The purposes of this research were to study the characteristics of identity and self-employment and the factors that affect the self-employment of Waingmai wedding studio Nonthaburi province. Data were collected using qualitative research through guided question interviews by the owner of wedding studio. The data collection is a type of structured interviews. The results indicated that personal characteristics and selfemployed business owners was found that the inspiration learn more adjust oneself to environment faithful service mind and positive working attitude. The factors are related to self-employment consist of knowledge and professional skills. Moreover experience choosing location build confidence among customers. The manners and social issues are important to work in a professional manner in the workplace. Loyalty sincerity customers living with others the leniency fluency or includes a unique style of its own and provide advice on teaching. The study should explore with students the invited users experience and further research will enhance the experience of media work.

The purpose of this research is to study the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon student activities information system usage and payoff if it meets the requirements of the university in order to keep track of the students extra curriculum activities and to study the user satisfaction usage and payoff of the system. 385 samples were systematically randomly selected among 10153 students studying in the undergraduate class year 1 to year 3 and the personnel working in all Faculties of the university at the 95% confidence level. The study found the following results: The majority of the respondents mainly were female 54.5 percent 96.4 percent were students studying in year 1 41.3 percent and from Business Administration Faculty 36.9 percent. Overall satisfaction toward the student activities information system was at a high level with an average of 3.66. Overall usage of the student activities information system was at a high level with an average of 3.74 and overall payoff of the student activities information system was at a high level with an average of 3.77. The hypothesis testing showed that different personal factors including gender occupation/status class and faculty did not varied the satisfaction toward the student activities information system statistically significant at the .05 level. Different personal factors including gender occupation/status class and faculty did not varied the usage of the student activities information system statistically significant at the .05 level. Different personal factors including gender occupation/status class and faculty did not varied the payoff of the student activities information system statistically significant at the .05 level. Satisfaction toward the student activities information system including system quality information quality and service quality is positively related to the usage of the student activities information system statistically significant at the .05 level and the student activities information system usage is positively related to the student activities information system payoff statistically significant at the .05 level.

The forecasting method is important because it can predict phenomena in the future. The accuracy of the forecast depends on the model and the initial conditions. In addition the predictability measurement method is important can be check the accurate of forecasts. In this research is winter monsoon forecasts in Thailand by the shallow water model. The data from The Bjerknes Centre for Climate Research (BCCR) University of Bergen Norway. The global climate model is Bergen Climate Model (BCM) Version 2.0 (BCCR-BCM2.0) of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is used. The Lyapunov exponent (LE) is the predictability measurement method for verify the efficiency of model and establish the new predictability measurement method by the time series analysis. The result to show that the new predictability measurement method by the time series analysis can be measure the efficiency of the winter monsoon forecasts in Thailand by the shallow water model for December 2015 to December 2056 are suitable.

The objectives of this research are to study factors affecting the sustainable success and define the key performance indicators. The research instruments used for data-gathering were semi-structured interview. The results of the interviews were created by using independent variables in questionnaire. The populations of this research are the 54 fast dining business entrepreneurs within 500 metres around the Thawes Area. The information collected by 54 questionnaires with a 100% response rate and analyzed and processed by computer. The results were as follows : There are three main factors affecting the sustainable success of the fast dining business in Thawes area which are internal operation social responsibility and environmental responsibility. Internal operation composed of reasonal pricing fast services constant tasty great hospitality and always keep a good standard. Social responsibility consisted of fresh ingredients cooking process with heath concerns clean kitchen pricing display and following the law of minimum wage employment hiring. Environmental reposibility are include using uncontaminated seasoning reliable source of food ingredients non-toxic cooking material unexpired seasoning and safe tableware and food container. The result can lead to 10 key performance indicators. It’s include customer satisfaction towards services customer satisfaction on the constant taste customer satisfaction on resonable pricing customer confidence in food standard customer confidence in freshness of food ingredients customer confidence in the cleanliness of food customer confidence in the cleanliness of cooking material and kitchen customer confidence in clear pricing display employees satisfaction on their wage and customer confidence on the safety of food. The suggestions were that the entrepreneurs should improve their business to earn more profit and train their employee for a successful service. Related educational Institution and government sectors must be coordinated to develop entrepreneurs in fast dining business to maximize ability for a sustainable success.

The purpose of this research was to study state and problems of teaching management in general education. The research samples were 54 instructors of general education program and 364 students enrolling in general education courses Rajamangala University of Technology Phra nakhon in the second semester of the academic year 2014. The research tools were questionnaire interview and focus group discussion. The data were analyzed by frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: 1. As for students’ opinions on the general education content the overall opinions are at the high level and due to each program of general education the students’ opinions towards the implementation of Thai language ( = 4.00) social science and humanity ( = 3.67) and physical education ( = 3.38) are at the highest level. The students’ opinions towards foreign language for basic principles of further education are at the highest level ( = 4.01). 2. As for students’ opinions on state of teaching management in general education the students’ opinions towards the development of general education instruction according to Thai qualification framework for higher education are at the high level and within each aspect the students’ opinions towards interpersonal skills and responsibility are at the highest level ( = 3.81) followed by moral and ethical behavior ( = 3.79) and knowledge ( = 3.72) while mathematical analysis skills communication skills and information technology application skills rated the lowest ( = 3.52). 3. As for students’ opinions on problems of teaching management in general education the students’ opinions towards problems of general education instruction according to Thai qualification framework for higher education are at the moderate level and within each aspect the students’ opinions towards mathematical analysis skills communication skills and information technology application skills rated the highest ( = 2.80) followed by moral and ethical behavior ( = 2.75) and knowledge ( = 2.63) while interpersonal skills and responsibility are at the lowest level ( = 2.54). 4. As for the comparison of the students’ opinions on state and problems of teaching management in general education according to Thai qualification framework for higher education it was found that every aspect was statistically significant at 0.00 level. 5. As for instructors’ opinions on state of teaching management in general education the instructors’ opinions towards the development of general education instruction according to Thai qualification framework for higher education are at the high level and within each aspect the instructors’ opinions towards interpersonal skills and responsibility are at the highest level ( = 3.59) followed by moral and ethical behavior ( = 3.52) and cognitive skills ( = 3.34) while mathematical analysis skills communication skills and information technology application skills rated the lowest ( = 3.18). 6. As for instructors’ opinions on problems of teaching management in general education the instructors’ opinions towards problems of general education instruction according to Thai qualification framework for higher education are at the moderate level and within each aspect the instructors’ opinions towards mathematical analysis skills communication skills and information technology application skills rated the highest ( = 3.10) followed by knowledge ( = 3.05) and cognitive skills ( = 3.02) while interpersonal skills and responsibility are at the lowest level ( = 2.78). 7. As for the comparison of the instructors’ opinions on state and problems of teaching management in general education according to Thai qualification framework for higher education it was found that moral and ethical behavior interpersonal skills and responsibility were statistically significant at 0.00 level.
