This research aims to study the website link analysis of Faculty of Engineering RMUTP both of the internal link or the external link via the HTTP standard response code of all 9 under graduate departments web pages. From reasons of the web developers create and modify some part of content such as to include more the pieces of information or to exclude its. The website data collection period started from February 2018 to May 2018 via several directory paths or link-paths and the author found 404 (Not Found) most often than 405 (Method Not Allowed) and 504 (Gateway Timeout) in order on average 78 percent. Totally the links into and out of the engineering faculty website approximately 7500 connections.

This research is aimed to develop the Electronic Journal Database Management System: Case Study – Academic Journal and Research of Humanities and Social Sciences Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. By developing the online database website we will be able to use this to transfer the information review the articles gather information publish the knowledge and innovation from the study research and encourage University’s officers to have the channel to publish their academic journals and Humanities and Social Sciences research. Also this can be used to publish and announce the news via Internet network and use it as a search engine for anyone who is interested in the journals and researches which can be lecturers students or general public. The method for system development started with the system design and get tested by the specialist. After that the system has been experimented with the sample group of Research and Development section officers and researchers and received the report. The system result information has been displayed via website which is developed using PHP MySQL Dreamweaver and Photoshop The results of Electronic Journal Database Management System development : Case Study – Academic Journal and Research of Humanities and Social Sciences Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon are based on the sample group who are University’s lecturers and officers. The sample group tested the system by searching for the information in the system. The results indicated that the information was filled in from the sample group and displayed correctly.

Android is the popular operation that used in smartphone and mobile phone because it can be used to increase abilities with many applications that suitable with phones.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษาของเจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร เพื่อพัฒนาการให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษา และเพื่อประเมินผลการพัฒนาการให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการการพัฒนารูปแบบการให้บริการคุณภาพแก่นักศึกษาของเจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียนในยุคดิจิทัล มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม เป็นเพศชาย 124 คน เพศหญิง 146 โดยได้แจกแบบสอบถามที่งานทะเบียน ทั้ง 9 คณะๆ ละ 30 ชุด และนักศึกษามารับบริการในปีการศึกษาที่ 1/2560 ผลการศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการให้บริการนักศึกษา แยกเป็นรายด้าน คือ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ และด้านการจัดสถานที่สภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน โดยสรุปผลความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อคณะดังนี้ คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ ( = 4.03) และ ด้านการจัดสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน ( = 4.00) คณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ( = 4.47) คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ ( = 4.46) ด้านเทคนิคการติดต่อสื่อสาร (= 4.15) และด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ ( = 4.09) คณะศิลปศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือ ด้านเทคนิคการติดต่อสื่อสาร ( = 3.49) และด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 3.48) คณะสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 3.77) และด้านเทคนิคการติดต่อสื่อสาร ( = 3.76) คณะเทคโนโลยีคหกรรมศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ ( = 4.18) และด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 4.13) คณะบริหารธุรกิจ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 3.94) และ ด้านการจัดสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน ( =3.82) คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ ( = 4.16) และด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 4.09) คณะอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอและการออกแบบแฟชั่น อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือด้านบุคลิกภาพ ( = 4.15) ด้านการจัดสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อมของสานักงาน ( = 3.98)
