การบำบัดฟอสเฟตจากน้ำเสียด้วยวัสดุกรองร่วมกับเปลือกหอย
The objective of this research was to study the treatment of Phosphate from wastewater by filter material with shells. Various parameters include pH temperature turbidity DO nitride ammonium and phosphate were investigated and compared before and after filler wastewater. The results show that the quality of wastewater after treatment enhancing with adding filter material with shells. The optimum ratio treatment of phosphate is resulting in maximum values was around 0.05 mg/liter (50% compare with wastewater before treatment) with formula no. 3 that not have time to filler. Moreover the results demonstrated the treatment of Phosphate from wastewater by filter material with shells can be improvement the value of turbidity nitride ammonia and DO for wastewater.

Dye effluent treatment with photocatalytic technique and adsorption process had an objective for studying the combination process between Titanium dioxide and activated carbon from dye effluent. The dye effluents were prepared from the direct dye reactive dye acid dye disperse dye and basic dye. The effluent dyes from the completely dyeing process at 1 % owf initially. All of dye structures were azo. From the study direct dye and reactive were successfully using combination process between photocatalytic technique and adsorption process whereas disperse dye favored in adsorption process. However acid dye and basic were ignored in this experiment cause of they were a bit of dye concentration in their effluent. The optimum condition for direct dye was 10g/l Titanium dioxide for 6 hours and 5 g/l activated carbon for 6 hours continuously. Reactive dye was performed in continuous condition as 10g/l Titanium dioxide for 6 hours and 10 g/l activated carbon for 6 hours. Disperse dye was the particular process in adsorption by activated carbon 15 g/l for 4 hours. It was summarized that the treatment of photocatalytic technique and adsorption process were upon on the type of dye.

Nowadays increasing water pollution has put significant pressure on water resources. Natural organic matter and organic micro-pollutants have been found in potentially harmful concentrations in numerous water sources. Phthalate plasticizers are also micro-pollutants of concern; Di- (2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is one of the most frequently observed plasticizers in the environment as well as one of the most persistent. The maximum permissible levels of these compounds in drinking water and wastewater discharged to the environment are set at low concentrations. In this research water samples were collected from the New Bang Kaen Canal in Bangkok Thailand (13°4906.1N 100°3042.4E) which receives wastewater from human activities and contains impurities in the water. Several common treatment technologies currently used to remove inorganic and organic contaminants from natural water supplies address serious environmental problems. Properly selected microfiltration membrane processes are elements of effective systems for water purification. Polymeric membranes are of primary interest for membrane separation techniques because they are both practical and effective. However pretreatment before using a microfiltration membrane is necessary for suspended solids reduction. This research used two types of polymeric membranes namely cellulose acetate membrane (CA) and polyvinylidene difluoride membrane (PVDF) and covers the most applicable requirements regarding pretreatment of the water intake. The performance of polymeric membranes for water treatment was also investigated. The water quality of the New Bang Kaen Canal was assessed in terms of turbidity SS and COD. This research has the potential to contribute to the monitoring of water quality in the New Bang Kaen Canal. Water quality monitoring is a fundamental tool for water resources management. The performance of polymeric microfiltration membranes was effective for water and wastewater purification in terms of solids organic substances and micro-pollutant i.e. DEHP compounds. Nevertheless the further development of polymeric membranes regarding fouling on the membrane surface and within pores needs to be improved to increase membrane performance and ameliorate the limitations of microfiltration polymeric membranes.

The purposes of this research were to investigate anaerobic digestion of concentrated food waste in biogas production system at mesophilic temperature (37 C). The effect of grinding and pH controlled at 6.20 and 7.00 on methane production were also studied. It was found that the ability of mix bacteria which had initial concentration of 2100 mg/l for digesting concentrated food waste with grinding was higher than that without grinding because of the increase in surface area (about 1.37 time). In this system the optimum condition for bacteria growth was found at pH 7.00. Under optimal condition the digestion efficiency in term of chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal was 18.81% higher corresponding to an increase in methane production rate (19.10%) than other conditions

The biosorption of Rhodamine B using modified water hyacinth roots was studied. The adsorption experiments were conducted in a batch setup. Parameters affecting the adsorption of Rhodamine B including pH of a solution adsorption time adsorbent dose and dyes concentration were investigated. With the 80 mg/L Rhodamine B solution of pH 6.0 adsorption time of 60 min and 0.10 g of modified water hyacinth roots the kinetic models pseudo-first order and pseudo-second order kinetic model were applied to examine the kinetic adsorption. The adsorption kinetic data correlates with pseudo-second order kinetic model. The Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models were applied to describe the isotherms and isotherm constants. Adsorption isotherm data correlates with Langmuir adsorption model. The maximum adsorption capacity of modified water hyacinth roots for Rhodamine B was found to be 63 mg/g
