This paper aim to be improvement the installation methods for Sliding Aluminium Door and Glass in order to be the good quality product by applying the motion and time study design the new model of the receiver lock set for the sliding door. The step of study process started from studied the sliding door installation processes gathering the works process and reducing unnecessary and duplicate of work process on site elimination establishing standardized time for modifying the installation process. From the result before applied new method we founded that the installation process before installation process improvement we were spent the time of installation process at 45.38 minute per set and after we used the new method we founded that the installation process time was 35.36 minute per set it can be decreased the installation time was 10.02 minute and the efficiency of work process operation was increased 22.08 percent and the line balancing performance before improvement was 56.73 percent and after improvement was 88.40 percent and the line balancing performance was increased 31.67 percent. Unless there are the improvement installation methods it makes the company in case study will be do the work to be delay and cannot be hand over the works just in time by the schedule planning.

Springback behavior is a major problem of sheet metal forming process. Especially aluminum alloy which often encounter such problems often. At present aluminum alloy is increasingly of used in the automotive industry for replace of the steels due to its lightweight and good finished surface. This work aims study to springback behavior of cold rolled aluminum alloy (AA6016) during air-bending process by ISO7438/2010 test standard. To analyze the influence of bending process parameter are included: sheet thickness punch radius bending angle die open and the ratio of bending radius and material thickness (r/t) effecting to springback behavior. The results are clearly that the springback angle is likely to increase with increase of the punch radius size of die open and the ratio of punch radius and sheet thickness and the springback tenor to decrease when the sheets thickness and bending angle increased. The increased bending angle will resulted to bending surface region is roughness increase and crack occurred to follow. As a result the bending force and the springback angle decreased.

This paper describes an aluminum casting jewelry manufacturing because of the current manufacturing costs are higher. Material or metal that is commonly used to cast jewelry is silver which aluminum Alternatives to metal. Melting is There is a close color and surface finish can be beautiful. But aluminum is a material that is cheap has studied and tested. Replacement aluminum casting body jewelry. The temperature in the baking mold before casting to test all five temperatures are 550 500 450 400 350 degrees Celsius then casting body jewelry in the next stage of the research process casting jewelry with the. aluminum to Experimental temperatures used in baking mold casting plaster for the mold temperature of 400 is appropriate. Best of casting jewelry with aluminum. The results showed that there is minimal waste and a 102 pieces of 48 pieces and has a smooth surface. A similar performance to the other materials available. Material selection for mold making are not only material prices wages but also there are other factors such as thermal strength shine and resistance to temperature changing that caused distortion and cracks. Preform injection molding from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) consumes time for drying granulated plastic in 4 – 6 hours at 140 - 160°C and injects at 280 – 300 °C. This is a very high temperature to inject into mold at 10 – 15°C in cool area. The material for mold making must be able to resist to thermal shock. Today molding machines are made of grade P20 steel (Standard JIS) to produce preform that takes long cycle time due to poor cooling. The research aims to compare the pricing time in mold making to preform injection time that made of aluminum -A7075 grade and grade P20 steel. The experiment is to make a mold that made of aluminum A7075 grade and grade P20 steel injects 15 gram preform. The PET is used to blow into a blow mold with pressure at 30 – 35 bar (Two – Stage) that are 2 bottles of 350 ML. The results of material selection for preform mold making showed that aluminum A7075 grade is cheaper 27.04% the mold price is cheaper 23.6% and consumes less cycle time than grade P20 steel.
การศึกษาสมบัติทางกลของโพลิเอทิลีนน้ำหนักโมเลกุลสูงยิ่งยวดเชิงประกอบสำหรับล้อ Run-flat
This research project aimed to test the mechanical properties and the capability in wear resistance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene composite as well as determine the optimal formulation of UHMWPE-based composites which had a main component of aluminum oxide. The developed formula was used in the manufacture of run-flat wheels and thus applied to build run-flat wheels with an understanding of the proper molding conditions under the run-flat wheel forming process. Two materials used in the research consisted of super-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) as the base material and the additive of aluminum oxide (Al2O3). The parameters employed in the hot compression process to obtain the specimen for the experiment consisted of compressive force temperature time and the ratio between super-high molecular weight polyethylene and aluminum oxide. The test for mechanical properties consisted of an impact test a hardness test according to the ASTM D2240 standard a tensile test according to the ASTM D638 standard type I and a wear test according to the ASTM G77 standard. The results indicated that a hot compression condition under a pressure of 5 MPa a temperature of 210°C for 90 min and using 5% Al2O3 HTM 30 material caused mixed uneven powder particle sizes between 2 to 5 µm. The tensile test results inferred the yield strength of 20.52 MPa ultimate tensile strength at 29.96 MPa breaking strength at 22.83 MPa elongation at break at 265.8% and modulus of elasticity at 784.46 MPa. The highest hardness was 62 shore D the high impact strength was 586.8 J/m and it was displayed for the wear rate of hot compression specimens made of UHMWPE mixed with 5% HTM-30. Moreover it introduced a coefficient of friction the wear rate and the density of 0.12 8.66E-11 mm3/N.m and 1.2446958 g/cm3 respectively.
