การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำสลัดลดพลังงานจากข้าวหักไรซ์เบอรี่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอัตราส่วนระหว่างน้ำมันรำข้าวและน้ำส้มสายชูที่เหมาะสมในสูตรน้ำสลัดจากข้าวหักไรซ์เบอรี่ เมื่อได้สูตรที่เหมาะสมจึงได้นำน้ำสลัดไปพัฒนาต่อเป็นน้ำสลัดลดพลังงานจากข้าวหักไรซ์เบอรี่ โดยใช้ซูคราโลสทดแทนน้ำตาลทราย โดยมีอัตราส่วนระดับความหวานของ น้ำตาลทราย : ซูคราโลสที่ระดับ 50:50 เป็นอัตราส่วนที่เหมาะสมที่สุด จากนั้นศึกษาคุณภาพทางกายภาพ พบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำสลัดลดพลังงานจากข้าวหักไรว์เบอรี่มีสีม่วงอ่อนอมน้ำตาลแดงเล็กน้อย มีค่าความสว่าง (L*)32.91+ 0.02 ค่าสีแดง (a*) 14.92+ 0.45 และค่าสีเหลือง (b*) 13.05 + 0.46 ค่าปริมาณของแข็งที่ละลายน้ำได้ 28.31+ 0.05 (Brix) ค่าความคงตัว (Consistency) 15.88+ 0.00 cm คุณภาพทางเคมี มีค่า pH 3.19+ 0.01 และปริมาณกรดทั้งหมด ร้อยละ 0.87+ 0.00 ปริมาณเส้นใย 0.86 % คาร์โบไฮเดรต 25.99 ไขมัน 11.19 % โปรตีน 0.47 % ความชื้น 60.70% เถ้า 0.79% และ ค่าพลังงาน 3.35 Kcal/g ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำสลัดจากข้าวหักไรซ์เบอรี่ที่ใช้ซูคราโลสทดแทนน้ำตาลทรายมีค่าการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบทางเคมีใกล้เคียงกับผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำสลัดจากข้าวหักไรซ์เบอรี่ที่ใช้น้ำตาล 100 % ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำสลัดลดพลังงานจากข้าวหักไรซ์เบอรี่บรรจุขวดแก้วใสมีสภาวะการเก็บที่อุณหภูมิตู้เย็น (4+1องศาเซลเซียส) เป็นระยะเวลา 4 สัปดาห์

This study aims to examine directions for addressing student quarrel problems in a private vocational college and to propose the possible directions in preventing and solving those problems. It is a qualitative research using the in-depth interview technique. There are a total number of 21 key informants: 1 education institute administrator 5 teachers having either direct experiences on quarrels or students under their supervision involving in quarrels 10 students (5 alumni and 5 current students) who have engaged in quarrels and 5 guardians of students involving in the quarrels. According to the research results there are 4 principal causes of quarrels: 1) friends and senior students; 2) internal environment of family; 3) students’ lifestyle culture; and 4) college location. Today thanks to the technological advancement the revilement or provocation of quarrels or insult is not limited to the face-to-face style alone; it can also be made through online social media (Facebook or LINE application). This eventually leads to the serious quarrels. The quarrel nowadays is not for personal satisfaction or revenge to frighten other party but for killing. In this regard the measures according to the Ministry of Education’s quarrel prevention and solution strategy are: recordkeeping firearm inspection and appointment of teachers to be stationed at certain risk locations. These actions succeed in reducing the number and severity of quarrels. Moreover it is also found that the measures proclaimed by virtue of Section 44 of Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand (Interim) B.E. 2557 (2014) are also highly effective in solving quarrel problems. Nonetheless the discussions between the education institute administrators are the unsuccessful solution for solving the quarrel problems among vocational students.

