The research on influence of motivational factors on academic positions of academic personnel at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was aime to explore the influence of external and internal incentives on productivity and performance in entering academic positions of the academic personnel. The samples used in this research were 300 academic personnel working at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. It was found that the external influences on external motivational factors for the academic entry of academic personnel in the overall level was high ( = 3.42 S.D = 0.80). External influences of external factors were positively correlated with the productivity and academic achievement at the .01 level of significance (r = .623). The influence of the internal motivational factors on academic positions of academic personnel in the overall was high ( = 3.47 SD = 0.59) and positively correlated with the productivity and the academic achievement in terms of overall academic achievement at the statistics significance of .01 (r = .641).

This research aims to study 1) factors affecting on operational efficiency; and 2) factors affecting on accounting professional success. The samples of this study consists of 260 accountants which has experience in accounting performance at least one year. The research instrument was a questionnaire which development by using IOC technique and already test content and construct validity including reliability. Data analysis employed descriptive statistic such as frequency percentage mean and standard deviation including Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of this article found that most accountants believe that mean of the level of operational efficiency = 4.07 (S.D. = 0.460) and mean of the level of accounting profession success = 3.95 (S.D. = 0.530) both of them were quite well in Thailand 4.0. The result also show that level of professional accountant competencies compliance with the code of ethics profession and professional judgment have positive significant on operational efficiency at the significant level α < 0.01 while operational efficiency the level of professional accountant competencies efficiency of internal control system and professional judgment have positive significant on the level of accounting profession success at the significant level α < 0.01. These results also explained that both of the level of professional accountant competencies and professional judgment have both direct andindirect effect on the level of accounting profession success through operational efficiency with the significant level α < 0.01. Additionally control variable -- work position also has positive significant on both the level of professional accountant competencies and the level of accounting professional success at the significant level α < 0.05.

This research study was aimed to investigate 1) elementary Information economic and social factors 2) happiness 3) compare the level of happiness classified by elementary information and economic factors and 4) study the relationship between social factors with the happiness of the people. The sample consisted of 400 people living in the community of National Housing (Wat PhraNgoen). The statistics used were frequency percentage mean standard deviation the comparison of t-Test and f-Test with one-way ANOVA and Pearsons Product-moment correlation coefficient. It was found that most of the samples were married females between the ages of 41-50 years old with high school education (M.4 - M.6) or vocational training. They had their own business and the number of family members were one or two persons earning the personal income per month of 10001 - 15000 per person and the family income per month of 10001 - 20000 Baht without the implementation of the household accounting. Their household expenses included the payment for water electricity and other utilities. Most of them had liabilities and had to make the payment of 29.44% for debt repayment on time. The debt settlement was moderate with a few savings each month and the income was closely equal to the expenditure. In the overall the people had practical social factors. In the overall each aspect also yielded high level of family leisure and personal relationship while the remaining three including the social relationship living behavior and the community characteristics were moderate. In addition the results revealed that senior people number of family members and the difference in debt payment had different levels of happiness in the overall. The social factors had a low positive relationship with the happiness of the residents living in the community of National Housing (Wat PhraNgoen) at the .05 statistic level.

This research is aimed to develop the Electronic Journal Database Management System: Case Study – Academic Journal and Research of Humanities and Social Sciences Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. By developing the online database website we will be able to use this to transfer the information review the articles gather information publish the knowledge and innovation from the study research and encourage University’s officers to have the channel to publish their academic journals and Humanities and Social Sciences research. Also this can be used to publish and announce the news via Internet network and use it as a search engine for anyone who is interested in the journals and researches which can be lecturers students or general public. The method for system development started with the system design and get tested by the specialist. After that the system has been experimented with the sample group of Research and Development section officers and researchers and received the report. The system result information has been displayed via website which is developed using PHP MySQL Dreamweaver and Photoshop The results of Electronic Journal Database Management System development: Case Study – Academic Journal and Research of Humanities and Social Sciences Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon are based on the sample group who are University’s lecturers and officers. The sample group tested the system by searching for the information in the system. The results indicated that the information was filled in from the sample group and displayed correctly.

The purposes of this study were (1) to improve the integrated lesson plans according to the Philosophy of sufficiency Economy : Garland Subject for Mathayom 4 students of Debsirin Nonthaburi School (2) to compare the achievement before and after using the integrated lesson plans according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy : Garland Subject for Mathayom 4 students of Debsirin Nonthaburi School and (3) to study the pleasure of the students towards using the integrated lesson plans according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy : Garland Subject for Mathayom 4 students of Debsirin Nonthaburi School It was one Group experiment research with pre-test and post-test. The samples consisted of 40 mathayom 4 students at Debsirin Nonthaburi School studying Garland subjectsemester 2/2560 The samples were selected by Purposive Sampling The instruments were 3 integrated lesson plans according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy : Garland Subject 30 item’s for achievement-test : Garland Subject for Mathayom 4 students and the questionnaires measuring the student pleasure towards using the integrated lesson plans according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy : Garland Subject for Mathayom 4 students of Debsirin Nonthaburi School The statistical procedure employed were percentage mean standard deviation and the t-test. The finding showed that the integrated lesson plans according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy : Garland Subject for Mathayom 4 students of Debsirin Nonthaburi School in the aspects of moderation reason good immunity knowledge condition and moral were significantly different at the .05 level the practical skill was increased and the students’pleasure on the questionnaires of using the integrated lesson plans according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy : Garland Subject for Mathayom 4 students of Debsirin Nonthaburi School were at the high level ( X =4.38 S.D.=.26)
