การพัฒนาเครื่องประดับสมัยใหม่โดยใช้วัสดุแผ่นดินกระดาษเซรามิกส์
The research aimed to analyze jewelry in various forms such as necklaces bracelets rings and earrings as well as to apply knowledge to develop jewelry with stamping techniques by using metals silver and synthetic gemstones. The data of the research was obtained from the interview the analysis of jewelry forms for producing an jewelry prototype and the satisfactory evaluation. The results of the research were that the most of modern jewelry had natural shapes. However they had few manmade patterns. The patterns mostly came from the colors of the gemstones. Silver was used as a material of the whole jewelry ring. As work creativity it was found that most modern jewelry production was based on wax mold prototype molding rubber mold press wax injection molding finishing plating and stone decoration. The result of the research brought to the design for developing better jewelry forms. The process of the design consisted of studying design theories and creating various jewelry forms. As the evaluation by the experts the design with natural shapes obtained the highest rate of evaluation (the second form). The second highest one was the seventh form which was the contemporary jewelry with beautiful gemstones. This one was suitable for jewelry prototype production with stamping techniques by using paper clay ceramic for satisfactory evaluation the consumers were satisfied with the jewelry made of paper clay ceramic with the rates of much and the most. This was consistent with the research hypothesis i.e. to obtain modern forms of jewelry made of paper clay ceramic which were used as a guideline for creating and developing modern jewelry forms according to the customer’s needs and for developing materials for innovation which could reduce production cost and time of the manufacturers.
The objective of this research is to develop the high corrosion resistance and good thermal insulation precast adobe wall panels mixed with natural latex. The 6 ratios of Portland cement type1: clay: rice husk ash: straw: rice husk:waterproofed liquid: natural latex: tap water were designed including: 1: 3: 0.3:0.02: 0.02: 0.02: 0: 0.4 1: 3: 0.3: 0.02: 0.02: 0.02: 0.05: 0.4 1: 3: 0.3: 0.02: 0.02: 0.02:0.1: 0.4 1: 3: 0.3: 0.02: 0.02: 0.02: 0.15: 0.4 1: 3: 0.3: 0.02: 0.02: 0.02: 0.2: 0.4 and 1:3: 0.3: 0.02: 0.02: 0.02: 0.25: 0.4 by weight. The precast adobe wall panels castedas same as the common concrete and reinforced by the bamboo. From the resultsthe proper ratio of precast adobe wall panel mixed with natural latex was 1: 3: 0.3:0.02: 0.02: 0.02: 0.1: 0.4 ratio. The properties of the proper precast adobe wall panelincluded density 1810.83 kg/m3 water absorption 17.16 % compressive strength 15.13MPa bending strength 3.01 MPa thermal conductivity coefficient 0.234 watt/m.Kelvin. Moreover the proper precast adobe wall panel mixed with natural latex also was verified by TIS.2226-2548 with properties of impact resistance deflection and hardness in medium duty (MD) level. The proper amount of natural latex effected the precast adobe wall panels to improve the mechanical properties including: increase the compressive and tensile strength decrease the density thermal conductivity coefficient and water absorption.

The objective of this research is to develop the precast adobe wall panel with high corrosion resistance and good thermal insulation. The ratio of Portland cement type1 clay rice husk ash straw rice husk waterproofed liquid and tap water was mixed and casted as same as the common concrete and reinforced by bamboo. From the results the proper prototype ratio of precast adobe wall panel was Portland cement type1: clay: rice husk ash: straw: rice husk: waterproofed liquid: tap water which equal to 1: 3: 0.3: 0.02: 0.02: 0.02: 0.4 by weight. The properties of the precast adobe wall panel prototype included density 1797 kg/m3 water absorption 16.70% bending strength 2.61 MPa compressive strength 21.40 MPa thermal conductivity coefficient 0.314 watt/m.Kelvin. Moreover the precast adobe wall panel prototype also was verified by TIS.2226-2548 with properties of impact resistance deflection and hardness in medium duty (MD) level. These straw and rice husk effected the precast adobe wall panel to decrease the density bending strength thermal conductivity coefficient and increase the compressive strength and water absorption.
การดัดแปลงพื้นผิวตัวดูดซับสำหรับกำจัดไอออนตะกั่วจากสารละลาย
The objective of this work was to study the adsorption efficiency of natural clay and its surface modified with manganese oxide for removal of Pb( II) ion. The adsorption of Pb( II) from aqueous solution onto raw natural clay (NC) and manganese oxide-modified natural clay (MnO-NC) was evaluated based on batch experiment. The adsorption efficiency of MnO-NC onto Pb( II) was investigated as a function of the initial pH of 6 equilibrium time of 30 min adsorbent concentration of 5 g/L and initial concentration of Pb(II) solution in the range of 50- 500 mg/L. The adsorption isotherms of Langmuir Freundlich and Dubinin-Radushkevich were used to describe the equilibrium isotherm. It is observed that the data from MnO-NC adsorbents fitted well to the Langmuir isotherm. The maximum monolayer adsorption capacities of MnO-NC were estimated as 38. 76 mg/ g. By comparing with NC the amount of Pb( II) adsorbed onto MnO-NC was more than NC by about 38 times under the optimized adsorption condition. According to Dubinin-Radushkevich isotherm the adsorptive mechanism of Pb(II) onto MnO-NC was chemisorption whereas the NC showed the mechanism as physical in nature. The kinetic studies of Pb( II) demonstrated that the adsorption of Pb( II) onto MnO- NC and NC adsorbents followed a pseudo second- order model with a good correlation. The adsorption mechanism was processed via chemical ion exchange between H+ and bonded MnO groups and Pb(II) ions in solution.
