การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์แผ่นยิปซัมประเภททนไฟผสมเส้นใยจากใบต้นข้าวโพดสำหรับใช้ในอาคารประหยัดพลังงาน
This research aims to develop the gypsum refractory board mixed with corn leaf coir. The 5 ratios of gypsum plaster: corn leaf coir: tap water: sodium silicate are equal to 1: 0: 1: 0.03 1: 0.100: 1: 0.03 1: 0.150: 1: 0.03 1: 0.200: 1: 0.03 1: 0.250: 1: 0.03 และ 1: 0.300: 1: 0.03 by weighted. The gypsum refractory boards were produce by casting in normal temperature (30 – 35 degree of Celsius). The properties testing of gypsum refractory board mixed with corn leaf coir followed the TIS 219-2009 standard (gypsum plasterboard) included: breaking load nail pull resistance deflection water absorption density and thermal conductivity coefficient. From the results 1: 150: 1: 0.03 is the most suitable ratio of gypsum refractory board mixed with corn leaf coir. This developed gypsum refractory boards can reduce the quantity of corn leaf waste and get the good thermal insulation gypsum refractory board products.

The objectives of this research are to propose a linear mixed model (LMM) with spatial correlation for an analysis of rice yields in Thailand to estimate the rice yield in each month of all provinces in Thailand to investigate factors influencing on the rice yields and to construct the maps of rice yields. A linear mixed model (LMM) in which the spatial effects follow the conditional autoregressive model (CAR) is used. The estimated rice yields are used to construct the rice yield maps. The dependent variables are the rice yield in each month of each province. The data are secondary data at a provincial level. The factors considered are rainfall averaged temperatures and regions. The results show that the factors influencing on the rice yields are rainfall averaged temperature and region. The amount of regional effects ordering from largest to smallest values are northestern region southern region western region central region eastern region and northern region respectively. The top ten provinces and months with high yields ranking from largest to smallest values are Ubon Ratchathani in November (1328000 ton) Surin in Novermber (1070000 ton) Si Sa Ket in Novermber (1023000 ton) Buri Ram in November (939400 ton) Nakhon Ratchasima in November (907500 ton) Roi Et in Novermber (852800 ton) Chiang Rai in Novermber (769800 ton) Khon Kaen in Novermber (692800 ton) Maha Sarakham in Novermber (676200 ton) Udon Thani in Novermber (620600 ton) respectively. The rice yeilds maps are easy for readers to identify which areas have high or low yields. They are a useful tool for planning decision making and implementing plans to help rice famers to increase their rice production.
การพัฒนาปรับปรุงการสร้างทองระดับนาโนด้วยการใช้จุลินทรีย์ท้องถิ่น ในประเทศไทย
The study is the development of biological methods for extracting gold from the effluents of the gold processing and gold extraction in the industries where has a very high acidity (pH 0-4). This method should be used to replace the electrochemical process and chemical method which cause the pollution of toxic substances acid fumes and heavy metals of copper cyanide to the environments. The research started at the characterization and identification of microorganisms presented in gold contaminated water in natural source where is highly acidic (pH 2-4) and it could synthesize nanogold particles. The bacteria Bacillus sp. E201 were identified from this source and it showed its 16S rDNA gene with similarity of 95% to bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis accession no. FJ755916. It could create gold in the solution outside the cells within three days Form 1 mM HAuCl4 • 3H2O solution the bacterial dry weight could yield 75.3% with the amount of 0.5115 grams. It could be able to withstand acidic conditions and harvest gold from the gold extraction solution after centrifugation and filtration. So this developed biological method could be developed to apply in the industrial production of gold and jewelry industry.

The purpose of this study is to study a proper quantity of golden bean powder in 4 different levels: 25 50 75 and 100 of the amount of almond powder to study the amount of nutrients in a macaron which made of golden bean powder and to study the level of acceptance of using golden bean powder instead of almond powder in a macaron. The researchers investigated the appropriate amount of golden bean powder in the product by studying the ingredients used in the formulations included golden bean powder by French meringue technique. The researchers used a five-point hedonic scale product to observe sensory of product in appearance color smell taste texture and overall with a taste. The panelists were 40 students in the Department Faculty of Home Economics at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) method was used and compared average scores by Duncan New Multiple Rang Test (DMRT) method at 95% confidence interval. There were statistically significant differences in the levels of golden bean powder all sensory attributes (p< 0.05). Specifically the addition of 75% of golden bean powder had the highest level of acceptance for all sensory attributes with average scores: 4.50 4.42 4.27 4.42 4.27 and 4.42 respectively. The nutrition in macaron net weight 100 grams contain 383 kilocalories of Energy Protein 9.96 grams Carbohydrate 76 grams Sugar 62 grams and Fat 4.38 grams. Based on the comparison of the cost of the standard formula and the golden bean powder it found that the standard formula has a cost of 4.36 baht per 1 pair while the cost of gold bean powder is 2.4 baht per 1 pair. It shows that the golden bean powder will give lower energy than almond powder. Moreover golden bean powder can reduce production costs produce as much as 1 fold.
