The purpose of this research were to study the relationship of bio -social factors psychomotor factors and social factors which influenced the 4 -year bachelor degree student major choosing and to make the equations to predict the students choices to further their academic majors for the 4 -year bachelor degree students in faculty of Administration from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples used in this research were 263 4 -year bachelor degree students majored in Accounting Marketing Administration Managing Management and Information Technology in Computers who were studying in semester 2 academic year 2007. The multiple choice questionnaire and estimated matrix were used to collect data. Multi-discrimination analysis quire -square and group division analysis were used as statistical tools.

The purpose of this study was to study and compare knowledge and perspective of students in faculty of business administration at Rajamangala University of Technology in Bangkok towards business ethics in 4 aspects: customer competitor government and social. The students were classified by gender academic years major subjects. student achievement and parents occupation. The samples in this research were 1734 students. The study participates were selected by stratified random sampling. The 28 item tests and 60 item questionnaires of likerts rating scales were used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation t - test for independent sample F - test and LSD analysis were statistical methods to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1. Perspective towards business ethics all aspects were in agreeable levels that the social was the highest while the customer including the competitor and the government was in the second rank. 2. There was significant difference for students knowledge towards business ethics at the 0.05 level among students in different gender different academic years different major subjects different student achievement and different parents occupation. 3. There was significant difference for students perspective towards business ethics in each aspect and all aspects at the 0.05 level among students in different gender. different academic years and different major sUbjects. 4. The objective of this research is to study the goal and direction of creating students at a bachelor degree level to blend in and go along with the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon as well as the national plan and national education plan. To research the managing problems at the present time. This research is both a quality and quantity research (Triangulation) Using the Content Analysis method and the Survey Research method. The sample groups are part of the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (2005-2010) and the University staff which consists of 324. Results present in the form of a bar graph a descriptive percentage and chi-square table using SPSS program to compile. The level of significance is .05.

Objectives: The research purposes are as follows: To study the social and economic status of the loaned and unloaned student family; To compare the social and economic status personal and living status of the loaned and unloaned student; To study the problems and other difficu!ties of the staff involving the administration of the educational loan. To study the belief and social value of the loaned student toward the procedure of the educationa: loan. Procedures: The sample population is the student from Business Administration Faculty. The groups are separated into loaned unloaded group and opflration officers. The questionnaire is used as the data collection method. For the student groups the questionnaire has two different versions as follows: 280 copies for the loaned students; 263 copies for the unloaned students. The information from the four operation officers has collected through the interview process. The statistical analysis is using percentage mean standard deviation Tdistribution and Chi-square. Findings: The results are as follows: Economic and social status of the loaned students families and unloaned student are significantly different at 95% level. Personal and living status of the loaned student and unloaned student are significantly different at 95% level. In the loaned student opinion there is no problem or hindrance to the procedure of loangiving at faculty level. In genera! the procedure is fairly good (Mean= 3.35 s.d = 0.79). Basic social value is ranged from responsibility non-selfish and sacrifice respectively. In operation officers opinion the most important problem is that the loaned students do not come and contact on time.