This special project is the application of creating evening dress from Kimono using Thai silk. There are 5 factors which can lead to the goal of this project and it can be done by verifying the satisfactory of people to the product of this project. The number of surveys was randomly taken from 120 people at the age of 20-40 with the combination of students and lecturers from the Faculty of Humanities Programme in Japanese at Srinakarinwirot University. After that the result was taken to calculate the probability which is shown below: There are three types of Thai silks that were used for the survey such as Pha Lai Nam Lai Pha Jhok and Sinh Muk. The results from the survey show that the satisfaction of people to the product which were females are about 73.33%. However the group of female at the age of 21-23 was approximately at 53.33%. Furthermore there were about 97.5% and 96.67% to be singles and students respectively. As the result of this the mean satisfaction of this product was 4.21. Finally the result from calculating the mean of each factors in this product it was found that the beauty the fact that it can be worn overall pattern and the materials used in this product was 4.24 4.23 4.19 and 4.12 respectively

The purposes of Design Project of Business Party Costume for Women inspired by Sino- Portuguese architecture are to study Sino-Portuguese architectural structures in Phuket to study costume design works in 2011-2012 and to create five Business Party costumes for women inspired by Sino-Portuguese architecture. Sino-Portuguese architecture has remarkable structures and styles combining western architecture with eastern styles. In Thailand this style is mostly found in buildings and houses in the southern region and the best preserved buildings are in Phuket. The mixture of classic renaissance and neo-classic styles was well combined with Sino-Thai Art making it significant and distinctive. Nowadays these constructions are regarded as conserved buildings. Therefore the author designed Business Party costumes for women which can be worn to work and also for special occasions resulting in saving time and money. The idea for working women costume design was influenced by Sino-Portuguese architectural features adding more various patterns and styles of costume. For analyzing the method of descriptive analysis of Sino-Portuguese architecture was used dividing criteria into four analytical aspects focusing on physical features and analyzing sample pictures of the architecture to create the costumes. In conclusion according to the study in Sino-Portuguese architecture it can be summarized that Sino-Portuguese architecture is not only the combination between western and eastern architectural styles. This combination was influenced by English Dutch (Dutch or Holland now is Netherland) Portuguese (Portugal) and French styles. However all of them were originated from Greek and Roman. Sino-Portuguese architecture in Phuket is similar to those in Penang. It can be said that Phuket and Penang at that time were sister cities and the decoration styles in Phuket were influenced and changed over time. As for the costume design the clothes were designed to be worn for many occasions for example it can be worn to work then go for special occasion without changing. The design aimed to be comfortable beautiful in patterns and ornaments and easy to wear as well as time-saving.

The objectives of this study were 1) to explore the using tucks technique and Ban Khao Tao Woven Fabric Hua Hin Prachuap Khiri Khan. 2) to design of Women’s Working Dress by Tucks Techique from Ban Khao Tao Woven Fabric Hua Hin Prachuap Khiri Khan. 3) to explore the Women’s Working Dress satisfactions to wards the design of Women’s Working Dress by Tucks Techique from Ban Khao Tao Woven Fabric Hua Hin Prachuap Khiri Khan. The sample of this was 385 working women from the government commemorating His Majesty the King’s 80th Birthday Anniversary 5th December B.E. 2550 (2007). The research instrument was the questionnaire and 12 prototype sets of Women’s Working Dress by Tucks Techique consisting of coatsskirts and dresses. In this study. From the study it is found that most of the respondents are of above 35-45 years old married master-degree-graduated office women with average income of more than 35001 baht. Most of them had ever bought/worn fabric clothing with woven fabrics in Khaotao. The reason for buying such cloths is “buy when they would like to”. The frequency of buying the cloth is “3 month”. Furthermore the prices of their working cloths are around 1500-2000 baht each. From the study of respondents’ satisfaction on the Women’s Working Dress it is found that the most satisfactory dress second kind more than the first of 4.08 and the third kind with the average score of 4.07 4.05and 4.02 respectively. The most satisfactory coat is the coat of the third kind second and the first 4.14 kind with the average score of 4.134.12 and4.02 respectively. For the skirts the most satisfactory one is of the first 4.13 kind third and the second kind with the average score of4.074.05and4.05 respectively.
