This research proposes a Bayesian logistic regression model which is applied to the data from autoparts manufacturing machines. Factors related to defective and bad products are investigated. The proposed model is compared with the logistic regression using maximum likelihood method for parameter estimation. The data were collected from 132 machines in an autoparts manufacturing factory. The research found that useful life machine type 6 worker group 3 and 4 working step 1 and 2 influence to the risk of producing defective and bad products. When the useful life is increased by 1 month the risk of producing defective and bad products will be increased by 2.2%. The risk that the machine type 6 will produce defective and bad products is 4.078 times greater than the risk that the machine type will do. The risk that the worker group 3 will produce defective and bad products is 61.7% less than the risk that the worker group 12 will do. The risk that the worker group 4 will produce defective and bad products is 61.5% less than the risk that the worker group 12 will do. The risk that the working step 1 will produce defective and bad products is 2.831 times greater than the risk that the working step 4 will do. The risk that the working step 2 will produce defective and bad products is 13.8 % greater than the risk that the working step 4 will do. The parameter estimates from the Bayesian logistic regression are very close to the ones from the logistic regression using maximum likelihood method for parameter estimation

The potential predictability of the northeast monsoon forecasts by the educational global climate model as measured by the supremum lyapunov exponent
The potential predictability of the northeast monsoon forecasts by the educational global climate model as measured by the supremum lyapunov exponent

Weather predictions by an atmospheric model are determined by the uncertainties in the initial condition and the imperfection of the model. It is difficult to provide accurate weather prediction. The efficiency of weather predictions model is obtained from the analyses of Lyapunov exponent. In addition the predictability measurements is applied from Lyapunov exponent are finite size Lyapunov exponent finite time Lyapunov exponent local Lyapunov exponent together with a new method called supremum Lyapunov exponent are used to measure predictability of the northeast monsoon (winter monsoon) by the Educational Global Climate Model (EdGCM) and to test sensitivity of the model to small initial perturbations. The EdGCM sensitive to initial perturbations it is suitable for predictability of the northeast monsoon. The EdGCM is run for 142-year predictions from the year 1958 to 2100. However only the outputs of geopotential height at 500hPa of December from 2012 to 2100 are used for predictability measurement. The results show that the EdGCM predictability for the northeast monsoon forecast is about 120 years. So the EdGCM can be predictability of the long range forecast. The operation model for highland development of the royal project that can lead to development of highland in thailand
The operation model for highland development of the royal project that can lead to development of highland in thailand

The objectives of this research are to study the operation model for highland development of the Royal Project the model of knowledge extension to the farmers the result of operation to the farmers by the Royal Project and studying of the effective factor of the Royal Project development. This research is use the quantitative by collecting the data by interviewing. The result of the research there are 7 important models of development by the Royal Project to the farmer on the highland; (1) the operation procedures (2) operation plan (3) Format of operations (4) Officers in the center and in the area (5) Values and corporate culture (6) The farmer in the area and (7) Potential of the area. For the knowledge extension to the farmers the advice/visiting to the farmers is in top level. The “support/facilitation to the farmers” there are a purchasing the goods and agricultural products and product quality development in very high level. And the result of operations the Royal Project to the farmers resulting in economy the higher income and increasing the asset in high level the liabilities decreased moderately. In the social the farmers are developing at the high level in every topic. It is shown that the resulting in operation of the Royal Project can help in social development. And in the environmental there is an increasing of a conservation of the upstream area in very high level. The factors that effect to the result of operation by the Royal Project in economy social and environmental are depended on the model of operation support/facilitation and the quality of the officers in the Royal Project.

The development of english language instructional model using mobile electronic devices (m-Learning) for upper secondary students in secondary educational service area office 11
The development of english language instructional model using mobile electronic devices (m-Learning) for upper secondary students in secondary educational service area office 11

The purposes of this research were to (1) study the needs of teachers and students in Secondary Education Service Area Office 11 in English instruction using mobile electronic devices (m-Learning) and (2) to develop the model of English language instruction using mobile electronic devices (m-Learning) for Upper Secondary Students in Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11. The samples were 222 teachers and 394 students taken from Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11 using a Taro Yamane’s formula with the significant level of .05. The research procedure was divided into two phases. Phase one was the study of the needs of teachers and students in teaching and learning using mobile electronic devices two sets of questionnaires; one set for teachers and one set for students were used to collect data. A model of English instruction using mobile electronic devices was created in this phase. Phase two was the verification of the developed model by the experts. A verification form was used to collect data. Data were analyzed through mean and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows:

Geo-informatics for ecotourism: ban mae klang luang model
Geo-informatics for ecotourism: ban mae klang luang model

Geo-Informatics for Ecotourism: Ban Mae Klang Luang Model is participatory action research (PAR) conducing to share knowledge together. Furthermore Ban Mae Klang Luang Model is important mechanism for management of natural resources and environment for ecotourism. Example local resource landmark natural trail firebreaks landuse etc. Community can create that on model by themselves. Creating a website to show information of Ban Mae Klang Luang. Klang Luang; for example : general information home stay economic community knowledge’s philosopher and experiences ideas of living and lead to graduate desirable. The results show that Ban Mae Klang Luang Model can manage natural resources and environment for ecotourism which can be implemented by local communities for sustainable and efficient. However the experience between students and the community is the practical work for learning.
