The purpose of this study is to produce the soil improvement materials from food waste and water hyacinth by using a dehydration process. The experiments were divided into two parts : 1) the study of the optimum temperature and time for converting food waste and water hyacinths to soil improvement materials by determining the temperatures of 100 °C 150 °C and 200°C in the periods of 1 hour 2 hours and 3 hours respectively 2) the study of nutrient content in the materials before and after mixing into the soil for 5 days. The soil used in the experiment was sampled from Sai Ma Subdistrict Nonthaburi Province. The parameters used to evaluate the ability to improve the soil quality were soil moisture pH electro conductivity total nitrogen total phosphorus total potassium and organic matter. The results showed that the optimum temperature for drying the food waste was 150°C for 2 hours and the optimum temperature for drying the water hyacinth was 200°C for 3 hours. When the materials were mixed into soil it found that the soil drainage was improved. Mixing the materials into soil could increase the pH value from 5.2 to 5.4 and increase the electrical conductivity from 0.72 mS/cm to 14.78 mS/cm. Besides the plant nutrients including Nitrogen phosphorus and potassium also increased after adding soil improvement materials.

The objectives of the research on the application of dry ice in making chocolate mousse for the cold western dessert competition were to study the appropriate time for freezing chocolate mousse and test the physical quality of frozen chocolate mousse using randomized complete block design (RCBD) method at 95% reliability. The quality of senses sight color smell taste and texture and the overall preference were evaluated. The difference of mean was compared with by Duncan New Multiple Rang Test (DMRT) using a computer program to find the appropriate time to freeze chocolate mousse. 15 testers applied the 5 – point hedonic scale to test the product. Research results showed that the testers preferred the product that was frozen for 40 minutes the most. In terms of color smell taste and overall preference the mean was 4.50 4.41 4.00 4.35 4.25 and 4.21 respectively. The physical quality test results indicated that the texture of the mousse frozen for 30 minutes had the best hardness adhesion and flexibility 27.53 3.17 0.43 and 1.21 respectively. The product frozen at 40 minutes had the highest lightness (L*) yellowness (b*) and redness (a*) 40.15 13.03 and 22.31 respectively with the statistical significance (p≤0.05).

This aims of special project are study about method reduce astringent of ripening suitable products of carunda pasteurized juice we are study the changes during storage of carunda pasteurized juice and study cosumer acceptance of products of carunda pasteurized juice. From method revealed that the methods of ripening carunda the most suitable method is method 3 the method of ripening Cassia Tree in 3 days we are found physical quality in the value L* a* and b* (peel) is equal to 38.03±0.26 29.44±0.17 13.43±0.35 the value L* a* and b* (the meat) is equal to 35.43±0.10 36.86±0.08 19.87±0.07 Chemical found °Brix values were 8.83±0.29 and 2.97±0.02. The pH of the test scores in most aspects. The difference was statistically significant (p<0.05) and then study the dynamics between the preservation of products carunda pasteurized juice and found that L* a* decreased statistically significantly (p<0.05) and b* values were increased statistically significantly (p<0.05). The bacteriological quality of carunda pasteurized juice found that microorganisms not exceed 1x104 cfu/sample 1 ml yeast andmold must not exceed 100 CFU/sample 1 ml S. Cheryl Shea coli must be less than 3 MPN/sample 1 ml and Coliform less than 2.2 MPN/100 ml Which does not exceed the prescribed standards of the Ministry of Health. Can be stored at room temperature 4+2 °c storage for 3 weeks The study on the adoption products Karanda Pasteurized found that consumers agree 100 percent.

The research proposes to find an optimum ratio of solvent based white ink for flexible package development by studying and comparing the qualification of white ink on plastic film. The process consists of separating the white ink ratio into 5 sampling group ratios and then examining ink quality by its’ solid content and grinding. The viscosity is controlled in 16 second and then measured by Zahn’s cup no. 3. The sampling ink is printed and inspected printing quality by (1) E*ab and opacity on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic film and oriented polypropylene (OPP) and (2) bond strength by extrusion. The result shows that sampling ink with hardener substances and ink and varnish ratio is at 90:10 certifies in all aspects compare with other sample. Indicators are the net present value (NPV) Benefit/Cost Ratio: B/C Ratio Pay Back Period and internal rate of return of investment (IRR). The Feasibility Study found that the projects are the net present value (NPV) of 5053593 baht payback period of 1 year 8 month and rate of return on investment (IRR) was 54.79 %. B/C ratio = 1.25

The objective of this study is to obtain a model that maximize production of γ-linolenic acid (GLA) by the moss Physcomitrella patens employing response surface methodology (RSM). The RSM with a three-variables (sucrose potassium nitrate and glutamate concentrations) and five-level (-2 -1 0 1 and 2) central composite design (CCD) including 20 experimental runs was employed to optimize the medium composition. Results showed that the experimental data could be appropriately fitted into a second-order polynomial model with a coefficient of determination (R2) more than 0 .9 5 for GLA production. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed that the model was highly significant (p<0.0001) and the effects of the sucrose (20-100 g/L) and glutamate (0.5-2.5 g/L) concentrations on GLA production were significant (p<0.05). The GLA production with the optimized culture medium (sucrose concentration of 62.92 g/L potassium nitrate of 0.80 g/L and glutamate concentration of 1 .4 2 g/L) by RSM increased 4.61 folds when compared with the standard BCD medium. This experimental value (16.37 mg GLA/L) fit well with the predicted values (16.20 mg GLA/L).
