The Thai wisdom knows the benefits of Carissa carandas L. to be used as a traditional herbal medicine. However there was no scientific evidence to show that Carissa carandas L. of Thailand can treat gout or not. In this research the Carissa carandas L. fruit extract in semi-ripening and ripe stage were studied for the phytochemical and inhibitory activity of xanthine oxidase one of the causes of gout. The result of hytochemical indicated that the crude extract from semi-ripening stage fruit contained many substances; phenolic compounds alkaloids flavonoids terpenoids saponins and deoxy sugars. While the ripe stage fruit contained the similar substances excepted saponins. The extract solution of Carissa carandas L. showed the xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity as the ethanolic extract solution gave the higher activity than water extract solution. The crude extracts of semi-ripening stage fruit presented the higher activity than the ripe stage one with the IC 50 values of 2.40 ± 0.05 and 2.87 ± 0.37 mg/mL respectively. The result of ripening stage with different phytochemical may be related to inhibition of xanthine oxidase activity. Therefore the selecting of sampling period and purification of extract may be a choice for using as medicine for gout

This project aims to create the model of fire protection system for the kitchen. The model installed of protection and notification systems was created by using the Google SketchUp program with a ratio of 1:10 from the real kitchen scale. According to the literature it was found that more than 50 % of the fire within the shelter occurred in a kitchen. The main causes are flame heat sparks and electrical equipment. The system was developed to detect flame gas and smoke by using infrared sensor (IR FLAME) and gas detection device (MQ-2). Arduino MEGA2560 is a central processor to control the device of the protection system. Node MCU is a data receiver with Arduino to display the average amount of gas flame through the Blynk application in real time and send notification via the Line application when the amount of either flame gas or smoke is greater than or equal to the specified quantity. Fire protection system is divided into 3 conditions: fire gas and smoke. In case of fire the sprinkler will be activated with class K extinguishers to extinguish fire. In gas leakage conditions ventilator will be activated to ventilate the gas leaks and the gas supply is cut off. For smoke condition the ventilator will be activated to ventilate the smoke out of the kitchen. The results of the experiment by using the method of dividing into 13 simulations in total. The system can detect the flame with 12 points 92% from 13 points. In case of gas a can of gas was used in all tests. Nine points of gas can detect with 69% of the total 13 points. The smoke detector can capture smoke with a large amount of smoke. There are a total of 13 tests that can capture 11 smoke points representing 84% of all 13 points.

The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the personal factors in lower secondary students’ decisions to study in the career Department at the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University 2) to education study in lower secondary students’ decisions to study in the career Department at the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University and 3) to individual factors affecting in lower secondary students’ decisions to study in the career Department at the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University. The population students are studying in lower secondary students’ decisions to study in the career Department at the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University of 267. The instruments used in research questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test and One Way ANOVA. The research found that as follows: 1) Most students were male 14 years of age by studying in lower secondary students’3/7 they have a cumulated GPA of 3:01 to 3:50 by living with his father - his mother and the aptitude of most business plans. 2) The factor in choosing in lower secondary students’ decisions to study in the career Department at the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University overall students in grade 3 with comments in agree. The first two items in order from most to least found that the side with the highest mean score the reputation of the school. The second was the instructor and minimum course content. And 3) individual factors were affecting in lower secondary students’ decisions to study in the career Department at the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University found that students with gender age year of study. The GPA and the Professional and the aptitude different affect students were learning plans and career groups school not different. Except for students with different shelters affect student learning plans and the career Department at the Demonstration School of Ramkhamhaeng University difference was statistically significant at the .05 level.

This art thesis aims to design and develop packaging for Healthy CoconutProducts of Lumnam tha Jeen Housewives Group Nakhon Pathom. Which consists of designing and developing the packaging structure graphics logo and shelves. The problem founded in the interview with the entrepreneur was that the packaging still lacks the identity that attracts attention the information on the packaging also shows the details of the product is not complete and the structure is inconvenient to transport or carry among foreign tourists. The present packaging is a wooden basket in some countries must pass an examination in timber imports. The operation has 4 steps as follows: 1 )Interview the entrepreneurs and study the relevant documents and research 2) Design and develop the packaging 3) Bring the expert questionnaire for 3 persons and 4) Design evaluation Data analysis using summary information finding the frequency percentage and average and presented in the form of treatise and composition tables. The results of the research concluded In the structure of packaging shampoo conditioner hair serum hair shower gel and body lotion that have been evaluated as the highest (4.70) looks like a circular cylinder the bottom is wide chasing the size until the top small which brought the concept from the coconut tree. The portable packaging structure includes the products of shampoo hair conditioner shower gel and body lotion that are rated as the highest (4.75) the shape is flat easy to carry and the outer contour line from the coconut tree. The logo has been evaluated as the highest (4.15) uses the golden ratio principle to create recognition. Highest rated graphics (4.50) Use gradient green color mixed with brown which comes from the color of the coconut giving the feeling of using natural ingredients. The form of the shelf that has been evaluated as the highest (4.63) looks like a large podium on the top has a shelf for the product the size height of the shelf is in the eye level of the consumer.

The study and development to design mushroom nursery for installed within the orphanage cultural school (Main 67) Lao PDR. Is a research to promote and develop the production of raw materials for cooking in the school. Consequently the school has a policy to promote plants and raise animals to prepare food for students. But the amount of the produce is not enough to meet the demand for consumption of students. Therefore the researcher has the idea to design a mushroom nursery that is suitable for for installed within the school. Because the cultivation of mushrooms in the nursery is not difficult and still produces all year round. If there is promotion of mushroom cultivation in addition to plants and animals. Will make the school have raw materials that variety and enough for use in cooking for students. Which will result in students eating more complete categories. By the method of conducting the research beginning with the study and analysis of data to find the amount of mushroom cultivation suitable for the consumption needs of students. After that the study and development of the form of mushroom nursery that is suitable for the use and maintenance. Can be easily assembled and installed. Use materials that can be found locally and use a small budget. According to the research the mushroom nursery is a semiautomatic 3.27 x 8 meters consisting of modular system. By using bamboo and plastic mesh as the main material and inside using the method of placing suspended mushroom bags. Suitable for installation in most schools. Since it can be easily assembled and installed with materials that can be purchased locally. It is also easy to use and maintain. This nursey can produce approximately 2400 mushrooms or about 240 kilograms per month. In summary The study and development to design mushroom nursery for installed within the orphanage cultural school (Main 67) Lao PDR. It is the development of vacant spaces within the school to be agricultural areas that will benefit the school in many ways. Both the quantity of produce and nutrition budget and career promotion.
