Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and ICT-Based Educational Management
Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and ICT-Based Educational Management

Today educational institutions are awareness to using ICT-based educational management through online or e-learning. This learning method is a strategy to develop their organization to be a knowledge-based society. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) itself applies ICT-based educational management by improving fundamental structure of information technology and publicizing the policy on the ICT-based educational management to its personnel. The policy is to enhance a student-centered learning method with a practical integrated instruction. It promotes cooperation and networking of ICT instructors and encourages support and dependence between students and instructors. Moreover RMUTP establishes connections with other network to effectively use ICT-based learning with educational management.

The Base Wage Structure of Labour in Lampang Province
The Base Wage Structure of Labour in Lampang Province

The objective of this research is to find out the information on the base wage structure of labour with various education levels in different kinds of business or industries. Research methodology is the survey research which describes the situation of base wage structure in Lampang Province. The results of the research show that 1) large sized enterprises in ceramic industry 3 and 4 stars hotels super store have a wage structure for labour. 2) the medium or small sized enterprises do not have a wage structure for labour. Moreover wages depend on job description responsibility and the official minimum wage rate of Lampang Province. The base wage which labour received will be different according to the level of education type of business or industry size of firm in each business or industry.

Design of an Algorithm for Tracking Symmetrical Component Based on Adaptive Algorithm
Design of an Algorithm for Tracking Symmetrical Component Based on Adaptive Algorithm

Symmetrical components of current and voltage are great importance in many applications in power systems such as power quality and power system protection. This paper presents the new adaptive linear combiner (ADALINE) structure for symmetrical components traction and estimation. This structure is deal with multi-output systems for parameter traction/estimation rather than the existing ADALINE which deals only with single output system. The new topology it is called MO-ADALINE is also presented. Finally the paper presents a new processing unit which can estimate symmetrical components from the measured current signals. The advantage of this proposed unit is simple to implement. Simulation results are given to validate the proposed algorithms.

Mechanical Properties of Silica-Based Geopolymer Composites Cured at Ambient Conditions in Accordance with Size-Independent Method
Mechanical Properties of Silica-Based Geopolymer Composites Cured at Ambient Conditions in Accordance with Size-Independent Method

In this paper silica-based geopolymer matrix reinforced composites containing approximately 35 50 or 55 wt.% of carbon (HTS 5631 1600tex 24K TohoTenax) advanced basalt (BCF13-2520tex KV12 Int Basaltex) or electrical grade glass (E-glass: E2400P192 Saint-Gobain Vetrotex) roving fibers respectively were synthesized and fabricated at ambient conditions. The flexural properties of the resulting composites which are high toughness: the shear stress plays here a greater role in compared with other ceramic matrix composites were determined on a universal testing machine under three-point bending mode in accordance with novel size-independent method which based on testing specimens at different scale of sample height (H) to span length (L) ratios; The basic principles of the new size-independent approach are presented as well. Microstructures of composites were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) on perpendicular sections the images show the adhesion between the fibers and geopolymer matrix are very good and micro-cracks on both cross-sections and surfaces of geocomposites are determined as inborn defects of inorganic matrix composites.

Traditional Knowledge Based Ecotourism in Bali
Traditional Knowledge Based Ecotourism in Bali

The global tourism industry has been slow to respond to major environmental changes and critical conservation needs of the 21st. The Balinese industry is no exception. It is poorly equipped to deal with environmental change. But it is critical that it does so. The industry is dependent on a high quality and sustain environment. It is time for the industry to invest in skill and competencies to underpin sound environmental management. As the famous tourist destination in the world Bali tries to create traditional knowledge based ecotourism concerning with the government planning in 2009 about creative economic because by these activities ecological cultural and economic sustainable can be expected.
