The purposes of this research were to study to rank the needs and find solutions of RMUTP environment management on undergraduate students’learning development of RMUTP environment management on undergraduate students’learning development. This study is a survey research and the samples were 385 students. The research tool was questionnaire. The data were analyzed through percentage (%) mean ( ) standard deviation (S.D.) t-test modified priority needs index: PNI modified. The results demonstrated that : (1) The overall mean scores of the reality and expectation of RMUTP environment on students’learning are statistically different at 0.01.(2) The physical environment needs for supporting students’ quality of life was ranked the first. The second was university facilities to enhance their learning and the third was help and information service. The curriculum management was ranked the fourth. The last one was instructors

The main objectives of this study were to study 1) problems of administration 2)the improvement guidelines and 3) comparing some sample groups’ comments to the overview of the administration improvement guidelines by the uses of modern technology and social network for people services of the police hospital. This study was a survey research using questionnaires which passed through quality including validity check and reliability check at 0.89 level. Total samples of 625 were patients receiving all outpatient services calculated by taro Yamane’s formula at the confidence level 94% The 458 sets of questionnaire were collected equal to 73.28% of the total samples. Statistics used in this study were percentage mean standard deviation and t-test. The study results showed that 1) the main problem was the Police Hospital operating by bringing modern technology and social network for people services is lack of an endeavor and care for the people; 2) the main improvement guidelines is the top executives of the police hospital should create knowledge understanding and be a good role model serving people with honestly endeavor and empathy. Meanwhile Police Hospital should set policies and plans which are clear and continuous to use modern technology training and develop all staffs to be ready for effective communication by using modern and universal hardware/software technology and social network for people services; 3) males and females undergraduate and bachelor’s degree or higher have no different opinions on the overall management improvement approach.

This research aimed to study students’ satisfaction towards teaching and learning management of bachelor of technical education curriculum from Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon. The instrument used in this study was questionnaires which consisted of 5 aspects; curriculum lecturer teaching and learning process assessment and management. The statistics used in in data analysis were mean standard deviation two Independent t-test. The study found that the overall satisfaction of the students was at a good level (x = 3.97 S.D.= 0.64). When considering each aspect the highest students’ satisfaction was the lecturer aspect (x = 4.12 S.D.= 0.63). In the same fashion the teaching and learning process (x = 4.04 S.D.= 0.67) and curriculum aspect (x = 4.03 S.D.= 0.65). However students in different disciplines were not significant difference with the teaching and learning process of the Faculty of Industrial Education.

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the guidelines for Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon towards Digital University 2) to study the policy recommendation of the executive for the administration towards Digital University. The researcher proceed this research with the Exploratory Sequential Design one type of the mixed research method which is firstly conducted with Qualitative Research through the recommendation form the interview of the executive in order to create the questionnaires. Then it is processed statistical data with package program for approving the conclusion result of the Qualitative Research in order to have the more complete conclusion of research. The research indicated that the Executive give recommend of the guidelines for Administration towards Digital University as follows: 1) Guideline for Human Resources Management; the university must have personal with knowledge Skills of using technology and language and must maintain the human resources with knowledge. The head for the university must be modern personality to the key of Digital University. 2) Guideline for Financial Management; the university must have sufficient budget for Digital University Policy proceeding Earn money from education and research grants and also have an investment for procurement in order to be ready not less than other universities 3) Guideline for Organization Management; the university must be proactive management provide policy of using Digital University. The administration of any matters which must use the more digital technique. Must create good governance system and the management towards a quality organization and prepare physical plan to develop the university. 4) Guideline for Material and equipment Management; the university shall have the more an investment in worth materials have the equipment enough for the officers. The infrastructure should be ready and should be rent instead of purchase because of easy to manage. 5) Guideline for Information Technology Management; the university shall use the Information Technology System to manage in every activities in order to reduce paper with the same information such system must be sufficient efficient stable and safe. The university should support the use of this system to officers

The Design of Animation to Promote the Psychosocial Learning of Students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon.1.1) The respondents were male with 20 persons or 50% female with 20 persons or 50%. 1.2) The respondents were 19 in the last 19 years or 40%. 1.3) The respondents liked the two-dimensional model the most were 32 people 80 percent. 1.4) The respondents liked the cartoon. From Japan 32 people accounted for 40%. 1.5) The respondents had the most adolescent adolescent liking 33 people or 82.5%. Design The researcher designed the data analysis. And from the experts. Summarized as follows 1) The animation uses the stop motion format. 2) Length of animation 15 seconds for students or viewers not tired of watching for a long time. 3) The way of animation Use adolescent guidelines to match the age of the sample. 4) Striped pattern is a pattern with a realistic pattern. An assessment of the quality of animation that promotes learning. Students are assessed by design experts. And childrens psychiatrists can be summarized as follows. The respondents were 45 people think the material is 100 percent. Design The study was designed to analyze the data. And an inquiry from the experts Summarized as follows: 1) the story The results of the analysis were as follows: x was 4.36 SD value was 0.05. Satisfaction level was very high. 2) character side The results of the analysis were as follows: x was 4.36. The value of S.D. was 0.05. The level of satisfaction was at the highest level. 3) The design of the scene. The results of the analysis of the average design effect as follows: x is 4.28 S.D. value is 0.36 level of satisfaction is very high. 4) The character. The mean score of the characters was as follows: x was 4.36. The S.D. value was 0.19. The level of satisfaction was very high. The results of the assessment of the five aspects of the Faculty of Architecture and Design Faculty of Engineering rajamangala university of technology phra nakhon University. 1) perception The mean of perceived cognitive performance was as follows: x was 4.23 S.D. value was 0.07. 2) Response The mean of response was as follows: x was 4.33 SD was 0.07. 3) values The results of the analysis were as follows: x was 4.33 SD was 0.05. Satisfaction level was very high. 4) The results of the analysis of the mean of organizing the values were as follows: x was 4.27. The value of S.D. was 0.03. The level of satisfaction was very high. 5) The apparent aspect of x-values was 4.35. The S.D. value was 0.05. The level of satisfaction was very high.
