The purposes of this study were 1) Study the participation of the community in tourism development. 2)To know the problems and obstacles in community participation in tourism development. 3)Guidelines for the development of community participation in tourism management Cultural Tourism Community of Old Town by the Phetchaburi River. The instruments used of the study was in-depth interviews with key informants 12 people. The research findings were as follows: Cultural Tourism Community of Old Town by the Phetchaburi River participate in decision making operation benefit and participate in the evaluation of tourism management. Problems and obstacles to community participation: downtime in sync disagreement participation. Guidelines for the development of community participation in tourism management: community participation give precedence to the people in the community emphasis on working according to plan know how to solve problems for development.

The study entitled The Development of Thai floral chandelier from clay floral foam and colors inspired by the glazed Tiles Pattern of Wat Phra Chettuphon Wimonmangkhlaram Ratchaworamahawihan. aims to develop clay formulas made of floral foam and colors to design Thai floral chandelier with which were inspired from Wat Phra Chettuphon Wimonmangkhlaram Ratchaworamahawihan glazed tile patterns and to investigate their satisfaction. The research process can be divided into as follows: combining three different floral foam and colors asking the experts to evaluate their satisfaction on floral form quality making hanging products according to the chosen patterns and finally examining general public satisfaction on Thai floral chandelier with data were collected by a questionnaire to investigate the general public satisfaction and then analyzed by statistical analysis. The results of the study can be summarized: 1) The results of the clay recipe showed that most experts had the highest satisfaction on recipe 3 mixed with poster colors (x ̅ = 4.67). 2) The results of the study on the design of Thai hanging products the experts Strongly agreed with Sketch Design-B that it was the most suitable because of beautiful patterns unique of Thai hanging products as well as retaining the tradition and contemporary than any other designs. 3 ) According to the results of the study obtained from the target group the results showed a high satisfaction on the product (x ̅ = 4.27) followed by the material (x ̅ =4.30) and the usefulness (x ̅ = 4.23) and the distribution location (x ̅ = 4.43)

This objectives of this research were to 1) study the factors for the development of teachers’career advancement. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2) To study the motivation for career advancement development of teachers of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. It is a quantitative research by quantitative survey. and qualitative interviews Data were collected from a sample group of 324 teachers in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Use questionnaires and interviews as tools to collect data. The statistics used for analysis were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The results of the study from the sample group showed that 1) most of the personal factors were female aged 41–50 years single status masters degree. have an average monthly income of more than 45000 baht 2) Environmental factors within the organization such as job content rewards and career advancement opportunities. learning opportunity Academic Seminar for Teachers Career Development Fairness in salary assessments academic work position and fair returns; and 3) There should be guidelines for developing teacher career progression. The objective of this research is to study the development of eco cars using power-cutting mechanism technique of Transmission System. Two eco cars had been studied. The first car was conducted with the aim of developing transmission system and clutch system by changing from gear drive transmission system and chain drive mechanical clutch to belt and pulley transmission system by new designing the belt and pulley transmission system to have propeller shaft as the device to transmit power from the right to the left side with bearings to help reduce friction. Pulley system and clutch lever were installed in which the newly built clutch can be controlled by driver. The new model of transmission system is weight 0.7 kg which is lighter than the previous weight of 0.8 kg. Based on the first testing by participating in the 22nd Honda Eco Mileage Challenge at Chang International Circuit it was found that the system with belt tension at 1 kN resulted in good performance of transmission system and clutch system with fuel efficiency value at 626.157 km/L. After that the belt tension was adjusted and set up at 1.1 kN for 3 tests at Solar Track Thailand and it was found that the maximum fuel efficiency value was 1061.18 km/L at the speed of 34 km/hr. The second car was improved in transmission system suspension system steering system and also engine. The first trial was experimented on the 22nd racing event at the Chang International Circuit where this fuel efficient prototype car could run at 18 km. The result showed that it could have good mileage which was 275 km/L. After improvement the car was tested again for three times at the Solar Track Thailand circuit where it ran at 16 kilometers. The result revealed that the best saving was equivalent to 613 km/L at the speed of 30.6 km/hr.

This research is the study of microwave distribution in the drying chamber to develop the belt-conveyor microwave dryer. The dimensions of the drying chamber are 90 cm width 3 cm length and 30 cm height. Two 800 W magnetrons were installed at the top of the chamber. It was found that the uniform of microwave distribution was observed at the center area of drying chamber. The uniform microwave distribution in the drying chamber at 400 W is achieved. A microwave leakage from the prototype is within the microwave oven safety standard of the US Department of Health and Human Services. This study can be used as a guideline for an industrial design for belt-conveyor microwave dryer.
