This research aims to analyze demand Necessary Skills and ways of collecting the credit to transfer into the education system of Service Industry Workers (Hospitality and Tourism) in Bangkok. The research results found 4 points that is; (1) career stability (2) knowledge (3) services (4) awareness and self-esteem value During the research process of training course curriculum found that there are three courses that is English training course for hospitality industry Excellent Services technique for customer impressive course using technology “Amadeus” system for booking and ticketing in tourism and hospitality industry. These courses become a set of learning handbook and trained to the target group service working to learn and have knowledge up-skilled and have a positive thinking to work in service industry. In term of earning credit from these courses into the education system in form of transfer credit by using knowledge and experiences the results from research seminar can be conclude into two ways (1) transfer credit from the course that has certificate or do not have any certificate still can transferred within the guarantee from institution (2)transfer credit from certified course should be specify with the exactly total houses studying or have a test and evaluate the learning outcomes from the courses.

The surveillance and reports on accidents for the current traffic management are carried out by viewing and inspecting CCTV footage. This method is slow to detect incidents and requires a lot of manpower. Since nowadays communication technology and social media play a role in reporting such incidents this research has been conducted to investigate accidents of interest from text messages reported on social media in Thai. There is currently no research or platform that supports this type of work clearly. This research presented the development of a neuron network memory-learning model to solve the problem of incidence pattern classification and incidence severity identification from social media messages in Thai. Using deep learning models such as MLP CNN Bi-LSTM and LSTM+CNN the study was designed and divided into three experimental patterns. This included examining patterns to identify traffic incidents that may be reported as general news or traffic reporting; examining patterns to indicate the type of incidents such as traffic accidents disasters damaged roads or others other than those mentioned; and examining patterns to specify the severity levels of the incidents such as normal intermediate traffic lane blocking or immovable. The experiments demonstrated the capability of CNN+LSTM learning models with the best incidence detection result at 93.44 %. The CNN model gave the best result in identifying a pattern of incidence at 85.29 % and the LSTM model was best able to determine the severity levels of the incidence at 88.53 %.

As for working according to various functions in the system administrators are satisfied with setting the password using check and the satisfaction system of users. In addition general users satisfy with the overall systems as their convenience and speed.

The study aims to develop the investment model for preparation for the new normal age. In-depth interviews and data collection 400 participants were obtained from a questionnaire which was reliable at 0.89. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were employed to analyze data e.g. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). According to the interview the research findings revealed that the organization should encourage the employee in investment planning as well as having the notion of financial innovation. To do so diversification and up-to-date global knowledge attempt must be concerned. The results also presented that the respondents emphasized the financial innovation and creating factors of investment opportunity to prepare for the new normal age as none of the non-essential liability caused. Regarding organization procedures to develop the great aging society forming suitable elderly activities for the community was considered as providing widespread information as well as building different generations relationships. With these data genres of investment innovation not only were related to investment opportunity factors creation to the new normal aged but also related to organization procedures to develop the great aging society. A questionnaire was used to collect data form Chinese Learners with Thai Major in Bangkok and Rural Areas. The results are as follow: Smart Phone is the most use device for use online media. Google translate application is the most use online media. The mostly of participants use online media for translation and interpretation. The mostly of participants choose and use their own decision after familiar with media. And the top three most common media usage problems are: First lack of concentration in online class. Second the content of Thai language teaching and learning online media is insufficient to meet expectations. Third the translation application cannot be translated correctly. From the in-depth interviews it was found that The most satisfying online Thai teaching medium is Zoom. The characteristics of Thai online teaching media that are most satisfied with the use are ease of use. And The most important factor in choosing online Thai language teaching materials is the accuracy of the information.
