interest and work responsibility highly affected the motivation while external motivating factors such as the superintendent’s reliability the work progress and the organizational policies highly affected the training motivation. Regarding decision making factors training courses trainers audiovisual equipment training period training public relations and the benefits of the training highly affected every aspect of decision making. personal factors gender age educational level position and work experience did not affect the decision-making to attend the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program. Factors motivating the personnel to attend the ICT personnel development program including the superintendent’s reliability work progress and organizational policies positively correlated with the decision factors to attend the training for potential ICT personnel in all aspects. Also motivating factors regarding the desire for success and work responsibility had a negative relationship with the decision factors with the aspects of audiovisual equipment and public relations to participate the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program of the Office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education. Nowadays an automotive industry steadily has been growing and playing a major role on economy development for many years. The crash box is one of the most important parts for safety but it was found that the crash boxes manufactured domestically are not met international standard requirements. This is due to process and material limitation. This process for automotive safety test requires high budget and there is unclear approach for specific test. Therefore a study of crash boxes referred to energy absorption project was conducted as an alternative choice of testing. Regarding to the problems as addressed above this project was aimed to design and test crash boxes which come in various structures; simple type corrugated type and honeycomb type of crash box. In addition it was also emphasized in studying energy absorption behavior and physical deformation of crash boxes after dynamic and static energy being applied. Numeric simulation and static test methodology of front collision were applied for these tests in reference to USA NCAP standard for automobile collision test. Testing all types of crash boxes indicated that the corrugated type was able to absorb energy at 2.8% and 5.9% higher than honeycomb type and rectangular type respectively. This is capable to pickup stress and strain continually and effecting to more energy absorb than another type. Additionally this corrugated structure is feasible and suitable for crash box design in automotive manufacturing.
