The objective of this research is to develop the concrete flooring tile product from old asphalt road waste. The 6 ratios of Portland cement type1: coarse sand: old asphalt road waste: water reducer type A: tap water were designed including: 1: 5: 0: 0.02: 0.4 1: 4.5: 0.5: 0.02: 0.4 1: 4: 1: 0.02: 0.4 1: 3.5: 1.5: 0.02: 0.4 1: 3: 2: 0.02: 0.4 and 1: 2.5: 2.5: 0.02: 0.4 by weight. The concrete flooring tile casted with the compressive machine. The property tests followed the TIS.378 - 1988 (concrete flooring tiles). According to the result it was found that the 1: 2.5: 2.5: 0.02: 0.4 was the proper ratio of the concrete flooring tile. The increasing of old asphalt road waste in concrete flooring tile effected to decrease the water absorption and thermal conductivity properties. In term of the density and bending strength properties there were not many differences. The developed concrete flooring tile product from old asphalt road waste can use as same as the common concrete flooring tile product in market.
การพัฒนาเถ้าแกลบและเถ้าถ่านหินเพื่อใช้แทนที่ปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ในงานคอนกรีตกำลังสูง
This research presents a study of the use of classified fly ash and ground rice husk ash as a pozzolanic material in producing high-strength concrete. Portland cement (CT) is partially replaced with classified fly ash and ground rice husk ash by weight of the cementitious materials. Compressive strength porosity and chloride penetration were investigated. The results show that the compressive strength resistance to chloride and low porosity of high-strength concrete improves substantially with partial replacement of Portland cement with fly ash and rice husk ash.

The research aims to investigate the possibilities of crushed oyster shell (OS) not have to go through the process of burning as a substitution cement for concrete blocks. The cement was replaced with crushed oyster shell not process burning (OS) at 0% 10203040 and 50% by the weight of the binder. After that the concrete blocks were tested to determine the compressive strength and moisture absorbed of the concrete blocks cured for 7 142856 and 90 days The result showed that the compressive strength of the concrete blocks which replaced cement with OS (at the proportion of 10% by the weight of the binder) at 28 days had the compressive strength and water absorbed accordance with the TIS 58-2533 on non-load bearing concrete blocks. Moreover the concrete blocks which replaced cement with OS at the proportion of 20 % and 30 % had the compressive strength equivalent to 28 days compressive strength of TIS 58-2533 standard at 56 and 90 days respectively and decreased when the percentage in addition to OS in concrete blocks of 40 and 50 %. Tested results also showed that the water absorbed of concrete blocks increased when the percentage of replacement of OS in binder increased at 10 20 30 40 and 50%. The economical of concrete blocks it has manufactured unit cost is 2.60 baht. Whereas the concrete block containing crushed oyster shell at 10-30% it has manufactured unit cost at 2.12-2.44 baht respectively.

This research to study the possibility of material pozzolan as binder by replacment cement by fly ash (FA) and meta kaolin (MK) some for testing compressive strength flexural strength and impact strength of concrete vary the ratio of water to binder (w / b) of 0.40 and 0.45 and the amount of fly ash to replace cement some 15 % 30 % MK and 35% for 10% 15% and 20% by weight of cement. The sample consisted of a cylinder diameter of 10 x 20 cm beam sizes 10 x 10 x 40 cm and 4 x 4 x 16 cm from the test results showed that the concrete samples at 28 days and w/ b of 0.40 to greater than 0.45 all mixed. the compressive strength by replacing cement with FA increase up to 30 % compression of 382 ksc higher than the 20 percent replace by MK were equal to 354 ksc and 32.48 ksc compared to replace cement with FA 15 % is equal to 31 ksc 30% were equal to 30 ksc and 45% were equal to 23.85 ksc while the MK was replaced by 10% were equal to 40.10 ksc higher than to 15% and 20% respectively. The control sample was replaced with MK by 10% is equal to 111 joules maximum replaced by fly ash more than 30% were equal to 110 joules and MK were 15% fly ash 15 and 45 percent respectively.

This objective research to study the possibility of used pozzolan material in the ternary blend by fly ash metakaolin and silica powder by replacement cement partially on the strength and resistance to chloride migration. Consideration of concrete with compressive strength in the range of 240-350 kg per sq. cm by varying the ratio of water/binder (w/b) there are three values are 0.4 0.45 and 0.50 and variable amounts of replacement cement some. The ternary blend of the fly ash metakaolin and silica powder of percentage of 0 2.5 5 10 15 20 and 25 by weight of cement. and the control specimens (w/b) without contain fly ash kaolin and silica powder the slump test in the range of 3-5 cm and the use superplasticizer to control the slump test of concrete. By casting specimens of cylindrical diameter 10x20 cm cube 10x10x10 cm and the beam size 10x10x35 cm after curing 28 days and test compressive tensile and flexural strength of concrete all specimens each ingredient by Chloride Migration Test method and the results showed that concrete is a mixture with pozzolan such as silica powder metakaolin and fly ash with amount increase replacement. The increase will help improve the quality of the concrete physical properties. The increased of compressive and Tension strength as the percentage increase especially to replacement cement increased by fly ash metakaolin and silica powder reduces the penetration of chloride in concrete respectively As a result of the porosity of the concrete with lower amounts of tightness concrete has increased
