This abstract discussed the implementation of speech recognition applications to control the on-off electrical device of speech. The work is divided into two modes. Offline mode and online mode. To use voice commands to turn on-off electrical device. Which the words sound as a statement. The speech sounds in offline mode is saved in SOPARE voice and speech mode are saved online in Google Assistant via the microphone. Then process the Raspberry pi 3 board to send data to the wireless transceiver module to control the power on-off. From testing the control system for opening and closing electrical devices with sound it was found that the sound test in the offline mode of the power-on-off control system with sound the accuracy of 96 percent of the voice command and the accuracy of the lamp according to the voice command spoken 100 percent accuracy. Sound tests in the online mode of the power-on-off control system with sound the accuracy of 8 7 percent voice commands and the accuracy of the lamp according to the voice command spoken 100 percent accuracy. The power-on-off control system with sound. Can be used to effectively control the opening and closing of electrical equipment. Only the user speaks the voice commands as needed and can immediately turn on-off the electrical equipment. Helps reduce steps and shorten the time of use making it more convenient

This project proposes a simulation model of intelligent parking system that has the ability to search for vacancies in the building or parking through mobile phones using voice command. The purpose of this project is to be convenient and quick in searching for parking spaces and to count the number of car entering park area each day. The developed system uses the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller to detect the vacancy status and count the number of users of the parking lot using infrared and ultrasonic sensors. The collected data will be sent to Firebase database. For voice command system it is developed by using Dialogflow to create ChatBot and connect with the Google Assistant. Users can interact using voice to search the vacancy in parking area directly. From the experiment it is found that the developed parking lot system can display the vacancies correctly. When increasing the number of cars into the parking lot the system can display the status that has changed correctly. Moreover when inquiring for parking the system can find the nearest vacancy for user. In the future there are plans to develop additional equipment and implement the proposed system in real locations.

Non-destructive test with Acoustic Emission technique was used for monitoring of the corrosion in the above ground oil storage tank. In the analytical characteristics of acoustic emission wave however Acoustic Emission test has to be prior used for the location detection of corrosion especially indication of the severity of corrosion. In this research the relationship between the corrosion rate and the sound wave energy was studied. The corrosion and damage detected on the surface of the aboveground storage tank was determined by the Acoustic Emission Test. Nine pieces of low carbon steel grade SS400 was soaked in sodium chloride solution in simulated tanks at concentrations of 1.5 3.5 and 5.5 wt%. Next the corrosion activity was checked by performing with the Acoustic Emission Testing for 1 hour and thus calculating the corrosion rate of the test specimens. From the experiment it was found that the rate of corrosion affects the Acoustic Emission Energy. The corrosion rate was increased with the concentrations of the solution increasing from the corrosion process. The corrosion rate was also increased with the sound wave power increases. Therefore in order to achieve the corrosion rate and the position of the defects on the inner surface of the tank non-destructive testing with acoustic emission technique can be factually chosen for this specific application.

The objective of this research is to analyze the content and the principles of Chinese novel “Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion” and to apply this in our working and daily lives. The study found that Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion is about Lu Su Marquis Sun Quan invited Zhuge Liang to meet Sun Quan and join Liu Pei’s army. Whereas Sun Quan received the secret letter from Cou Cou joining him to destroy Liu Pei. Lu Su disagreed on that idea but more than ๒๐ scholars supported Sun Quan to surrender to Cou Cou. However Sun Quan had not decided yet. When Zhuge Liang met Sun Quan’ scholars they insulted Liu Pei and Zhunge Liang but Zhuge Liang replied in smart way; praised Liu Pei as the morality and also abuse the excellency as the immorality disgraceful and surrender to evil thief Cou Cou. All of the scholars replied nothing. When Zhuge Liang met Sun Quan he teased about Sun Quan would defect himself by joining with Cou Cou which made Sun Quan furious. However after Sun Quan understood and learned how to win the Cou Cou he calmed down but was still worried about the plan. Then lady Wu came to Sun Quan and reminded him about his mother’s word; “In Zhou Yu’s counsels your safety find”. According to the story “Romance of the Three kingdoms episode 43 : Zhuge Liang disputes with the Southern Scholars; Lu Su denounced the Majority opinion” there are important principles about self-organization people management and job management. For example the self-organization and the great character that leaders showed as grateful honest kindness modesty generous competent intelligent patience and endeavor. People need to follow these principles to find success in their lives. Morality and integrity can win people. The job management the leaders from the Romance of the Three kingdoms had the important ethic to perform their management as thinking about the majority always have a plan and held frequent meetings put the right man to the right job where keen listened to the others analytical prepare manpower and governed righteousness for the benefits of the people. The best virtues for job management are working for majority benefits having a plan listening to others and getting the right person in the right job.
