This research aims to study roles and relationship model of local rulers in electing President and council members of Mueangbangkhung Sub-district Administration Organization Sawankhalok District Sukhothai Province (6 September 2009). Results showed that local rulers could perform their formal role well and could conduct effective election process. In informal role most involved in determining candidates and helping candidates to win the election with their request talk clarify and direct involvement in projects and activities through membership of Sub-district Administration Organization in their village after the election. This research was to analyze the roles of using folk media in promoting tourism and to find the guideline in using media to promote tourism. The research used Talad Kow Hong community Amphoe Bang Plama Suphanburi Province as the study site as it was an important tourist resource because of its historical significance and there were some interesting phenomena of using folk media in line of semiotics. The research results reveal that folk media had the content reflecting 3 semiotic forms: first - those of historical traces such as archaic sites and artifacts and the legends transmitted through generations; second-the long-standing cultural values such as the traditional mode of production and old styled architecture still perpetuate and the last-the social values such as the Thai-Chinese relationship and the strong hold of societal traditions. All of these were embedded in the folk media. In regard to the forms of signification it was found that the folkmedia signified mainly through hidden messages. One had to rely on in-depth interpretation of the information along with the social contexts to gain understanding of their valid meaning. Besides it was also found that there were some uses of semiotic components to compose the message to be communicated as well. One of additional issues found was that the values and the meanings conveyed through the community’s folk media semiotic signs were significantly related and relevant to tourism.

It apply to use in communication & information indoor type by sending messages from computer on internet network systems. This research has implemented LED dot matrix display for display message characters. The research is composed of 4 major parts: the first part is LED dot matrix display with dimension of 16x192 dots. The second part is the control circuit by using a micro-controller ARM 7 which receives the data from computer the third part by using Microsoft Visual Basic. the forth pat program remote desktop. From tests and results we have found that it can display the message characters which move from Internet System successful.

Studies on Thai Language Teachers’roles towards the Conservation and Promotion of the Thai Culture in the Rajamangala Institute of Technology Central Campuses The purposes of this research were : 1) To study the general environment and roles of Thai language teachers towards conservation and promotion of Thai culture among the students and the community 2) To compare the roles of Thai language teachers being classified by their teaching experiences and education levels towards the conservation and promotion of Thai culture. 3) To study Thai teachers’ problems and obstacles in carrying out the said task. Samples of the research were 160 Thai language teachers. The instruments of the research were questionnaires. The data analysis was done on SPSS program. The result of the research showed that : 1) Most Thai language teachers had not been trained in the conservation and promotion of Thai culture. 2) There was no signifecant difference at level of 0.5 between the roles of the two groups of Thai language teachers in the conservation and promotion of Thai culture. 3) The Thai language teachers’ problems and obstacles in carrying out the conservation and promotion were lack of opportunities to acquire trainings or to participate in seminars on Thai culture lack of budgets document texts and audiovisual aids on Thai culture.
