การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ เป็นการศึกษาและเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อจัดทำ เว็บไซต์ประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้า OTOP เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน มีวัตถุประสงค์เป็นการออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์สินค้า OTOP เพื่อช่วยจัดการข้อมูลสินค้า ข้อมูลประเภทสินค้า ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ข้อมูลกระดานถาม-ตอบ และเป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้าให้กับบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจ โดยการจัดทำอยู่ในรูป 2 ภาษา ภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ ซึ่งการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ในครั้งนี้ได้มีการออกแบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อให้สามารถเก็บข้อมูลต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นมีความสะดวก และรวดเร็วในการค้นหาตรวจสอบข้อมูล เพิ่ม ลบ และแก้ไขข้อมูลได้ ทำให้การติดต่อประชาสัมพันธ์์สินค้า OTOP มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น เว็บไซต์ประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้า OTOP เตรียมความพร้อมสู่ AEC พัฒนาด้วยภาษา PHP ใช้ Mysql เป็นฐานข้อมูล และมีโปรแกรม Adobe Dreamweaver 8 ซึ่งเป็นโปรแกรมที่ช่วยในการจัดการสร้างเว็บไซต์

This research aimed to study 1) the preparation level of Thai Accountant Competencies and adaptation capabilities; and 2) Factor affecting on success in accounting profession after The Asian Economic Community. The samples consisted of 400 accountant which implement in many businesses. Data collected by using online questionnaire and employed convenience Sampling. Descriptive Statistics were used such as percentage Mean ( X ) S.D. and ranking. Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis were also employed to analyze data. The finding results explained that most of antecedents were female finished bachelor degree of accounting and has experiences average equal 7.51 years (S.D. = 6.723). In their views They thought that accountants preparation level competencies especially improvement of knowledge and skills of professional accountant were rather than fair well ( X = 3.9129; S.D. = 0.44034) as same as adaptation capabilities ( X = 3.79; S.D. = 0.46631). Pearson Correlation was between 0.381 – 0.739 at the significance level α < 0.01. This findings also explained that the preparation level of Thai Accountant Competencies accounting experience attitude of implement accounting and adaptation capabilities have positive significance level at confidence level 99 percent (α < 0.01).

The purposes of this research were to study semi-automatic versatile carpet weaving data of central region villagers studies problems and requirement in the semi automatic versatile carpet weaving to be effective fulfill requirements for the most weavers and led the data were to study analyze to create prototype of a semi automatic versatile carpet weaving to develop household textile products in culture that led to the ASEAN Economic Community and lead the knowledge to transfer technology by workshops. This research was the development of experimental research by fieldwork survey from 25 Nam Tao Temple sampling of semi automatic versatile carpet weaver groups in top central at Tambon Wat Nam Tao of Maharat district in Ayutthaya province and choose the specific type with the weaving group and semi automatic versatile carpet weaving from 25 Nong Ngu Hau weaver groups at Tambon Bang Pra Khru of Nakhon Luang district in Ayutthaya province. Total weaver groups who used this carpet weaving jacquard were 50 persons. Results indicated that testing for the satisfaction efficient of villagers were satisfied to the semi automatic versatile carpet weaving jacquard in period that can woven more quickly. Including setting the reel head to stand on the warp by the head reel of carpet loom and the carpet roll can make carpet in 90 centimeters width and applied to household textiles such as carpet rugs wall rugs and decorative carpet. The semi automatic versatile carpet weaving jacquard can weave 4 hooks. They were made the minute patterns exquisitely and various woven. They have added the convenience of a device to lock the both sides of warp reel head and the jacquard structure were increased strength with a square box steel and the Z. It can also adjust the space of the seat movement when weaving according to individual aptitude. It can be moved easily and reduced the lack of warp yarn. It was set easier in new warp yarn by the hooking after setting the warp yarn jacquard was finished. It was convenient to roll the finished carpet weaving by using lever handle to simultaneously rotate on both sides of gear axis. Using a foot pedal lever to raise the hooks raise the sway hooks to lift up follow to the weaving rhythm. It was production costs close to the price of the similar carpet the effective yield rapidly and worth. It was suitable for the beginner weavers or a new person who had basic woven would be weaving rapidly and the carpet weaving quality was good. Due to its rotating axis and lock system were made of cogs that helped to lock the beater or comb teeth for solidness and strength to handle and help facing fabric regularly. Summary this research was is related to the methodology technique and carpet weaving process. The essential was to reel the warp yarn and set the hooks that was minuteness in the deeply technical promotes the concept to develop the semi automatic carpet weaving with electrical system and motor to help labor saving able to reduce and solve period problems too much. So the semi automatic versatile carpet weaving design will be the basic of knowledge direct that can lead to the development of devices patterns and cultural household textile products leading to the ASEAN Economic Community in the next occasion.

