The purpose of this research was to study 1) Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel’s opinions towards organizational change from a public to national university and 2) to analytically compare the personnel’s opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to national university. The factors were classified into types of personnel gender age educational level work tenure salary and work department. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire; the data collected were then analyzed through frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test f-test and One-Way ANOVA. Schaeffer Method was applied in case the significant difference was found at 0.05. The results of this research revealed that Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel’s opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to the national university in terms of the structure technology organizational culture and as a person in the overall was at a high level. It was also found that the personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon with different educational levels demonstrated different opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to national university. Also Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel from different faculties of affiliations were dissimilar in opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to national university.

The purpose of this study was to investigate instructional management of general education in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon according to Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education. The research samples were 364 students enrolling in general education courses in the second semester of the academic year 2014. The research tool was questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. It was found that overall students’ opinions on the general education content according to Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education are at the high level and within each aspect the students’ opinions towards interpersonal skills and responsibility are at the highest level (x ̅ = 3.81) moral and ethical behavior followed by (x ̅ = 3.79) knowledge (x ̅ = 3.72) cognitive skills (x ̅ = 3.62) and mathematical analysis skills communication skills and information technology application skills (x ̅ = 3.52) respectively.

This purposes of this independent research were to 1 ) study attitudes towards saving and investment of of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel as a financial retirement preparation 2) compare attitudes towards saving and investment of of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel with different personal and external factors. The data collected from the university personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples were 238 employees and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The study result indicated that the majority of respondents of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were female staff 166 (69.7%) 121 (121) and 152 (63.9%). The average monthly income was 20001 - 25000 baht or 47.1 percent. Their monthly expense was 15001 - 20000 baht which accounted for 38.2 percent. The results of this study revealed that the attitudes towards saving and investment of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon staff were different in terms of personal factors and external factors. The attitude toward savings and investment at the overall level was high regarding Acceptance of risk acceptance expected return understanding confidence and saving and investment experiences

The purposes of this study were to study 1) personal factors affecting Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) personnel’s happiness at work 2) personal factors affecting the personne’s l work ethics and 3) relationship between the ‘s personnel happiness and ethical behavior at work. 303 samples were selected using the Taro Yamane method. A questionnaire was applied as the instrument used for data collection. Statistics used for social sciences included frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test and one-way ANOVA. The study indicated that 1. Personal factors were highly related to RMUTP personnel’s happiness at work either in the individual aspect or in the overall. 2. Personal factors were highly related to RMUTP personnel’s work ethics behavior either in the overall or in the individual aspect. 3. Happiness at work was related to RMUTP personnel’s work ethics behavior and resulted in ethical behavior of the university personnel with an average of 65.6%.

This research has a purpose. To study the readiness of information technology to support educational communication in the ASEAN community of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon This research is quantitative research with a questionnaire. (Questionnaire) The samples were staffs of the Faculty of Business Administration. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (40 students). The researcher conducted severalstatistical analyzes including Frequency Percentage and Mean. For the information technology system of the university the classroom is used regularly 70% followed by 30% and the use of intelligent classroom at the Faculty of BusinessAdministration has two rooms only 50% There are only 25 per cent usage for internet accounts.There were 24% of respondents regularly used followed by some 16%. Some respondents said that the Internet was relatively frequent and Wifi does not cover 65% of the networked Internetservices followed by 35% of IT systems. Up to 35 percent indicate that the problem of IT use still hinders the respondents. IT services are available for IT professionals. Respondents are using social media in addition to searching for knowledge. Then there is the use of Facebook Youtube that is constantly searching for new knowledge from the mediawhich is used regularly 50% and use some 50% as well. Learning and sharing online learning resources such as e-learning with foreigners. 55% use the regular use 30% use the online media and 56% use Facebook Online You Tube Live.regular Secondly 14%.
