The objectives of this research are to study the direction and goal of producing under Graduate students and to study the congruity between the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and the national development plan and educational plan. Moreover to survey the managing problems at the present time the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (2005-2010) were studied by the Content Analysis method and the Survey Research method and 400 University staff members questionnaires on administrative information were analyzed. The results of the research revealed as follows: the university focuced on producing more students the in science and technology students. The planned strategy of the University was congruent with the national development plan and educational plan. The administrative problems faced by the University included human resource management workforce deficiency lack of planning lack of qualified personnel working in certain positions poor welfare management and little incentive.

The purposes of this research were to analyze arts and sciences educational management circumstance in general education course of higher education. Including study arts and sciences educational management in general education course in the 21st century. They were mixed method research. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and content analysis. It was found that the current circumstance of arts and sciences educational management in general education course of higher education found 3 parts; (1) the teaching process in general education courses focused on relationship skills knowledge cognitive skills and the numerical analysis teaching (2) responsive subjects in teaching methods the instructor focused on instruction emphasizing on the combination approach teaching used practice and research teaching (3) teaching activities the instructor emphasized in classroom activities rather than outside classroom activities. The approach of arts and science educational management in general education courses corresponds to learning in the 21st century found that focus on living and working with teaching process in the moral and ethics the knowledge cognitive skills relationship skills and the numerical analysis. The cognitive skills and innovation should focus on the teaching of moral and ethics and the knowledge and IT skills media and technology should focus on moral and ethics teaching the knowledge and cognitive skills.

This research study is a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research. The objectives are: 1) study the present conditions and barriers 2) preparation 3) factors that effect to the preparation 4) find the ways to prepare 5) form to prepare and 6) the format to prepare in ASEAN. There are two types of administrators namely administrators teachers and staff who related to the quantitative data of 285 sets of questionnaires. To collect and analyze data already processed with statistical program R to determine the frequency percentage mean and standard deviation and qualitative information to select 20 people of administrators teachers and staff then verify the accuracy of the content with content analysis. The results showed that the current problems in education: 1) A curriculum does not support the needs of ASEAN community 2) Premises is inadequate and not ready in education management 3.) budget is not enough In the preparation of education management to enter the ASEAN 4) lack of person who in charge of education management 5) Material is inadequate in preparing the study for the ASEAN community. The preparation for ASEAN community 1)to practice English 2) to prepare teachers to enter the ASEAN 3) researchers who are ready to do the research to develop education management 4) sufficient staff are available in English teaching 5) to prepare the budget usage for the ASEAN 6) executives with expertise in education management determinant factor for the promotion of education in preparation for the ASEAN community. The overall image is moderate. The SWOT analysis of strengths and weaknesses is high level. The guidelines of educational policies for ASEAN community is at high level the budget has been prepared adequately for the preparation of education in the ASEAN community is at high level. For qualitative information is about the Rmutp. policy in 4 M. [ man money management and marketing ] for education. There is not ready yet to prepare the English course of nine faculties must train both of teachers and students in English to welcome ASEAN community for being attract the Thai students and foreign students in ASEAN countries.

The purposes of this research were 1) study basic information on the development of learning package with community participation using archaeological site of dusit district to encourage creative learning 2) development of learning package using archaeological site of dusit district and 3) study the experimental results using development of learning package using archaeological site of dusit district. The sample used in this study consisted of 40 tourists in dusit area by purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by using the dependent t-test. The results showed that 1. The developed learning package has 9 historic sites consisting of Thewarat Kunchorn Temple Sukhanaram Temple Benjamabopit Dusit Senaram Temple New Thong Sen Temple Rajaphatikaram Temple Doctor Porns House Suan Sunandha Palace Palace of the day and the temple of Wat Bot Samsen. Each model can be presented in the form of 3D models along with videos with descriptions of the history of each site. 2.The experiment of learning package using archaeological site of dusit district was significantly higher than before at .01 level. 3. The assessment of the satisfaction from the sample group of users learning package using archaeological site of dusit district were at a high level ( x = 4.13 S.D. = 0.49).

The purposes of the study were 1) to synthesize the qualities of being mass communication officer in the digital age according to the views of advisors 2) to synthesize the element and develop the forms of educational management to develop undergraduates to be mass communication officer in digital age according to the views of advisors and 3) to examine the opinions of the undergraduates towards the forms of educational management that enhance the students in this field. The data was collected from 16 experts and 200 mass communication technology students. It was found that; 1. There were 19 qualities to become mass communication officer in the digital age which were multitasking perception of all media contexts cross-platform media analysis thinking critical thinking creative thinking writing sensitivity towards learning screening communication skill ability to adjust oneself well self-learning 13) learning passion 14) morality and work ethics 15) basic knowledge of mass communication 16) interdisciplinary knowledge 17) social responsibility 18) integration and content management and 19) technology utilization. 2. There were three main elements and 28 minor ones of educational management forms as follows: 2.1 curriculum: knowledge of mass communication perception of media contexts interdisciplinary knowledge writing and communication skill and the integration of contents. 2.2 learning management: analysis thinking development critical thinking development creative thinking development communication skill flexible learning cooperative learning action learning experiential learning to build new paradigm development of morals and work ethics professional skills integration and content management media convergence and cross-platform media nurturing of volunteering spirit and social responsibility technology literacy skills technical visits to mass communication organization. 2.3 Learning environment: sufficient equipment updated technology work space sightseeing activity corner covered network and accessibility news and information corner and student work exhibition corner. 3. Study the opinions of the students towards the forms of educational management for developing undergraduates in mass communication technology. The three aspects consisting of curriculum learning management and learning environment were at high level in general.
