จากการสร้างและการออกแบบกลไกในการจัดเก็บหลักฐานด้านการประกันคุณภาพมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ได้ข้อสรุป 1. ผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจส่วนการออกแบบรูปทรง ของระบบกลไกลในการจัดเก็บหลักฐานด้านการประกันคุณภาพมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร มีความเหมาะสมของขนาดตัวอักษรกับหน้าจอโปรแกรม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.67 ระดับคะแนนพึงพอในมาก สีของหน้าจอระบบมีความเหมาะสม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.67 ระดับคะแนนพึงพอใจมาก มีความถูกต้องของข้อความและการสะกดคำ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.30 คะแนนพึงพอใจมาก และรูปแบบของการใช้งานมีความเหมาะสม มี ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.00 ระดับคะแนน พึงพอใจมาก โดยผลสรุปรวมของการวิเคราะห์ด้านตัวอักษร มีระดับคะแนนพึงพอใจมาก โดยผลสรุปรวมของการวิเคราะห์ด้านตัวอักษร มีระดับคะแนนพึงพอใจมาก และมี ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.91ผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจส่วนการใช้งานระบบ ของระบบกลไกในการจัดเก็บหลักฐานด้านการประกันคุณภาพมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ด้านเมนูของระบบมีครบตามควาต้องการของการใช้งาน มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.67 ระดับคะแนนพึงพอใจมาก มีความง่ายต่อการใช้งานระบบ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.67 ระดับ คะแนนพึงพอใจมาก โดยผลสรุปรวมของการวิเคราะห์ด้านความพึงพอใจส่วนการใช้งานระบบมี ระดับคะแนนพึงพอใจมาก และมี ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.78 ผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจส่วนของเนื้อหาคำอธิบายหลักฐาน ของระบบกลไกในการจัดเก็บเหลักฐานด้านการประกันคุณภาพมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ด้านขนาดของตัวอักษรแสดงคำอธิบายมีความเหมาะสม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.00 ระดับคะแนนพึงพอใจมาก มีการสื่อความหมายที่ชัดเจน มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.67 ระดับคะแนนพึงพอใจมาก มีความง่ายในการเลือกตัวอย่างเอกสารที่ต้องการดู มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.67 ระดับ คะแนนพึงพอใจมาก โดยผลสรุปรวมของการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใยส่วนของเนื้อหาคำอธิบายหลักฐาน มีระดับคะแนนพึงพอใจมาก และมี ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.78

การวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการใช้ระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้งานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของบุคลากร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยี ราชมงคลพระนคร และเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ บุคลากร สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร จำนวน 1270 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.30 อายุ 31–40 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.20 มีการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาโท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.70 สถานภาพการทำงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 52.50 หน่วยงานในสังกัดเป็นคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ร้อยละ 15 ประสบการณ์ในหน่วยงานทำงานอยู่ที่ 2–5 ปี ร้อยละ 36 ส่วนใหญ่ทราบว่ามหาวิทยาลัยมีการใช้ระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในการรับ–ส่ง เอกสารภายในมหาวิทยาลัย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.40 ส่วนใหญ่เข้าใช้ระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ทุกวัน คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 37.90 และส่วนใหญ่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเปิดใช้งานระบบในช่วงเวลา 8.30–12.00 น. สำหรับประเด็นความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ส่วนใหญ่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก ยกเว้นปัจจัยด้านความผิดพลาดในการรับ-ส่งเอกสาร มีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง

These dissertation is discussed development of Automatic Provision Paper Machine. By apply suction roller in the paper provision paper of size A4 to as a set and suture package control by microcontroller AVR MEGA 1280. This research had the objectives to 1) study of the achievement in electronic document system for using in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2) study the factors what they affect to satisfaction for electronic document system in Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon 3) suggestion an improvement plan for these achievement system to develop and improve the relevant systems. The official workers in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were concerned in electric document system as 238 persons. The analytical data were Frequency Percentage Mean Standard Deviation t-test analysis Reliability of questionaires and One Way Analysis of Variance. The results shown as the satisfactions level in efficiency system Information system quality control system and management system were very good. The comparison of 2 samples groups by t-test at 95% confidence as the group who need the hard copy documents and useless documents with t-test at. The results were not different in the efficiency level information technology system and data management. The results more than 2 sample groups were analyzed by ANOVA at 95 % confidence. The result showed the satisfaction in the present position working of the samples as the instructors document official or relevant official and the other official was not different whereas the satisfaction in information technology was different. In addition the satisfaction of electronic document system was not different for the official in general education and management duty.

The purposes of the research were to create and find efficiency validation of computer assisted instruction focused on the records management for the standard 90 / 90 and analyze the student learning achievement after using computer assisted instruction. The samples were the 18 Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Management Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The researcher experimented by using pretest and then using the computer assisted instruction focus on the practiced to prepare office equipment in learning next the students did the posttest. After that the researcher calculated to find the computer assisted instruction efficiency and analyzed the students learning achievement after studying. The result revealed that the computer assisted instruction efficiency was efficient for standard 90 / 90. And after studying by using computer assisted instruction the students learning achievement increased significantly at 0.05.
