This research presents the processing of fresh guava into guava juice product. to be kept for consumption and distribution in the local area It is an alternative career path that helps rural farmers earn more. and create additional careers for the family But farmers still lack the correct technology tools and processing methods in each production process. Therefore there was a problem of insufficient cleanliness taking a lot of time resulting in unacceptable quality and the production is low the postharvest engineering research group has conducted research to find suitable guava juicer. This study is based on working principles of food processing equipment in general use. Come as a guideline to develop improve and create prototypes. The original guava juicer was a grater roller squeezer. There is a guava-sized subsystem consisting of a sub-chamber with grated rollers and the waste water barrier system consists of a juice sieve chamber a waste separation room a spiral conveyer and a sweeper set. various parts that come in contact with the guava juice is made of stainless steel The power source uses a 1-horsepower electric motor a single-phase electrical system a voltage of 220 volts. The machine has the ability to block water at a rate of 250 kg / hour. The juice obtained must be filtered out again with a centrifugal bag filter capable of filtering water at a rate of 50 liters/hour. The prototype guava juice machine costs 40000 baht and the centrifugal filter bag costs 5000 baht. With just one such machine each of these machines can produce 28000 liters of guava juice/year (112000 bottles a year) able to get a return in 0.08 years with an average processing cost of 4.48 baht/bottle which is appropriate in engineering economics. The research proposes to find an optimum ratio of solvent based white ink for flexible package development by studying and comparing the qualification of white ink on plastic film. The process consists of separating the white ink ratio into 5 sampling group ratios and then examining ink quality by its’ solid content and grinding. The viscosity is controlled in 16 second and then measured by Zahn’s cup no. 3. The sampling ink is printed and inspected printing quality by (1) E*ab and opacity on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic film and oriented polypropylene (OPP) and (2) bond strength by extrusion. This research aims to study the teaching style in various subjects. To study the teaching and learning management system based on a new way of life (New Normal) to develop teaching and learning styles and teaching management system based on a new way of life (New Normal) of the Faculty of Liberal Arts to be effective and in accordance with the strategic plan of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Data collection was conducted between October 2020 and September 2021. This was a survey research that used a questionnaire tool. It consists of 4 parts: 1) general information of students which is demographic characteristics 2) students opinions on online teaching and learning in the situation of COVID-19 3) students opinions on online examinations in the situation of covid-19 vid 19 and 4) students opinions on teaching and learning and online exams in the situation of COVID-19 with the research sample being students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon a total of 590 students. Data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic characteristics. The results showed that General information of students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon found that most of them were female. Studying in the first year. Most of them use mobile phones to study online. Use mobile phones for online exams. and like the teaching style in the classroom The level of students opinions towards online learning in the situation of COVID-19 was at a high level meaning that the students thought that the university should have more measures to help alleviate the burden of online learning expenses followed by more. Come students feel that online learning increases home expenses such as increased electricity bills. phone bill increase Students feel that studying online at home has a greater impact on themselves. Respectively and the level of the students opinions towards studying the online exam in the situation of COVID-19 was at a high level which was the problem with the internet signal during the exam at the most followed by the suitability of taking the exam for each subject in Google Form overall suitability of online teaching in each course The suitability of the applications used in the online exams for each subject respectively.

This research is aimed to propose an ontology-based framework for generating multiple-choice questions that can evaluate students’ knowledge in the analytical level. The questions generated from this framework could encourage students to apply relative concepts from the lesson they learn to produce different paradigms for solving the same problem. The experiment of this research demonstrates an implementation of the framework. A structure of a question set from the framework comprises a problem and an initial solution in the question phrase and multiple choices including one correct choice and three distractors. The experimental results show effectiveness of the questions constructed based on this framework in terms of distractors that can reveal students’ misconceptions. Also difficulty and discrimination indices – P-scores and D-scores used in the experiment show that in a range of difficulty the generated questions can reveal strength and weaknesses of students in the groups of high and low learning performance. Eventually this research suggests how the proposed framework could be used as a foundation for automatically generating questions in a knowledge-evaluation system.

This research is to investigate the effects of Accounting Systems online based Cloud computing and Competitive Advantage of Thai-listed firm by collecting data from 518 company of Thai-listed companies in Stock Exchange of Thailand by using a questionnaire as an instrument. The results of statistics used for analyzing the collected data were simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis indicated Accounting Systems online based Cloud computing had positive relationships with Competitive Advantage. The results obtained from this study could be used as guidelines for developing creating and improving the Accounting Systems online based Cloud computing to support decision making of manager of organization.
