In this paper proposed remote sensing using Normalized Difference Vegetation Index from NOAA STAR cluster value from k-means temperature rainfall number of rainy days and runoff to create runoff prediction model using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and evaluated runoff models with the R2 and RMSE. The results show that the using of cluster value with other parameters to create predictive models can enhance forecasting results. When using Normalized Difference Vegetation Index with temperature value at lag time 1-2 month and cluster value at lag time 1 month to create model with ANN we have got the best performance which are RMSE=0.09 and R2=0.743. The experimental results shows that remote sensing data and cluster value from k-means can be used to predictive the runoff effectively.

This research aimed to study factors affecting the selection of accounting policies to measure the value of investment property of companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand which related to earning management through discretionary accrual items. In this case the selection of these accounting policies were according to Thai Accounting Standard No. 40 : Investment Property. The sample size of this study was 239 listed firms in the Stock Exchange of Thailand who disclosed about investment property in their annual reports in 2015. Logistic regression analysis and ttest were employed to analyze data. The research revealed the debt to equity ratio was related to the selection of accounting policies to measure the value of investment property at 0.05 significant level. Furthermore the result from t-test found that cost model and fair value model for measuring investment property were not significantly different in earnings management at 0.05 significant level.

This research conducted an investigation on vocational pre-service teachers’ performance based on Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge Framework (TPCK) to support learning in 21st century. TPCK Framework integrated three kinds of knowledge needed by a teacher in providing learning process for students effectively. The results of this study found that vocational pre-service teachers had the knowledge of using technology understanding teaching pedagogies and mastering on content individually. However they were limited in blending such essential three domains together to form more effective learning process for their students.

The objective of this research is to analyze the content and the principles of Chinese novel “Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion” and to apply this in our working and daily lives. The study found that Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion is about Lu Su Marquis Sun Quan invited Zhuge Liang to meet Sun Quan and join Liu Pei’s army. Whereas Sun Quan received the secret letter from Cou Cou joining him to destroy Liu Pei. Lu Su disagreed on that idea but more than ๒๐ scholars supported Sun Quan to surrender to Cou Cou. However Sun Quan had not decided yet. When Zhuge Liang met Sun Quan’ scholars they insulted Liu Pei and Zhunge Liang but Zhuge Liang replied in smart way; praised Liu Pei as the morality and also abuse the excellency as the immorality disgraceful and surrender to evil thief Cou Cou. All of the scholars replied nothing. When Zhuge Liang met Sun Quan he teased about Sun Quan would defect himself by joining with Cou Cou which made Sun Quan furious. However after Sun Quan understood and learned how to win the Cou Cou he calmed down but was still worried about the plan. Then lady Wu came to Sun Quan and reminded him about his mother’s word; “In Zhou Yu’s counsels your safety find”. According to the story “Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion” there are important principles about self-organization people management and job management. For example the self-organization and the great character that leaders showed as grateful honest kindness modesty generous competent intelligent patience and endeavor. People need to follow these principles to find success in their lives. Morality and integrity can win people. The human management from “Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion” the leaders could control their workers and were honest to them. They strictly punished but also giving compensation as the reward. The leaders always learn the new things and where honest decisive kind neutral supportive to the lower class and learned to share. The important principles form this part is “If you treat people well they willingly work with you”. The job management the leaders from the Romance of the Three kingdoms had the important ethic to perform their management as thinking about the majority always have a plan and held frequent meetings put the right man to the right job where keen listened to the others analytical prepare manpower and governed righteousness for the benefits of the people. The best virtues for job management are working for majority benefits having a plan listening to others and getting the right person in the right job.
