The objective of this research to study the basic formulas of Thai egg custard type of cutting corn kernel physicals and chemical properties of final product of this research by -9 point hedonic scale of 30 examiner laboratory. The results show the basic formula of Thai egg custard be recognized to study in the next step. The results show the basic formula of Thai egg custard accept on the like moderately (7). Then conduct 3 type of corn kernel are whole slide and chop for choose by 30 examiner laboratory. The examiner choose slide of corn kernel in enhancing of Thai egg custard at 20% 30% and 40% by total weight. The result show that the % of enhanced slide corn kernel was significant in acceptance and color liking (p<). The texture profile analysis of sweet corn Thai egg custard75.98 to 111.08 of firmness and-30.72 to-35.04 of Cohesiveness. The chemical composition of 20% slide sweet corn kernel Thai egg custard were 243.86 Kcals of total energy 95.95 Kcals of energy from fat6.25 of protein10.66 of fat0.91 of ash29.87 of carbohydrate and 1.70 of crude fiber. However enhancing of sweet corn in Thai egg custard can be extra Consideration of chemical composition of ingredients such as sugar and starch for acceptance of Thai egg custard of these features may affect to physical properties such as in color and texture of production should be intensive studied.
การทอผ้าขีดลายไทยเพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนารูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอ
The objective of this study was to khet design by using Thai pattem created on cotton clothes using Thai Khet creation: warp yarn in thousand comb with tightly strengthened cloth while welf yam with hardness together Thai Khet on Thai cotton pattern Traditional Thai Khet waving machine to be adapted by adding front floating hardness pattern hardness wood stepping new pattern weaving plan plotting Thai pattern and making color signals on graph prior khet pattern creation which one graphs column replaces one warp yarn when khet designing have been finished then the following step is desinged plane weaving. The results of the study showed that: there is suitable continuing Thai pattern on cotton cloth: Kanook pattern follows Krajang Ta Ooy pattern and Prajamyam pattern to be combined as graceful delicacy pattern and innovation transferred into Danchang District Supanburi Province.
Development of bone replacement material via nanohydroxyapatite crystal growth on silk fibroin fiber
The objective of this research is to propose a new way to fabricate a composite material for future bone replacement development via growing apatite crystal on silk fibroin fiber. Apatite crystallization on silk fibroin fiber was prepared by precipitation reaction between Ca(NO3)2 solution and (NH4)2HPO4 solution adjusted pH by NH4OH solution. In this work Effect of solution concentration and initial pH values was investigated on apatite crystals. Chicken eggshells were used as calcium source by heating sufficiently powdered eggshells at 1300 °C for 4 h to acquire CaO powders made Ca(NO3)2 solution by dissolving in 65% HNO3 solution. Prepared Ca(NO3)2 solutions were adjusted concentration as 3 levels and were adjusted different pH values of 7 8 and 9 respectively. For processing of apatite crystallization silk fibroin fibers were immersed in Ca(NO3)2 solutions for 30 min. After that (NH4)2HPO4 solutions were added in silk fibroin fibers immersed in Ca(NO3)2 solutions. Reaction time was fixed about 1 min before cleaning to remove impurity precipitates on surface of silk fibroin fiber. Finally apatite crystallization on silk fibroin fibers occurred. The obtained result can conclude morphologies of apatite crystals on silk fibroin fibers was sheets sphere and flower. Solution concentrations and initial pH values directly influenced on Ca/P ratio of obtained apatite crystals by Ca/P ratio increases as increased solution concentrations or increased pH values. Finally research silk fibroin fibers were woven as two patterns of plain weave and twill weave and they were investigated Young’s modulus and tensile strength. The result indicates that Young’s modulus of silk fibroin fiber sheets woven as twill weave and as plain weave were about 616 MPa and 425 Mpa and tensile strengths of them weave were about 40 Mpa and 72 Mpa respectively. The optimum condition of growing apatite crystals on silk fibroin fibers was sample of CP19. Design of silk fibroin fiber with plain weave was an optimum pattern for future biomedical applicaions.
A study of chemical release of wook/PVC composites affecting on the physical and chemical water qualities
This research work was to study the chemical release of wood/polyvinylchloride composites (WPVC) affecting the physical and chemical properties of water. WPVC specimens in ratio of PVC and wood (100:100 by weight) were prepared by using twin screw extruder. The water conditions for specimen immersion testing were varied for temperatures of 30-70 oC and specimen immersion time of 0-120 h. The water quality was estimated by measuring pH electrical conductivity turbidity and color of water after immersion of WPVC specimen as comparing with case of PVC specimen. The result suggested that pH values of water slightly decreased with increasing specimen immersion time whereas the change of temperature of water did not affect the pH value. The electrical conductivity remained unchanged with increasing specimen immersion time or temperature except for immersion of WPVC specimens at 70 oC. This might be attributed the weak interfacial bonds between PVC and wood and this led to more easily release the metal ions from additives of PVC. The turbidity and color of water for case of WPVC increased with increasing specimen immersion time whereas those for case of PVC did not change. From the results of water quality testing it indicated that WPVC applications which contact with water are safety. This was because water quality after immersion of WPVC specimen is within the effluent standards of pollution control department.
การทดสอบการอัดตัวของวัสดุผสมภายใต้สภาวะอุณหภูมิต่างๆ
Brake system is used the friction between disk and pads. In the driving conditions the brake behavior from the driver is difference. Based on this reason the damage on disk and pads are occurring. Nowadays the ratio of compound materials in pads is several and involved automotive industry has not available enough to experiment. Thus it is difficult to brake pads damaged analyzing in several driving conditions. In this problem the mechanical property tester is main tool for experimental works and test procedure base on the Brake lining and disc brake pads compressibility JIS D 4413. The experiment emphasizes on the flexibility behavior and internal energy by volume with 3 types of brake lining and pads. For the experiment focused on conditions by normal apply brake repeat apply brake and suddenly apply brake. The results revealed the normal apply brake condition the maximum and minimum of flexibility behavior was appeared on brake lining and pads type A and type C with testing temperature at 200C. By the repeat and suddenly apply brake conditions the brake lining and pads type C and type A with 300C is given to the maximum and minimum flexibility behavior. In case of internal energy by volume the maximum and minimum energy was appeared on pads type C and type B at the 30C of testing temperature. For the testing temperature at 200 and 400C the pads type A and type B were got the maximum and minimum energy respectively. On the other hand at the high flexibility behavior is given to high internal energy at the high temperature of the apply brake condition.
