The purpose of this study was to study and compare knowledge and perspective of students in faculty of business administration at Rajamangala University of Technology in Bangkok towards business ethics in 4 aspects: customer competitor government and social. The students were classified by gender academic years major subjects. student achievement and parents occupation. The samples in this research were 1734 students. The study participates were selected by stratified random sampling. The 28 item tests and 60 item questionnaires of likerts rating scales were used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation t - test for independent sample F - test and LSD analysis were statistical methods to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1. Perspective towards business ethics all aspects were in agreeable levels that the social was the highest while the customer including the competitor and the government was in the second rank. 2. There was significant difference for students knowledge towards business ethics at the 0.05 level among students in different gender different academic years different major subjects different student achievement and different parents occupation. 3. There was significant difference for students perspective towards business ethics in each aspect and all aspects at the 0.05 level among students in different gender. different academic years and different major sUbjects. 4. There was significant difference for students perspective towards business ethics in customer competitor social and all aspects at the 0.05 level among students in different student achievement. 5. This survey research aimed to study the realization of environmental ethics of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon students towards the refuse disposal problem and to analyze the factors that influence their realization of environmental ethics. The subject for this research was randomly selected from the undergraduate students. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires. The data were analyzed by percentage mean standard deviation and t-test. The research was found that 49.47 percent of the students had a high level of the realization of environmental ethics 30.37 percent had a medium level and 19.30 percent had a low level. Gender is not different.

This research is to study the condition problem and needs of the organization in the management of supplies of parcel operators. Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon all 4 aspects are procurement Control and distribution of parcels Maintenance And the distribution of supplies to study guidelines for the development of parcel management for parcel workers Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Classified by problem condition and procurement development approach by collecting data between October 2019 and September 2020 it was a survey research using questionnaire tools which consisted of 3 parts: The respondents which were demographic characteristics 2) problem conditions and procurement development approach and 3) other recommendations. Personnel under the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon number 100 people. The data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic characteristics. And use statistical statistics for the analysis of related factors. The study found that Problem condition and procurement development approach Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Procurement side Chief supplies officer and the supplies staff have knowledge and understanding in the performance of their responsibilities which are clear transparent fast and prompt to use. Procurement follows regulations at every step. Meet the desired purpose Control and distribution of parcels Chief Master at Supplies And parcel staff to advise on the control and distribution of parcels There is an annual inspection of parcels to be in accordance with the prescribed rules. Complete and correct in accordance with regulations Procurement Act B. E. 2560 Supplies Maintenance There is a record of the equipment history for the benefit of use and maintenance. And the parcel officer has to record and maintain the parcel efficiently and can be used all the time. Parcel distribution The damaged parcel is sold in accordance with the regulations. The parcel officer has knowledge and understanding in the process of disposing of parcels correctly.

This research aims to study 1) factors affecting on operational efficiency; and 2) factors affecting on accounting professional success. The samples of this study consists of 260 accountants which has experience in accounting performance at least one year. The research instrument was a questionnaire which development by using IOC technique and already test content and construct validity including reliability. Data analysis employed descriptive statistic such as frequency percentage mean and standard deviation including Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of this article found that most accountants believe that mean of the level of operational efficiency = 4.07 (S.D. = 0.460) and mean of the level of accounting profession success = 3.95 (S.D. = 0.530) both of them were quite well in Thailand 4.0. The result also show that level of professional accountant competencies compliance with the code of ethics profession and professional judgment have positive significant on operational efficiency at the significant level α < 0.01 while operational efficiency the level of professional accountant competencies efficiency of internal control system and professional judgment have positive significant on the level of accounting profession success at the significant level α < 0.01. These results also explained that both of the level of professional accountant competencies and professional judgment have both direct andindirect effect on the level of accounting profession success through operational efficiency with the significant level α < 0.01. Additionally control variable -- work position also has positive significant on both the level of professional accountant competencies and the level of accounting professional success at the significant level α < 0.05.

The purposes of this study were to study 1) personal factors affecting Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) personnel’s happiness at work 2) personal factors affecting the personne’s l work ethics and 3) relationship between the ‘s personnel happiness and ethical behavior at work. 303 samples were selected using the Taro Yamane method. A questionnaire was applied as the instrument used for data collection. Statistics used for social sciences included frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test and one-way ANOVA. The study indicated that 1. Personal factors were highly related to RMUTP personnel’s happiness at work either in the individual aspect or in the overall. 2. Personal factors were highly related to RMUTP personnel’s work ethics behavior either in the overall or in the individual aspect. 3. Happiness at work was related to RMUTP personnel’s work ethics behavior and resulted in ethical behavior of the university personnel with an average of 65.6%.
