This research aims to study the water hyacinth fiber inside high-density fiber cement board. By using ratio components among cement : fine sand : water hyacinth fiber : water : catalyst accelerated the formations of cement (aluminum sulfate (AI2 (SO4) 3) calcium chloride (CaCl2) sodium silicate (Na2SiO3)) on the ratio 1: 0.2: 0.075: 0.3: 0.03 by weight of total water hyacinth fiber with the steel grating inside. By compressing the mixture cast machine at normal temperature (30 - 35 °C). From the test results the ratio of B4 is the appropriate ratio from the 1st year research result to produce the high-density fiber cement board with the steel grating inside 0.81mm #0.5”. It can pass the TIS 878-2537 standard of Cement Board and good based-on high density and physical properties mechanical properties and thermal insulation. Accelerate the formation of the most suitable cement is calcium chloride (CaCl2).

The objective of this research is to develop the precast adobe wall panel with high corrosion resistance and good thermal insulation. The ratio of Portland cement type1 clay rice husk ash straw rice husk waterproofed liquid and tap water was mixed and casted as same as the common concrete and reinforced by bamboo. From the results the proper prototype ratio of precast adobe wall panel was Portland cement type1: clay: rice husk ash: straw: rice husk: waterproofed liquid: tap water which equal to 1: 3: 0.3: 0.02: 0.02: 0.02: 0.4 by weight. The properties of the precast adobe wall panel prototype included density 1797 kg/m3 water absorption 16.70% bending strength 2.61 MPa compressive strength 21.40 MPa thermal conductivity coefficient 0.314 watt/m.Kelvin. Moreover the precast adobe wall panel prototype also was verified by TIS.2226-2548 with properties of impact resistance deflection and hardness in medium duty (MD) level. These straw and rice husk effected the precast adobe wall panel to decrease the density bending strength thermal conductivity coefficient and increase the compressive strength and water absorption.

Molds manufacturing to produce chloroprene rubber product with carbon steel over time the mold surface will wear. From the original. The practice in the industry often uses surface coatings (Hard chrome method) or change materials to create molds. Therefore this research is to study the effect of corrosion or wear. To see the size of surface mold changed in the experiment. Based on a tolerance of 0.1 millimeters at the molding point and after molding in the actual work conditions of a 2-3 weeks sample and mold size measurement. At less than 10 times the permissible coordinate value is 0.01 millimeters. The experiment found that. The wear of carbon steel molds was formed with chloroprene rubber. It has a very small value when referenced to the tolerance coordinates which is not significantly reduced when the rubber specimen size is determined. The allowance range is 10 μm to 100 μm. Therefore the design of chloroprene rubber to make molds with carbon steel. It can help reduce production costs. Without replacing with corrosion-resistant materials or adding coatings.

Nowadays one of the automotive engineering is conductivity of brake pads playing a role in friction coefficient which means safety of customer. Thus thermal properties have been improved using composited materials. This project aims to study the heat capacity behavior of 3 different brake pads which are supported by the company Compact International (1994) Ltd. For experimental works temperature based on brake condition was simulated from 05 to 003°C at 5 MPa of pressure. By standard JIS D4413 testing condition of pressure was referred. The heat capacity values of brake pads are calculated under the temperature conditions. As a result of testing brake pad made of copper or high metal powders result in relatively low heat capacity. On the other hand brake pads containing fiber and a large amount of fillers result in an increased heat capacity and stability in various temperature conditions. The heat capacity varied according to the operating temperature. In addition the lubricant contained in the brake pads affects the higher heat capacity and stability at various temperatures.

In FinFET-based VLSI designs heat issues from increase of driving current with temperature and self-heating effect profoundly influence the circuit performance and reliability. This work evaluates the performance of FinFET-based combinational circuits considering BTI stress and thermal effect of supply voltage and frequency variations. The proposed simulation framework is applied to selected benchmark circuits implemented with the 14-nm tri-gate bulk FinFET technology. The experimental results reveal that as temperature increases BTI aging delay increasingly worsens yet it is overridden by performance gain from the increase in driving current. We also prove that BTI degradation is dependent on power supply and frequency through their thermal impacts. Further we introduce a DVFS based power reduction approach that scales down the supply voltage of hot circuits to maintain the performance. The results show that power reduction yielded from the proposed technique is larger for all circuits working at higher ambient temperature (as large as 66% in some experimental circuits working at 20 oC above the baseline ambient temperature) with a slight decrease in BTI degradation.
