This research aimed to collect classify and process the data of Moh Phon’s diseases and herbal drugs from his medicine scriptures analyze and design the database with its user interfaces. Then the program of Moh Phon’s diseases and herbal drugs database was developed. After that the program was tried out by the sample group of 50 students from the third year of the field of English for International Communication faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Finally the students of 15 males and 35 females answered the questionnaires of their satisfaction of using the program. The results were as follows: 1. The data of Moh Phon’s diseases and herbal drugs consisted of core information as follows: names of diseases names of herbal medicines names of herbs which were ingredients of each medicine recipe the properties of each medicine recipe and how to prevent some diseases. 2. The questionnaires analysis of students’ satisfaction of using the program of Moh Phon’s diseases and herbal drugs database revealed that the overall arithmetic mean of users’ satisfaction was 75.00. The highest scored item of 87.50 percent was “I think this program is useful”; and the lowest scored item of 66.50 percent was “I think the screen format is interesting”. Moreover there were 7 users who showed their positive opinions towards the program which was 14 percent of all the informants.

The purposes of this research were: 1) To find out effectiveness in multimedia-based teaching material of floral embroidery brooches and pinned in ladys clothes Nakornluang Polytechnic College 2) To evaluate its effectiveness of multimedia-based teaching material of floral embroidery brooches which were pinned in ladys clothes in Nakornluang Polytechnic College and 3) To investigate the students’ satisfaction on multimedia-based teaching of floral embroidery brooches pinned in ladys clothes Nakornluang Polytechnic College. The participants in this study were short-term students who enrolled in the second semester in the academic year of 2020. The participants included thirty-five students studied in Fabric Craft and three experts. The research instruments used in this study were the multimedia-based teaching material practice test the questionnaire measuring the effectiveness of multimedia-based teaching material and the satisfaction questionnaire. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) The effectiveness of multimedia-based teaching material of floral embroidery brooches pinned in ladys clothes Nakornluang Polytechnic College was 80.17/ 87.31 which was higher than the specified criteria. 2) The experts’ attitudes towards the multimedia-based teaching material of floral embroidery brooches pinned in ladys clothes for students at Nakornluang Polytechnic College showed that this teaching material was suitable possible as well as useful at the highest level in all aspects. 3) The students also reported the highest level of satisfaction in all aspects on the multimedia-based teaching floral embroidery brooches pinned in ladys clothes Nakornluang Polytechnic College. To sum up this multimedia-based teaching material can be used to teach crafting fabrics for students studying short-term course in Nakornluang Polytechnic College.

The objectives of this research are to study the rate of deterioration of tyre friction coefficient and investigate the quality of new and old tyres that are currently in use. A set of the rolling resistance testing was designed and set up to work with the single dynamometer according to speed 80 km/h tire load 4660 N and inflation pressure 30 psi. There were three tire samples new tire one year used tire and two year used tire to find the rolling resistance coefficients. The finding shows that the rolling resistance was inverse variation with tire aging. For instance the new tire (1st sample) had the highest rolling resistance on the other hand the two year used tire (3th sample) had the lowest rolling resistance. Moreover the rolling resistance coefficients were inverses variation with tire aging. Besides the one year used tire had the average of the decreasing rate of the rolling resistance coefficient at 0.03689 N/kN per a week while the two year had the average of the decreasing rate of the rolling resistance coefficient at 0.03671 N/kN per a week. Furthermore the result also revealed that the rolling resistance coefficients nonlinearly decreased comparing to the tire aging.

ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการทำวิจัยไม่แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดของบุคลากร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยี ราชมงคลพระนคร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการทำวิจัยไม่แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดของ บุคลากร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งด้านผู้วิจัย ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านสถานที่ อุปกรณ์การทำวิจัย และด้านผลการทำวิจัย 1. ปัจจัยด้านผู้วิจัย พบว่า ผู้ทำวิจัยรู้สึกว่ามีขั้นตอนการเบิกจ่ายเงินที่ยุ่งยาก ประกอบกับที่มาภาระ การสอนและภาระงานอื่น ๆ มาก ในขณะเดียวกันก็ทำวิจัยหลายเรื่อง และพบว่าหัวหน้าโครงการไม่สามารถ หรือมีเวลาที่ต้องใช้ในการฝึกผู้ช่วยวิจัย ทำให้ไม่สามารถทำงานหรือมีความชำนาญในการวิจัยในเรื่องที่ได้รับได้ มีความคัญน้อยต่อการทำวิจัยไม่แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด 2. ด้านงบประมาณ พบว่า อัตราค่าตอบแทนผู้วิจัยที่ได้รับค่อนข้างต่ำ และถ้าหาได้รับการสนับสนุน เงินทุนวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยจะช่วยทำให้บุคลากรทำวิจัยมากขึ้น มหาวิทยาลัยควรจัดสรรเงินอุดหนุนการวิจัย ให้เพียงพอและเหมาะสม และพบว่าระบบการขอ การเบิกจ่ายเงินอุดหนุนการทำวิจัยมีขั้นตอนที่ยุ่งยากและ ล่าช้ามาก 3. ด้านสถานที่ อุปกรณ์การทำวิจัย พบว่า มีระบบสารสนเทศก้าวหน้า และทันสมัยพร้อมที่จะให้ ศึกษาข้อมูลได้กว้างขวาง วัสดุอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมืออำนวนควมสะดวก ในการทำวิจัยอย่างเพียงพอ สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำวิจัยเอื้อต่อการทำวิจัย มีหนังสือ เอกสาร และระบบฐานข้อมูลในการค้นคว้าที่ดีมี ประสิทธิภาพประสิทธิผลในการทำวิจัย 4. ด้านผลการทำวิจัย พบว่า ระยะเวลาในการทำวิจัยแต่ละขั้นตอนไม่เป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้ ประกอบกับผลการวิจัยไม่เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ต้องทำการทดลองซ้ำหลายครั้งเพื่อความถูกต้อง
