The establishment of Information Systems to promote the Community Enterprise ion of Ban Tham Sua Village Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi was aimed to build effective information management system to facilitate its management to be more convenient fast and up-to-date in order to increase wider distribution channels and disseminate the activities. Also it was aimed to evaluate the satisfaction with the information community using PHP5 HTML5 CSS3 phpMyAdmin in database design and photo retouching software as a tool for the system development. The questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of the system and website. The samples used in the experiment lived in Ban Tham Sua Moo 3 Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi Province. The constructed system made the operation more convenient. The data were collected and classified by the product type. The research found that the information system to promote Ban Tham Sua community business in Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi was constructed with an average efficiency of 4.60 considered as the highest level helping to manage the community enterprise information to enhance product distribution channels and to disseminate the community enterprise activities. The results of the satisfaction assessment on the Information System for Promoting the Enterprise of Ban Tham Sua collected from 30 people was 4.57 the highest level showing that the information system to promote the community enterprise of Ban Tham Sua Kaeng Krachan Phetchaburi can be applied for the future use.

The proposes of this research were to study the development of bag products with textiles fibers and fabrics from decorative flowing water-resistant coating to promote community economy in Buri Ram Province. With the objective To study the process of producing yarn from fibers from the flow source To design and develop textile and bag products from yarn from the Lai Ton To study the effect of coating with waterproofing on bag products using textiles fibers and fabric from the flow. And to transfer knowledge and technology for utilization to community groups and interested people in next fiscal year This research can be summarized as follows: 1. The study of Ton Lai found that most villagers grow Lai Ton and make products as a supplementary career. In using this flow source in this research the researcher used a large flow source with a diameter of about 1 hour and can be separated into 4 small strands for research and production. The dyes used are synthetic because they will get fresh colors save time and be consistent. 2. The researcher designed 2 designs of weaving designs with the idea of using the original pattern to add edit and then create the pattern that the community groups like and can actually produce it as a product. After getting the fabric pattern then design into 10 bags of women and men bags using leather as an ingredient Decorate the bag to look interesting increase the price and increase the target audience. Which will be different from the original. That uses colored fabric and striped fabric as decorative items. 3. Coating with waterproofing on the bag products with textiles fibers and fabrics from the flow found that the fabric that has been coated with water repellent. When pouring water on the water surface there is a clumping together. No water penetration through fibers. When wiping clean the fibers are still dry not wet. Which is different from fabric that has not been coated namely water is able to penetrate immediately and create moisture on the fabric surface. If stored for a long time it can cause mold. 4. Schedule of technology transfer with the plan to transfer the research in the budget year 2020. For 3 day knowledge transfer and workshop was 30 participants. The study on factors affecting the performance of Thai Tridymite Limited employees was aimed to investigate their personal factors incentive factors teamwork behavior work performance motivation affecting the work efficiency and behavior factors that affected the employees’ performance. The population used in this study was 113 employees. The data analysis relied on the statistics including percentage average and standard deviation. The hypothesis testing applied multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis) at the 0.05 significance level. The results showed that the employees working at Thai Tridymite Limited were mostly female between the ages of 30-40 years old with a bachelors degree earning 10000 - 20000 Baht income in the average. They had been working for the company for lower than five years and had high-level motivation concerning job responsibility work success work progress acceptability salary income management interpersonal relationship administration policy work conditions and work security. As a whole the level teamwork behavioral factors was high including the team mission and goals work assignments according to the delegation of duties open communication distributed leadership and the joint decision. In terms of work performance the level of personal performance and organization performance was considered high. The hypothesis testing revealed factors motivating the work performance and teamwork behavior that affected the performance of the employees at the .0 5 level statistical significance. The incentive factors affecting performance included the nature of work work progress salary income work conditions and work security. Teamwork behavioral factors affected distributed leadership and joint decision.

This research is intended ; 1.To analyze the experts perspective affecting green logistics model on inventory management of corporate community in agricultural and food product for inventory sustainable management. 2.To determine and examine the future trend possibility model of green logistic on inventory management of corporate community in agricultural and food products for inventory sustainable management. The key informants of the expert consisted of the expert in corporate community management 2) entrepreneurs 3) relevance persons who related to green logistics and 4) intellectual persons 21 persons in total with the selection through purposive method. The research was conducted the future research method using the Delphi technique involving Three-round questionaires including interviews are research instrument. The descriptive statistics including median interquartile rang (IR) for desired agreement and consensus answer of the key informants from the expert. The research result found that 1)In the first objective consisted of 1.1 Green logistics performance 1.2 Green organization performance 1.3 Competitive advantage building Green logistics performance were 1. Green inventory management efficiency 2. Personal efficiency 3. Follow and evaluation Green organization performance were 1. Expected based on green logistics 2. The objective of this research was to study environment changes in orchards by using wireless sensor network and spatial data interpolation technique. The study was conducted by distributing several client sensors into the two study areas for recoding temperature himudity and light internsity. These data are send to a server using 433 MHz radio signal. The results from the first study area in Thachang District shew that the light intensities were significantly changed during 6:00-6:59 11:00-14:00 and 18:00-19:59. For the humidities they were significantly changed during 7:00-8:59 17:00-19:59 and 22:00-23:00 which were quite different from the changing of light intensity. Lastly the temperatures were mostly changed during 7:00-7:59 10:00-14:59 and 18:00-19:59 which were highly related to the changes of light intensity. For the second study area in Angkhiri District light intensities were significantly changed during 7:00-7:59 11:00-14:00 and 18:00-19:59 while the changing durations for the humidities were 9:00-9:59 12:00-15:00 and 17:00-19:59. Very similarly to the light intensity the temperatures were changed during 8:00-8:59 11:00-14:59 and 15:00-17:59. For the communiation distances the maximum distance for transfering data in an open area was 100 meter and 25 meters with obstables.