The research on the process of supply chain management standard goods distribution and marketing of the meat processing industry in Thailand to support the ASEAN Economic Community was aimed (1) the process of supply chain management standards goods distribution and marketing of the meat processing industry in Thailand to support the ASEAN Economic Community and (2) to determine the consistency of a causal model that influenced the process of supply chain management standards goods distribution and marketing of the meat processing industry in Thailand to support the ASEAN Economic Community with the empirical data. The variables used in this study were the independent variables including the availability and the readiness of the entrepreneurs. The mediator variables were the raw material transportation management and safety standard. The dependent variable was the supply chain management standard goods distribution and marketing of the meat processing industry in Thailand to support the ASEAN Economic Community. The researchers used a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative study. Questionnaires were used to collect empirical data from 350 entrepreneurs of the meat processing industry in Thailand. The statistical methods used to analyze data were the frequency percentage mean standard deviation and the analysis on the structural equation model and qualitative research methodology. The results revealed that the model was well consistent with the empirical data. The Chi – Square (2) value was 288.294 at the degrees of freedom (df) of 256 with the probability p-value equal to 0.081. The chi - square relative (2/df) was 1.127 with index of harmony (GFI) equal to 0.975 AGFI = 0.951 RMSEA = 0.017 The results showed that (1) the availability of resources had a positive influence on the transportation of raw materials (2) the availability of resources had a positive influence on safety standards (3) the entrepreneur readiness had a positive influence on the transportation of raw materials (4) the entrepreneur readiness had a positive influence on safety standards (5) the transportation of raw materials had a positive influence on safety standards (6) the transportation of raw materials had a positive influence on the supply chain management distribution and marketing and (7) safety standards had a positive influence on the supply chain management distribution and marketing of halal meat processing industry in Thailand to support the ASEAN Economic Community. The findings suggested that the meat processing industry should focus on the supply chain management distribution and marketing by promoting personnel deeper understanding to develop halal food. The government should also support the halal food industry as well

The purposes of this research were to design contents build both document-based and electronic-based teaching materials and find out the students’ satisfaction towards the use of ASEAN Economic Community related lessons for English writing courses. The sample group consisted of two 30-student sections of totally 60 third-year undergraduate students majoring in English for International Communication faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. After they had tried using the lessons did the document-based exercises answered the first questionnaire tried the electronic-based exercises and answered the second questionnaire their data were analyzed and revealed as follows. 1. The analysis of the first questionnaire revealed that the students’ average satisfaction towards the English writing content lessons was in the highly middle level with 3.15 out of 5 points or 63 per cent. 2. The analysis of the first questionnaire also revealed that the students’ average satisfaction towards the English writing document-based exercises was again in the highly middle level with 3.38 out of 5 points or 67.67 per cent. 3. The analysis of the second questionnaire revealed that the students’ average satisfaction towards the English writing electronic-based exercises was in the high level with 3.65 out of 5 points or 72.98 per cent. In comparison there was a difference of 0.27 points or 5.31 per cent between the students’ satisfaction towards the electronic-based exercises and that towards the document-based exercises implying that the students preferred the electronic-based exercises to the document-based exercises.
