The purpose of this research was to 1. To know the effect of practicing the nine squares table on physical fitness of students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2. To compare the physical fitness of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon students before and after the training by using a nine square table. The population used in this research was students studying physical education. individual sports or team sports in the academic year 2019 who were healthy not sick were able to receive physical fitness tests and practice nine squares of 30 people divided into a control group of 10 people an experimental group that used a nine square grid size 60X60 centimeters amounting to 10 The experimental group used nine squares size 90X90 cm 10 people. The duration of the experiment was 8 weeks 3 days a week one hour each time. Physical fitness tests were performed before the experiment at week 4 and week 8 and the results were analyzed by statistical method mean standard deviation one-way analysis of variance. Repeated one-way covariance analysis The results showed that 1. After 8 weeks of experimentation it was found that the nine squares training of the 60x60 cm grid training group and the 90x90 cm grid training group improved the average 3-minute steps up and down than the control group. significantly at the .05 level. 2. The results of the nine grid training of the 60x60 cm grid training group found that after 8 weeks of experimentation the mean stepping up and down of 3 minutes within the 60x60 cm grid training group was better than before and after 4 weeks of the experiment. There was a significant difference at the .05 level. 3. The results of the nine grid training of the 90X90 cm grid training group found that after 8 weeks of experimentation the mean stepping up and down of 3 minutes within the 90X90 cm grid training group was better than before and after 4 weeks of the experiment. There was a significant difference at the .05 level.

The study entitled The Development of Thai floral chandelier from clay floral foam and colors inspired by the glazed Tiles Pattern of Wat Phra Chettuphon Wimonmangkhlaram Ratchaworamahawihan. aims to develop clay formulas made of floral foam and colors to design Thai floral chandelier with which were inspired from Wat Phra Chettuphon Wimonmangkhlaram Ratchaworamahawihan glazed tile patterns and to investigate their satisfaction. The research process can be divided into as follows: combining three different floral foam and colors asking the experts to evaluate their satisfaction on floral form quality making hanging products according to the chosen patterns and finally examining general public satisfaction on Thai floral chandelier with data were collected by a questionnaire to investigate the general public satisfaction and then analyzed by statistical analysis. The results of the study can be summarized: 1) The results of the clay recipe showed that most experts had the highest satisfaction on recipe 3 mixed with poster colors (x ̅ = 4.67). 2) The results of the study on the design of Thai hanging products the experts Strongly agreed with Sketch Design-B that it was the most suitable because of beautiful patterns unique of Thai hanging products as well as retaining the tradition and contemporary than any other designs. 3 ) According to the results of the study obtained from the target group the results showed a high satisfaction on the product (x ̅ = 4.27) followed by the material (x ̅ =4.30) and the usefulness (x ̅ = 4.23) and the distribution location (x ̅ = 4.43)

Ground grid design of substation is very important. It will help prevent the danger caused by the fault which causes the high step voltage and high touch voltage and may cause the operator to die. It also helps prevent damage to equipment and increases reliability for power systems as well. Currently the Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) has been built a lot especially in areas with limited space because it takes less space than the Air Insulated Substation (AIS). In order to create a substation of the GIS model instead of the AIS model. In order to create the GIS instead of AIS including the improvement or maintenance of the substation it is necessary to build another small substation to supply electricity to replace electricity from the original substation. However there are two substation stations in the same area may cause an increase of high-slope ground potential between the ground grid systems of both substations. It will cause high step voltage and high touch voltage while the fault is diminished. Therefore before improvement or maintenance of substation the ground grid distance and the size of the newly constructed substation must be analyzed that what effect on step voltage and touch voltage generation. This research aimed to study students opinions towards the Cheer and Admission Conference and present a creative recruitment model for students of the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample group was undergraduate students of The Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon with 376 students studying in 2019. The data collection tools were questionnaires of students opinions on the activities. Cronbachs alpha coefficient was used to examine the whole questionnaires reliability yielding a value of 0.83. A statistical package for analyzing data collected from January to February 2020 was used with the statistics mean standard deviation t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research results found that: 1. The Pros and Cons of students’ opinions on the freshman orientation activities and cheer meetings were that freshmen get to know friends and seniors; freshmen are afraid of juniors and seniors. 2. Male and female students had different opinions about organizing activities for freshman recruiting and cheered meeting. 3. Students studying in different disciplines had no different opinions on organizing new freshman activities and cheer meeting. 4. Students studying in different year levels had the same opinion on organizing new recruiting activities and cheer meeting. 5.
