This research was aimed to study the participation behaviors in the electrical energy saving the factors affected to the participation behaviors and the promotion of the participation behaviors in electrical energy saving of the undergraduate students of the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra NaKhon. The participants of 150 students from the Faculty of Science and Technology was also performed based on systematic sampling. The questionnaire was used. The statistical evaluation was also analyzed based on the percentage mean and standard deviation. A 85% of participants is male a range of age to be 19-20 years old (62.7%) second academic years by about 37.3% and a 65.3% of participants has been studying in the major of computer science. Knowledge levels in the electrical energy saving of the most participants are high (13.33%) moderate (62%) and low level (24.67%). The four participation behaviors in the electrical energy saving were analyzed including electrical lighting system air conditioner and ventilator system office electrical system and electrical equipment maintenances resulting in very high level with the average mean of 4.25 and standard deviation of .547. First the participation behavior in the electrical equipment maintenance was very high level with 4.31 and S.D.=.870. Second the participation behavior in the office electrical system was to be 4.27 with S.D.=.828. Third the participation behavior in the air conditioner and ventilator system was to be 4.21 with S.D.=.549. Finally the participation behavior in the electrical lighting system was very slow level with 4.21 and S.D.=.672. By comparing the participation behaviors in the electrical energy saving with the different of academic major of students the participation behaviors in the electrical energy saving did not significant different.

The research is study motives the affect participation in quality assurance personal of Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon from example group of 182 people which classified by sex ages position educational degree field of work and working life. This research is used themethod is collecting data by question tool themethod is questionare tool fo collected data that could be two categorized include knowledge skills and attitudes. The questionnaire is five rating scales that analyze the result by frequency percent average the average of standard deviation and T-test independent by using one way ANOVA. The results were as follows : From one hundred percent of the personnel of Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon whom 63.70 persent classified by the educational field and 36.30% support line are ready to enter into Asean community which could be seen average in whole picture. After considering in three aspects the result appeared that knowledge and skills of personnel are also average. However the attitude of personnel was considered in a high level. Hypothetic test result was found that there was no difference among the personnel with difference sex ages educational degree field of work and working life in their readiness in entering Asean Community. position

This research aims to study perception and understanding about being a digital university and to study and analyze the factors that affect digital university. There are benefits to be given as a guideline in determining the direction of university operations in line with future change conditions. And it is a way to develop a university into a digital university. Population used in this study was 1250 people from staffs at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample consisted of 339 questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using the frequency distribution percentage mean and standard deviation. Initially the researcher has studied factors that affect the development of the university into a digital university based on data and theories. After that the researcher conducted a survey with the sample group. The results showed that : 1.People who have ever perceived information about being a digital university about 74.04%. Overall the response correctly was 78.73% on average and more than 3 items were correct in 5 items totaling 228 persons representing 90.84%. 2) Opinions on the factors affecting the development of the university into a digital university as a whole was classified in a high level the average was 4.18. When considering each aspect showed that the significant factors in a highest level were the management of the organization the average was 4.26 and the structure of digital technology within the university the average of 4.25 respectively. Significant factors in a high level were personnel average 4.15 and teaching quality were 4.07 respectively. When considering each item showed that the significant factors in a highest level were 1) the efficiency of the Internet and wireless internet 2) the support budget 3) the digital skills of the personnel in the operation. And the ability of teachers to use digital technology in their teaching and 4) Classroom / Laboratory Supported for Digital Technology. Therefore universities should: 1) Give importance to knowledge building and attitudes. Accurate to prepare personnel for a digital university. The cover every unit in the University to encourage adaptation to ready for change to be a digital University. 2) And set policies that are digitally linked to all university visions and strategies; The Including to clear operational framework linked to the mission. 3) Manage the digital structure of the digital system in a systematic and current develop high-speed internet and high-speed wireless internet to provide stability and signal coverage for all areas of campus. 4) There are many of IT personnel who are knowledgeable enough to meet the needs of university departments. IT staff must be able to provide advice modify or facilitate the use of IT to personnel and students. 5) There should be a technology-based curriculum. To provide students with the skills to use a variety of technologies. Can be used in the occupation and the labor market. In addition should also develop a classroom that supports digital technology to keep pace with the changing world society.

The purposes of this research were 1.) to study of expectation and reality for Development of research on Academic Staffs of RMUTP 2.) to study of needs assessment for Development of research on Academic Staffs of RMUTP. The sample is Academic Staffs of RMUTP from 9 faculty 343 Academic Staffs. The data were analyzed through percentage (%) mean (x̄) standard deviation (S.D) t-test modified priority needs index: PNI modified and content analysis.The results demonstrated that : Current conditions and expectations regarding the development and research of academic staff found current weather conditions are on average lower than expected nearly all sides. Considering the sort of requirements necessary for the development of research staff academic overview. The purposes of this research were to development of full-text research database for Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and valuate the efficiency of the database system of full-text research database for Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample was academic staffs of RMUTP 35 academic staffs. Research design was a research and development follow these steps : study and analyze problems system design development system trial and evaluation of user satisfaction. For the study satisfaction using the evaluation form. The statistics used for data analysis were mean (𝑥̅) and standard deviation (S.D) The results demonstrated that : 1. Development of Full-Text Research Database for Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon by using database management software MySQL (MySQL) and PHP (PHP). The database developed has the ability to save edit delete and query. 2. Database System of Full-Text Research Database for Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon performance was good and the mean was 4.22 and the standard deviation was 0.19.
