This research was aimed to study the participation behaviors in the electrical energy saving the factors affected to the participation behaviors and the promotion of the participation behaviors in electrical energy saving of the undergraduate students of the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra NaKhon. The participants of 150 students from the Faculty of Science and Technology was also performed based on systematic sampling. The questionnaire was used. The statistical evaluation was also analyzed based on the percentage mean and standard deviation. A 85% of participants is male a range of age to be 19-20 years old (62.7%) second academic years by about 37.3% and a 65.3% of participants has been studying in the major of computer science. Knowledge levels in the electrical energy saving of the most participants are high (13.33%) moderate (62%) and low level (24.67%). The four participation behaviors in the electrical energy saving were analyzed including electrical lighting system air conditioner and ventilator system office electrical system and electrical equipment maintenances resulting in very high level with the average mean of 4.25 and standard deviation of .547. First the participation behavior in the electrical equipment maintenance was very high level with 4.31 and S.D.=.870. Second the participation behavior in the office electrical system was to be 4.27 with S.D.=.828. Third the participation behavior in the air conditioner and ventilator system was to be 4.21 with S.D.=.549. Finally the participation behavior in the electrical lighting system was very slow level with 4.21 and S.D.=.672. By comparing the participation behaviors in the electrical energy saving with the different of academic major of students the participation behaviors in the electrical energy saving did not significant different.

The objective of this project Photocopying Document Management System managed photocopying requirements of employees in Faculty of science. This system can used to track and manage photocopying tasks and store photocopying requirements. Moreover the system can summarize total number of paper usage and calculate statistic of user’s satisfaction. The Photocopy Document Management System is a web application which is developed by using PHP and MySQL. The overall of Photocopying Document Management System user’s satisfaction is at the greatest level which is the total average at 4.79 and the standard deviation at 0.12. the system can perform all of expectations.

The Online Equipment Inventory System for Subdivision of Supplies Case study at Faculty of Science and Technology is developed based on web application by using PHP and Laravel framework. The purposes of this system are firstly to systematically manage the database system of the asset equipment in the Faculty of science and technology. Secondly to increase the searching process rapidity and to create the summarize reports in PDF format. Lastly to produce the QR code for verified the asset equipment. This system is consists of the administrators and system users. In the part of satisfied evaluation the system is evaluated by the example target officers group. The overall result of satisfaction score is 4.10 which means the system can fulfill the requirement in a good level. Moreover when considering in each part of satisfaction; 1. design part 2. efficiency and functional part and 3. system satisfaction part the result scores are 3.96 4.18 and 4.06 consequently. In conclusion the Online Equipment Inventory System for Subdivision of Supplies Case study at Faculty of Science and Technology is work properly.

The objective of this research is to study the factors affecting the academic position of faculty members of the faculty of science and technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon which consists of 5 divisions; Division of Environmental Science and Technology Division of Industrial Materials Science Division of Computer Science Division of Science and Division of Mathematics and Statistics. By using SWOT Analysis tools it is found that the main strengths are the progress in the professions increasing of the development of their knowledge potential and fame. The main weakness is the lack of understanding of how to write teaching documents lack of time and lack of interesting research topics. An opportunity is the mandatory criteria of the university. The faculty has financial support for academic positions and other rights from academic positions. The threat is the lack of research budget. The faculty does not have specialized counseling officers and frequently change the assessment criteria. We use the results of the SWOT analysis to group relationships with the TOWS Metrix tool analyzed in the form of a matrix relationship to define different types of strategies to suggest the results of the study in formulating policies to help support and encourage faculty members of the faculty that can further be determined for academic.

The main objective of this research is to study the factors that affect the work efficiency of personnel. Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon This will lead to suggestions for the development of personnel to be more efficient in their operations. Data was collected between October 2018 and September 2019 which was a survey research using a questionnaire consisting of 4 parts: 1) general information of the respondents which was demographic characteristics 2) Satisfied with the operational efficiency 3) quality of working life and 4) Other suggestions with a sample of the research as Personnel under the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon amount 50 people. Data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic data. And use statistical methods for analysis of relevant factors and testing hypotheses. The results of the study showed that the factors of work success of the Faculty of Science and Technology personnel Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Able to work according to the set goals Without having a backlog And proud of the work Able to solve immediate problems Which is considered to be very good therefore Faculty of Science and Technology Should focus on personnel development in the workplace In order to further improve the operational efficiency of the personnel.
