The objective of this study was to examine the wealth management of educational personnel of the office of the Basic Education Commission of Thailand within Dusit District. From the questionnaires the 330 samples can be analyzed using descriptive statistics including percentage frequency and Chi-square and from interviews with the executives of the Basic Education Commission-the Ministry of Education. The results showed that the majority of respondents were female aged between 25-40 years as the civil servants workingperiod of 1-5 years having their revenue of 15001-30000 baht. From the financial planning savings plan were the most. For planning or possession of the most assets included homes land and condominium. The current form of savings is found that commercial banks have the greatest of deposit. Liabilities were mainly from mortgage loans. Source of savings to for retirement is commercial bank deposits. The financial planning was found that most plan for achieving the stability in their lives. The most difficulty in financial planning is not to estimate money in the future. The assumption test at the significance level 0.05 showed that the differences of gender made the differences in the amount of their monthly saving and the return on investment within six months. Status differences are more likely to have the variation of value of house land condominium movable or personal assets financial assets in money market financial assets in the capital markets or assets for investment purposes all liabilities the approximate time to pay current debt the maximum amount of money that is expected to pay up to a month an amount to save each month the desired return on investment within six months and the expectancy of the future investment. The differences of education level are more likely to have the variation of value of house land condominium movable or personal assets all liabilities interest to be paid the maximum amount of money that is expected to pay up to a month the saving rates the saving amount of each month the desired lengths of achieving the goal of an investment. The differences of revenue are more likely to have the variation of value of house land condominium movable of personal assets financial assets in money market financial assets in the capital markets or assets for investment purposes total value of all liabilities to be paid interest to be paid estimated time to pay current debt the money that is expected to pay up to a month the monthly desired saving rates time to achieve the goal of saving the saving amount of each month investment decisions the demand in return on investment within 6 months and the tax deduction items

The research objectives were aimed to explore the tendency of life quality improvement for the senior people analyze the community leader’s perspectives towards life quality improvement for the senior people and set up as well as observe developing trends towards elderly quality of life for accommodating to ageing society : Ban Jumrung Community Rayong Province. The samples were nine persons purposively selected from relevant experts and skillful people in the community. Tomas T. Macmillan’s Delphi Technique was applied at the standard error of 0.04. The data were collected three times repeatedly and analyzed by Descriptive statistics. The study results revealed that relevant experts and skillful people in the community accordingly agreed (IR  1.50 และ IOC  0.50). The study results would be applied to design plans to construct training patterns to improve life quality for the senior peoplein Ban Jumrung Community Rayong Province. In addition obtained the training pattern could also be used with other neighboring communities as strategic plans for the near future of national life quality improvement for aging society.

The objectives of this study were to investigate communities confidence in their local leaders the locals awareness and factors affecting peoples participation in the water quality management. Data were collected from interviewing 400 households and analyzed with a Logit model. Results showed that the samples were well aware of water quality problems. The communities confidence in their local leaders was in a middle level and the communities’ participation in common activities was low. Factors that affected communities participation in water quality management were confidence in local leaders membership of the conservation groups education level and awareness of water source problem respectively.

At present a problem found in the soft candy producing process in the food producing department of Company Case Study is time-consuming roller washing process due to an ineffective washing process. A roller is washed one by one from a total of 10 roller (a set) in one machine. As a result the operation rates of other producing processes have been forced to delay. The objective of this research is to resolve the problem found in the process of roller washing by designing a machine for washing a set of roller per time. The research begins from examining design concepts of roller washing machine from patents and the current quantity of water and stream used for washing before conducting design of a new soft candy type roller washer machine. And eventually the efficiency of new roller washer machine is compared with current one. The findings indicate that the newly developed design can reduce washing period from 24.48 minutes/set to 5.56 minutes/set and increase operation time by 18.92 minutes or accounting for 77.28 percent. Meanwhile water quantity used in the process is reduced from 124.82 liters/set to 28.35 liters/set and stream quantity used in the process is also contracted from 0.83 kilogram/hour/set to 0.18 kilogram/hour/set. This reduction can save expenses equal to 28795 baht/year. As the budget for making new roller washer machine is 53000 baht and payback period is only 1.84 year.

The study on perception towards service quality of Siam Kraft industry Company Limited was aimed to investigate and compare service quality perception of Siam Kraft Industry Company Limited. The survey was accomplished among 207 Siam Kraft industry Company Limited customers as the sample group. The questionnaire with the reliability value of 0.97 was administered as the instrument for collecting data which were analyzed by the frequency distribution percentage distribution standard deviation t-test One – Way ANOVA and Scheffe. In case of 0.05 statistical differences was found Least Significant Different method was applied to verify each pair. The results revealed: 1. According to the respondent’s’ general information 140 were females (68.60 %) 92 people aged ranging from 30 to 40 years old (44.45 %). 124 or 59.90 held bachelor’s degrees and 69 people or 33.33 % had 5 to ten years work experience. 2. The perception towards service quality of Siam Kraft industry Company Limited in the overall was relatively high. When looking into each aspect the first item was credit service followed by finance delivery processed products and marketing services respectively. 3. As for the respondents ‘general statuses different ages and work experiences did not perceive service quality of Siam Kraft industry Company Limited differently at 0.05. However males and females perceived different marketing service; and different educational levels perceived processed products differently at 0.05.
