Weather predictions by an atmospheric model are determined by the uncertainties in the initial condition and the imperfection of the model. It is difficult to provide accurate weather prediction. The efficiency of weather predictions model is obtained from the analyses of Lyapunov exponent. In addition the predictability measurements is applied from Lyapunov exponent are finite size Lyapunov exponent finite time Lyapunov exponent local Lyapunov exponent together with a new method called supremum Lyapunov exponent are used to measure predictability of the northeast monsoon (winter monsoon) by the Educational Global Climate Model (EdGCM) and to test sensitivity of the model to small initial perturbations. The EdGCM sensitive to initial perturbations it is suitable for predictability of the northeast monsoon. The EdGCM is run for 142-year predictions from the year 1958 to 2100. However only the outputs of geopotential height at 500hPa of December from 2012 to 2100 are used for predictability measurement. The results show that the EdGCM predictability for the northeast monsoon forecast is about 120 years. So the EdGCM can be predictability of the long range forecast. The purpose of this study was to study and compare satisfaction of the students in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon on the administration of student affairs. Each task as follow guidance art and culture sport education loan fund student activities welfare and health development discipline morality and ethics and alumni and community. In this research the students which study in ninth faculties of the academic years 2012 were classified by gender faculties and academic years. The questionnaires of rating scales was used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation T - test for independent sample F - test for analysis of variance one-way : (ANOVA) were statistical method to analyze data and using Fishers Least - Significant Different (LSD) for comparison the average paired difference. The results were as follows : 1. The satisfaction of the students RMUTP in overview to the administration students affairs were in great levels. When the considered separately each task in student affairs. welfare and health was the highest student activities and development discipline morality and ethics education loan fund Art and culture alumni and community guidance academic soldier and sport was the lowest 2. Classified by gender there was significant difference for satisfaction of the students at the 0.05 level. When considering satisfaction each task there was significant difference for satisfaction of the students in guidance and sport at the 0.05 level among students in different gender. 3. Classified by faculties In overview there was significant difference for satisfaction of the students at the 0.05 level. And when considering satisfaction each task there was significant difference for satisfaction of the students in guidance art and culture sport education loan fund and the student activities at the 0.05 level among students in different faculties. 4. Finally there was non significant difference for satisfaction of the students in each task and whole task at the 0.05 level among students in different academic years.

Nowadays the Thailand automotive industry widely grows. Brakepad is one of the automotive productions that role to automotive industry because it is the most critical security parts. Consequently testing products for quality are extremely requested. However the equipment and function tests are not enough and are also high cost so it cannot supports to the automotive industry development. In this work the initiation and design of frictional test were carried out. The testing procedure is referred to The special test jigs for friction measurements JIS K7125[5] and Clutch facings for automobiles JIS D4311[6].A study of the frictional test emphasize on the static friction(l-ls) and kinetic friction(l-lk) in different condition. There are 3 specimens of brake pad supported by the industry company. These specimens were test and compared between the pin on disks result and the friction testings result. The two-sided results from the analysis correspond but the pin on disks friction coefficient is more than the friction testings friction coefficient by 19.56%. Moreover the coefficient of friction tends to follow the temperature. Besides the static friction(l-ls) is likely more than kinetic friction(l-lk) and will be high difference in high pressure condition.
