This research aims to develop the cement board from vesicular basalt fragment which reinforced with steel wire mesh. The ratio of Portland cement type1: fine sand: vesicular basalt fragment: sodium silicate: tap water was equal to 1: 2: 4: 0.03: 0.55 by weight. The 5 sizes of steel wire mesh (steel wire no.25) were installed including: 3/8” 1/2” 5/8” 3/4” and 1”. The cement boards were produced by compression machine. The property tests of cement-bonded fiberboard followed the TIS. 878-1994 standard (cement bonded particle board: high density). From the results the 3/4 of steel wire mesh size was the most suitable size for reinforcing the cement board from vesicular basalt fragment. This developed cement boards was the construction materials which had the high bending strength good thermal insulation and moisture protection properties.
การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์แผ่นผนังคอนกรีตน้ำหนักเบาผสมทางมะพร้าวเหลือทิ้งสำหรับวิสาหกิจชุมชนขนาดเล็ก
The objectives of this research are to study the product development of light weight concrete wall board mixed with coconut leaf waste for small community enterprise to find the suitable coconut leaf waste mixed ratio with cement river sand coconut leaf waste water and catalyst accelerator at 1:0.4:0.13:0.33:0.03 ratio. CC13 (1:0.13) at 28 days has density 2266 kg/m3 bending resistance 3.05 MPa heat conduction efficiency 0.236 W/m-K. The coconut leaf waste can absorb water inside and the cement board can attach to the concrete wall easily. Suitability to make the big concrete wall.
ผลกระทบของระบบความปลอดภัยในงานก่อสร้างที่มีผลต่ออัตราผลผลิต กรณีศึกษา : งานบุผิวผนังกระเบื้อง
The purpose of this research is to study the effect of a safety system provided for wall tile external building activity on productivity. The safety system composed of (1) stable scaffolding system (2) providing clean and not slip walkways on the scaffold (3) installation of handrails not less than 0.90 meters in height along sides of the scaffold (4) installing safety nets around outside perimeters of the scaffolding (5) indicating working area (6) installing stairs (7) providing protection for people who works below (8) providing tools and equipments for transporting material which are safe and ready for using and (9) providing personal protective equipment for workers. Cost of the safety system is 79318 baht for a wall tile area of 385 m2 or approximately 206 baht/m2. Productivity rates for prior and after the used of safety system are 1.91 and 1.85 m2/person/day respectively. The productivity declines for approximately 3 %. In addition our study found an impact of work is a height of Building the wall tile external productivity could decrease for 6 %.
การศึกษาและออกแบบผนังสองชั้นจากวัสดุธรรมชาติ (ไม้ไผ่)
The purpose of this study is design to develop double-walled design of natural materials (bamboo) to reduce radiant heat into the building. Reduce construction costs by using natural materials that are readily available locally. And can reduce the cost of energy use in the residential conditions occurring prior to cozy up to. The results of the double-walled design forms the third and then put to the test transmission of the sun. And select the appropriate model to test the temperature of the material other five by the results of the experiment showed that during the day as the first the second the fourth the fifth the temperature inside the box. The outside temperature is lower than the highest temperature. Especially in the case of five minimum temperature inside the box than any event since the space between two walls of floor to localized heat. But in this study tested the two-story wall material that attaches to the outside of the building is important. Wall mounted double-walled bamboo in the open with temperatures under all circumstances.

From the results 1: 2: 4: 0.03: 0.55 is the most suitable ratio of cement board from coconut shell ash. This developed cement boards can apply the vesicular basalt fragment to use as the construction materials with light-weight high strength good thermal insulation and moisture protection properties
